The headlines tonight: Two people dead, another critical, | :00:15. | :00:17.
after a stabbing at a block of flats in Wolverhampton. | :00:18. | :00:19.
Is it is still frightening, it is still worrying the fact that two | :00:20. | :00:22.
We'll have the very latest developments live | :00:23. | :00:27.
The suspect stabbed his sister to death and critically injured his | :00:28. | :00:38.
Long delays all day on the M6 northbound after a lorry fire: | :00:39. | :00:43.
it won't fully re-open until ten tonight. | :00:44. | :00:45.
They already tackle anti social behaviour on the streets at night: | :00:46. | :00:48.
now volunteers asked to patrol in the daytime too. | :00:49. | :00:50.
Remembering a hundred years ago when thousands turned out | :00:51. | :00:52.
for a special wartime football match in Hereford. | :00:53. | :00:54.
It is something for us to think that my grandmother and my auntie | :00:55. | :00:58.
played football which women just did not do at the time | :00:59. | :01:00.
For the first time in a while, we felt the warmth of spring today. | :01:01. | :01:21.
Will it last? Mido E. -- find out later. | :01:22. | :01:25.
Two people have died following a domestic | :01:26. | :01:29.
A man attacked his sister and mother before fatally stabbing himself. | :01:30. | :01:41.
Police used stun grenades to get into a flat in | :01:42. | :01:43.
Leasowes Drive shortly before ten o'clock this morning. | :01:44. | :01:45.
and scared by what's happened. are said to have been shocked | :01:46. | :01:51.
A warning that Amy Cole's report does contain images some | :01:52. | :01:54.
Just after four o'clock this afternoon, the bodies were brought | :01:55. | :02:03.
out. Lives lost a few hours earlier in an incident that sent shock waves | :02:04. | :02:07.
through the local community. West Midlands Police say an armed | :02:08. | :02:11.
officers initially went into the flat in used a teaser but that was | :02:12. | :02:18.
ineffective so they requested armed officers who used stun grenades to | :02:19. | :02:24.
distract the gunmen -- the knifeman. No shots were fired. Police say they | :02:25. | :02:28.
found a man in his 30s who had stabbed his sister to death and | :02:29. | :02:33.
critically injured his mother. It is understood he turned the nave on | :02:34. | :02:39.
himself and died a short time later. I want to stress that the man was | :02:40. | :02:44.
armed so we had to act quickly and officers did that. As a result of | :02:45. | :02:49.
that, two officers have been injured, one has a stab wound to the | :02:50. | :02:54.
arm from the suspect and the other has a leg injury after being chased | :02:55. | :03:02.
by the suspect. We believe those injuries are minor. The mother of | :03:03. | :03:06.
the suspect who is 59 was taken to hospital with serious stomach | :03:07. | :03:08.
injuries and underwent surgery this afternoon. This woman lives in the | :03:09. | :03:11.
blog and is shocked by what happened. It is still frightening | :03:12. | :03:19.
and worrying, the fact that two people have died. Just there. It is | :03:20. | :03:27.
still a shock, a big shock. Are you thinking of moving now? Yes, I | :03:28. | :03:31.
would. We wanted to move anyway but definitely want to move now. This | :03:32. | :03:37.
woman lives opposite and is pregnant and concerned. The chances are we | :03:38. | :03:42.
will know who they are because everyone knows everyone around here. | :03:43. | :03:46.
It is a shock, it is shocking and worrying at the same time. So tight | :03:47. | :03:52.
neck are they, the local church is to open their doors so people can | :03:53. | :03:58.
pay their respects. The churches here for the community is so | :03:59. | :04:03.
tomorrow morning we will open the church for three hours, from nine | :04:04. | :04:08.
until 12, when people can come and sit in the quietness and say a | :04:09. | :04:13.
prayer. This is a community left coming to terms with a traumatic and | :04:14. | :04:22.
tragic event. Any call is in pain for us right now. Why is there an | :04:23. | :04:26.
independent police investigation into this case? The IPCC says it | :04:27. | :04:33.
wants to look at how the situation was handled by West Midlands Police | :04:34. | :04:38.
because it wants to establish a clear picture of the involvement | :04:39. | :04:43.
into how events unfolded. In a statement it said it is proper that | :04:44. | :04:49.
there is independent scrutiny on what took place. Meanwhile the | :04:50. | :04:54.
police are trying to piece together the sequence of events that led to | :04:55. | :04:58.
the tragic event at this block of flats. Thank you. | :04:59. | :05:04.
