There are fears for a young girl tonight after she was hit

It happened this afternoon in the Bell Green area of the city.

Our reporter Sian Grzeszczyk is there for us tonight.

Sian what more do we know about what happened?

West Midlands Police tell us there were called here to the Henley Road

just off the junction with the old Church Road at around four o'clock

today, home time for many schoolchildren returning hole this

evening. The area was sealed off hours. This is not officially

confirmed but many of the pdople I have spoken to locally belidve the

young girl has died but certainly no official confirmation from the

police of that. What's been the reaction

from people living in the area? Within the last hour and few

minutes, many people have started to bring flowers hereto seen. There

were tears and a few childrdn who tied these flowers to the r`iling. I

spoke to one woman called Claudia who told me what she saw earlier.

Loads of ambulance, police, fire engines and a lot of people just

hanging around to find out what is happening.

Police have named a man from Brierley Hill who died

through one of its companies - IMH Group.

When Malling Health was bought, it had loans of nearly

?4m with two high street Banks, Lloyds and Santander.

Interest on these was paid at less than %.

These were paid off and loans arranged with an interest r`te

of 20% with David Hudaly and Butterfly Ventures therdby

moving money out of the UK tax area and into a tax haven.

So both very high rates of interest which is

a way of diverting the monex from the companies which ard

group companies in the Bahalas so they don't have to pay t`x.

So we took our information to Emma Reynolds MP

She says she'll raise it with Government.

I will certainly be taking this matter up with the Health Sdcretary.

I would like to know why thhs private company has taken on a loan

In a statement IMH said that repaying its bank debt

to deliver its programme for its practices and patients.

It therefore secured alternative funding.

The payments currently paid on this funding are materially

lower than repayments being paid on the bank debt.

IMH is appreciative of the continued support and flexibility

That may be so but at a timd when the NHS generally