And three people have been taken to hospital | :05:05. | :05:06.
Police were called to Sefton Drive in Bomere Heath, just | :05:07. | :05:20.
north of Shrewsbury, shortly after eight | :05:21. | :05:21.
A woman was found in the street with a stab wound to the chest and ribs - | :05:22. | :05:26.
she was taken to hospital via air ambulance. | :05:27. | :05:28.
A man was then found inside an address in the street | :05:29. | :05:31.
with stab injuries, alongside an elderly woman with | :05:32. | :05:33.
Police say they're not looking for anyone else | :05:34. | :05:36.
Police raided three locations in Burton upon Trent today as part | :05:37. | :05:40.
Two people were arrested and two women were referred to support | :05:41. | :05:44.
services for people suspected of being victims of modern slavery. | :05:45. | :05:46.
It's part of an operation being led by Avon and Somerset | :05:47. | :05:49.
police following a check on a nail bar in Bath. | :05:50. | :05:51.
The Chancellor announced the government's set aside | :05:52. | :05:53.
?23 million to improve transport pinch points | :05:54. | :05:55.
But there wasn't much else in his budget statement today | :05:56. | :05:58.
which was of direct relevance to the Midlands. | :05:59. | :06:00.
That's because the main meat of government policy | :06:01. | :06:02.
will be announced tomorrow, if Phillip Hammond can | :06:03. | :06:04.
I will follow the launch of the Northern Powerhouse strategy and | :06:05. | :06:12.
Autumn Statement by publishing tomorrow our | :06:13. | :06:14.
addressing productivity barriers across the Mid.. | :06:15. | :06:19.
Our Political Editor Patrick Burns is at Westminster for us now. | :06:20. | :06:28.
So I gather Philip Hammond may have fluffed his mention | :06:29. | :06:30.
of the Midlands Engine in his speech, Patrick, | :06:31. | :06:32.
but it seems as though there'll be more detail to come? | :06:33. | :06:38.
That's right. He will be hoping to get his words out tomorrow when he | :06:39. | :06:46.
unveils that strategy to go with the engine and a whole string of things | :06:47. | :06:53.
beyond that. I am joined here by Liam Byrne, Labour MPs for | :06:54. | :06:57.
Birmingham and a former Treasury Minister and Richard Graham, | :06:58. | :07:03.
Conservative MP for Gloucester. Doesn't the Chancellor actually have | :07:04. | :07:07.
to rebuild some bridges with the West Midlands because the money he | :07:08. | :07:11.
is offering for traffic points is less than one third for what he | :07:12. | :07:17.
offering for roads to the northern powerhouse? My interest is really | :07:18. | :07:24.
more about the A417, the missing link between the M4 and the 415. I | :07:25. | :07:33.
am sure tomorrow will seize some exciting announcements about roads | :07:34. | :07:37.
and transport infrastructure which will speed up activity and therefore | :07:38. | :07:41.
increased growth and productivity in the West Midlands so we will wait to | :07:42. | :07:45.
say what they come up with tomorrow. That is a raft of further statements | :07:46. | :07:52.
so this is a budget in two parts, the Midlands getting the full | :07:53. | :07:57.
treatment tomorrow? C. I think most people on the West Midlands would've | :07:58. | :08:01.
looked at the budget today and thought, why have they got in for | :08:02. | :08:06.
the West Midlands again? The National Health service has been | :08:07. | :08:11.
short-changed... There is extra funding. That is a quarter of what | :08:12. | :08:19.
the social sector needs. Not a single penny extra for the police. | :08:20. | :08:24.
Crime and drugs is a number-1 issue in our area. We need more money for | :08:25. | :08:32.
Police and Crime Panel we not get. Is the Chancellor actually ignoring | :08:33. | :08:34.
those important issues on the streets? I would say crime has come | :08:35. | :08:41.
down sharply, 20% less crime in almost every part of the country. | :08:42. | :08:46.
Certainly in Gloucester we are confident that a flat level of | :08:47. | :08:49.
funding for the police will be enough to make sure crime keeps | :08:50. | :08:56.
falling. On the bigger issues, I think 2 billion for social care is | :08:57. | :09:00.
more generous than Liam has implied. What about the increase in national | :09:01. | :09:05.
insurance contributions, that is the question about whether this | :09:06. | :09:07.
contravenes the Conservative manifesto? It is interesting. It is | :09:08. | :09:14.
not increasing any of the national insurance rates. There is an | :09:15. | :09:19.
equalisation. Some of the self-employed it will hit but not | :09:20. | :09:24.
those earning less than 16,000. It is time that everyone paid the same. | :09:25. | :09:32.
One word? And a promise. We will leave it there. -- breaks a promise. | :09:33. | :09:42.
And we're expecting more details about the government's plan | :09:43. | :09:46.
Full analysis of course with Patrick about what it all means | :09:47. | :09:49.
on the Sunday Politics at the usual time of 11 o'clock. | :09:50. | :09:52.
Drivers are being warned to expect severe delays around Stoke | :09:53. | :09:54.
and Stafford tonight after a lorry caught fire on the M6 | :09:55. | :09:57.
Highways England are carrying out repairs on the northbound | :09:58. | :10:09.
carriageway, but they're saying it's unlikely to reopen fully | :10:10. | :10:12.
Well basically an HGV caught fire before seven o'clock this morning | :10:13. | :10:17.
on the northbound carriageway between junctions 14 - | :10:18. | :10:22.
This is a key part of the M6 and as you can imagine any lane | :10:23. | :10:27.
closures of any kind on this stretch causes severe | :10:28. | :10:29.
And the rush hour compounds the problems. | :10:30. | :10:32.
The lorry was carrying tins of protein shake which in the fire | :10:33. | :10:39.
overheated and started exploding even after the fire | :10:40. | :10:41.
So there has had to be a major clear up operation. | :10:42. | :10:46.
Then the fire itself melted the tarmac and means that this | :10:47. | :10:51.
evening the Highways Agency will be resurfacing the damaged section. | :10:52. | :10:53.
The road is expected to fully reopen at around 10pm this evening, | :10:54. | :11:00.
at the moment two lanes are open and the gantry signs have been | :11:01. | :11:03.
warning of delays of over an hour, but the best advice is to avoid that | :11:04. | :11:07.
A firm has been fined ?600,000 after one of its sub-contractors hit | :11:08. | :11:16.
an 11,000 volt cable in Gloucester in 2015. | :11:17. | :11:19.
Steven Brown, from Swindon, was moving a traffic light | :11:20. | :11:24.
in Eastgate Street when he hit the live cable with a tool used | :11:25. | :11:27.
He suffered serious burns to his hands, face and arms and spent two | :11:28. | :11:33.
Today Amey LG Ltd pleaded guilty to a breach of health and safety | :11:34. | :11:37.
legislation and said they have now changed their procedures. | :11:38. | :11:42.
The supervision on-site was below what would be expected for this kind | :11:43. | :11:45.
of work and they basically failed to manage the permit to dig system for | :11:46. | :11:50.
this activity which resulted in a failure to communicate and | :11:51. | :11:54.
Pupils at a primary school in Rugby were sent home and nearby homes | :11:55. | :12:15.
evacuated after a threat call was made to the police. | :12:16. | :12:17.
Officers with sniffer dogs were sent to check the premises | :12:18. | :12:19.
at Paddox Primary school and the pupils were sent to nearby | :12:20. | :12:22.
Police say the call was a hoax and no one was hurt. | :12:23. | :12:26.
I got a bit confused because I had no idea what was going on. | :12:27. | :12:29.
Lots of people crying for some reason. | :12:30. | :12:31.
Everyone was just going out different doors | :12:32. | :12:35.
and running around and stuff, didn't know what was happening. | :12:36. | :12:42.
In some areas they're called street pastors - | :12:43. | :12:44.
in Stoke on Trent, they're the chaplains... | :12:45. | :12:45.
Volunteers who patrol the streets at night helping people get home | :12:46. | :12:49.
after an evening out, as well as tackling homelessness | :12:50. | :12:52.
But now the council has asked the chaplains to go out | :12:53. | :12:58.
during the day as well, as part of a plan to | :12:59. | :13:01.
The street chaplains of Stoke on Trent have been a regular sight | :13:02. | :13:10.
in the city centre offering support to party goers at night but now | :13:11. | :13:13.
the chaplains are out and about in the day. | :13:14. | :13:17.
The police authorities roundabout have asked us | :13:18. | :13:19.
Compliants of aggressive begging and anti-spocial behaviour have | :13:20. | :13:24.
prompted the city council to extend the chaplain service | :13:25. | :13:28.
I think the issues we face are no different to any other | :13:29. | :13:33.
place or city in the country so what we are seeking to do, | :13:34. | :13:38.
the greatest asset Stoke-on-Trent have is the | :13:39. | :13:43.
people in its borders so we are a community group | :13:44. | :13:45.
and we seek to address some of those issues. | :13:46. | :13:49.
The chaplains are all volunteers are some people | :13:50. | :13:54.
said surely the job they | :13:55. | :13:56.
With police walking about, people feel | :13:57. | :14:02.
Without being disrespectful to the chaplains, they are doing a | :14:03. | :14:07.
wonderful job but do they have the authority? | :14:08. | :14:11.
The chaplains aren't experts or a replacement for official | :14:12. | :14:17.
authorities but try to offer a reassuring prescence, their | :14:18. | :14:19.
efforts have been applauded by former football manager | :14:20. | :14:21.
Lou Macari who's set up a night shelter in Stoke | :14:22. | :14:25.
We just want to do the same thing, help anyone get off the | :14:26. | :14:37.
streets, give them a glimmer of hope that that is some sort of future for | :14:38. | :14:41.
The extended chaplain scheme will run for a year offering | :14:42. | :14:44.
Thanks for joining us here on Midlands Today this evening. | :14:45. | :14:54.
Two people have died, a third's critical, | :14:55. | :14:57.
after a stabbing at a block of flats in Wolverhampton. | :14:58. | :15:00.
In football, there's growing pressure on Birmingham City | :15:01. | :15:02.
Andrew's last night as Blues lost to Wigan. | :15:03. | :15:09.
That's 11 defeats in 17 since he took over. | :15:10. | :15:15.
Better news for the weather. Sunshine might have been at a | :15:16. | :15:22.
premium to day but temperatures were above average but will it last for | :15:23. | :15:25.
the weekend? All the detail later. "I'm British, a Brummie | :15:26. | :15:28.
and a proud Muslim". The words of a young man who's | :15:29. | :15:32.
just returned from Iraq where he was carrying out aid | :15:33. | :15:35.
work for refugees. Waseem Iqbal is one of the few | :15:36. | :15:37.
aid workers who's been inside the besieged city of Mosul, | :15:38. | :15:41.
where he came under attack Our Special Correspondent Peter | :15:42. | :15:43.
Wilson has been to meet him and the charity he was working for, | :15:44. | :15:52.
which is based in Birmingham. Waseem Iqbal used to be a nightclub | :15:53. | :15:56.
bouncer now he's an aid worker just Waseem came under attack | :15:57. | :16:00.
from the so called Islamic I think to them that people who look | :16:01. | :16:07.
like me or do the job that they do are the biggest | :16:08. | :16:13.
threat for them. One of the few British aid workers | :16:14. | :16:16.
to get into Mosul he's been helping desperate civilians as the Iraqi | :16:17. | :16:21.
army tries to retake the city 3 million litres of water daily | :16:22. | :16:38.
inside. So it does take the whole day going backwards and forward and | :16:39. | :16:43.
sometimes you need to get right up close to that front line because the | :16:44. | :16:46.
people there are the most vulnerable. How dangerous was it for | :16:47. | :16:53.
you? What they do is attach crew needs to drones and fly them over. | :16:54. | :16:58.
We're on one side of the river and they are on the other. They fly them | :16:59. | :17:04.
over and pick a target. In that incident there were three bombs in | :17:05. | :17:09.
Knowing that her life will not be the same, she probably won't look | :17:10. | :17:25.
the same, she will not say again. It was such a shame to say how people's | :17:26. | :17:32.
lives can change in a split second. Sometimes you have been called a | :17:33. | :17:35.
terrorist yourself because of stereotypes? I have been called a | :17:36. | :17:44.
terrorist, bin Ladin, Isis, all sorts. I have had people refuse to | :17:45. | :17:47.
sit next to me on aeroplanes when I was in America. What do you think | :17:48. | :17:53.
the effect of all this is having on young people growing up in this part | :17:54. | :18:00.
of Birmingham? I sit with these kids all the time. Extremism is never an | :18:01. | :18:04.
issue, they all know that is something they want to stay far away | :18:05. | :18:10.
from. That is not to do with Islam. The problem around here is job | :18:11. | :18:12.
opportunities. Waseem wants to work | :18:13. | :18:16.
with young people But he's determined to go | :18:17. | :18:18.
back to Iraq and help Sometimes to save lives you have to | :18:19. | :18:29.
risk your own. I knew exactly what type of mission it was going to be. | :18:30. | :18:31.
I knew exactly what type of mission it was going to be. | :18:32. | :18:34.
The Birmingham City manager Gianfranco Zola has admitted he's | :18:35. | :18:42.
angry and embarrassed after his side lost last night for the 11th time | :18:43. | :18:46.
Blues have been sliding towards the relegation | :18:47. | :18:50.
zone since the Italian was appointed in December. | :18:51. | :18:51.
And they're not the only one of our teams who are struggling | :18:52. | :18:54.
Booed off by their own supporters these are worrying times | :18:55. | :19:00.
When Gary Rowett was sacked in December they were seventh | :19:01. | :19:04.
and only outside the playoffs on goal difference. | :19:05. | :19:05.
Last night's home defeat by Wigan leaves them 17th and just eight | :19:06. | :19:09.
Gianfranco Zola described the performance as unacceptable | :19:10. | :19:14.
to the club and the fans and it casts further doubt | :19:15. | :19:16.
I cannot understand why our team a few | :19:17. | :19:28.
days ago performs the way they perform and today we look like | :19:29. | :19:33.
sometimes we were childish in what we did so I am disappointed and | :19:34. | :19:36.
Wolves' goalless draw at Ipswich at least ended a five match losing | :19:37. | :19:40.
run in the league but it still leaves them just | :19:41. | :19:42.
a point and one place above the bottom three. | :19:43. | :19:45.
Burton Albion are three points clear of danger after their own stalemate | :19:46. | :19:48.
But this was a game lit up by the quality of Jackson Irvine's | :19:49. | :19:55.
superb equaliser for the Brewers who are now unbeaten in five. | :19:56. | :19:57.
Aston Villa's mini revival came unstuck at Huddersfield. | :19:58. | :20:00.
Villa should have been in front at half time but instead fell | :20:01. | :20:03.
to defeat when Tommy Smith scored the only goal. | :20:04. | :20:05.
So for the real bright spot we have to drop into League One | :20:06. | :20:09.
where Walsall are making a surge for the playoffs. | :20:10. | :20:11.
Scott Laird's goal gave them a sixth consecutive home win and moves | :20:12. | :20:14.
the Saddlers to within six points of the top six. | :20:15. | :20:16.
Gloucester Rugby club have spoken for the first time, | :20:17. | :20:25.
since they lost their head coach Laurie Fisher on Monday night. | :20:26. | :20:28.
They're hoping to announce a replacement head coach | :20:29. | :20:30.
Fisher took to twitter on Saturday following the team's late | :20:31. | :20:34.
capitulation against Harlequins, to say he'd had enough | :20:35. | :20:36.
He joined Gloucester in the summer of 2014 but there's been little | :20:37. | :20:41.
improvement on the field in that time. | :20:42. | :20:51.
Gloucestershire's Eddie the Eagle Edwards has returned | :20:52. | :20:52.
to the ski jump where he first made his name. | :20:53. | :20:55.
Here he is back in Calgary in Canada - where he rose to fame | :20:56. | :20:58.
The 53-year-old's furthest jump this time around, | :20:59. | :21:01.
though, was 24 metres - less than half the distance | :21:02. | :21:03.
Almost a hundred years ago, a very special football match | :21:04. | :21:08.
was played at the Edgar Street ground in Hereford. | :21:09. | :21:12.
Thousands turned out to see the women's football team play | :21:13. | :21:15.
from the local munitions factory at Rotherwas. | :21:16. | :21:17.
Relatives of the women still live in the area and they're | :21:18. | :21:20.
still passionate about the beautiful game, as Audrey Dias | :21:21. | :21:22.
I worked in unit three. A living lesson in history. These students | :21:23. | :21:39.
from Herefordshire are retracing the stories of the women munitions | :21:40. | :21:44.
workers of World War I. They risk their lives in a different way but | :21:45. | :21:47.
they were doing really dangerous work. It is brilliant to find out | :21:48. | :21:53.
about that. I think it is amazing that something so important is just | :21:54. | :21:58.
on your doorstep, Herefordshire is such a rich place historically. | :21:59. | :22:01.
The women were really on the front line here. | :22:02. | :22:03.
There were dealing with high explosive everyday, and | :22:04. | :22:05.
The chemicals they were using were very | :22:06. | :22:08.
They faced that on a daily basis, just like anyone on the front | :22:09. | :22:14.
More than 900,000 women stepped in to keep an industry going when the | :22:15. | :22:25.
men left to fight on the ward. The also substituted for them on the | :22:26. | :22:30.
football pitch. On Christmas Day 19 17,000 came here to watch a | :22:31. | :22:35.
thrilling local derby. The canteen team to con the arrivals from the | :22:36. | :22:40.
engineering staff and the beat them 1- nil. A footballing family tree | :22:41. | :22:49.
Pauline Hughes was very proud of, her grandmother and auntie were part | :22:50. | :22:52.
of the team. It is a recent thing for people to be playing. It was | :22:53. | :22:58.
quite something for us that my grandmother and auntie played | :22:59. | :23:01.
football because women did not do that at the time. We were very proud | :23:02. | :23:07.
and fascinated by it. A few years later women were banned from playing | :23:08. | :23:11.
at football league grounds but this lives on as a source of inspiration | :23:12. | :23:18.
to women today. Isn't that fascinating? | :23:19. | :23:23.
And you can hear regular updates about the munitions workers and BBC | :23:24. | :23:26.
Hereford and Worcester's campaign to get the women formal | :23:27. | :23:29.
recognition for their war work on their Breakfast programme. | :23:30. | :23:31.
So a distinctly milder feel to the temperatures today. | :23:32. | :23:34.
That is the big question. We will take a look in a moment but it was a | :23:35. | :23:47.
mixed picture today. In the south we started with cloud and rain which | :23:48. | :23:53.
eventually cleared. Most of the sunshine was in the North. | :23:54. | :23:57.
Eventually everyone got a slice of the action. Some gurus blue skies in | :23:58. | :24:02.
Shropshire. Temperatures responded and we reached highs of 14 Celsius | :24:03. | :24:09.
in Coventry. -- some glorious blue skies. We will save those values | :24:10. | :24:16.
halved by later on tonight but that is still good value for a night-time | :24:17. | :24:22.
temperature. We have a lot of cloud, holding those values up, just a few | :24:23. | :24:27.
breaks here and there with some this developing in the morning due to the | :24:28. | :24:32.
moisture and warmth. We keep the warmth in the morning. That is the | :24:33. | :24:38.
potential for temperatures to rise as the cloud breaks to reveal decent | :24:39. | :24:43.
spells of sunshine through the mid-morning until the end of the | :24:44. | :24:49.
afternoon. Again we may say why of 13 Celsius. We could even go higher | :24:50. | :24:57.
than this. Tomorrow night, we will sue the cloud thickening from the | :24:58. | :25:02.
south-west. It will produce light patchy rain on Friday morning. | :25:03. | :25:09.
Another a mild night. We take a look at that pressure on the pressure | :25:10. | :25:13.
chart, this ridge of high pressure pulls away to the east allowing for | :25:14. | :25:17.
a more mobile picture developing from the Atlantic at the weekend. A | :25:18. | :25:22.
ridge of high pressure develops on Saturday and more rain arriving from | :25:23. | :25:28.
the west on Sunday. This is how it looks for the weekend. Dry on | :25:29. | :25:33.
Friday. Patchy rain through the day, highs of 11 or 13 Celsius. Some dry | :25:34. | :25:40.
weather for the weekend and highs of 13 Celsius. Attach wetter on Sunday. | :25:41. | :25:48.
Thank you. -- attach wetter. Finally a blind footballer | :25:49. | :25:51.
and his guide dog, which he credits with saving him at a "very difficult | :25:52. | :25:54.
time", are up for a national award at Crufts, which gets under way | :25:55. | :25:57.
in Birmingham tomorrow. Nathan Edge said he'd given up | :25:58. | :25:59.
on life, but his dog, Hudson, The 22-year-old is now | :26:00. | :26:02.
studying massage therapy at The Royal National College | :26:03. | :26:05.
for the Blind in Hereford. Nathan's also part of the England | :26:06. | :26:07.
blind football development squad. Losing my sight at 19 and knowing | :26:08. | :26:10.
that I will never be able to see Having him by my side, even to give | :26:11. | :26:13.
me the confidence to step outside, Before I knew it we were travelling | :26:14. | :26:18.
all over the country, one year later we went abroad | :26:19. | :26:22.
together and he is my best friend. I am so grateful to have him | :26:23. | :26:25.
in my life because he has And we'll be reporting from Crufts | :26:26. | :26:29.

thirty with the latest Let's Sing And Dance exploded onto | :26:35. | :26:38.
our screens, setting the stage | :26:39. | :27:26.
