Good evening. Welcome to North West Tonight with Roger Johnson and | :00:02. | :00:06.
Ranvir Singh. Our top story: Jailed - the men behind the 3.5 billion | :00:06. | :00:11.
drugs bust that didn't involve any drugs. We'll hear how the gang's | :00:11. | :00:16.
plans could have flooded the region with cheap cocaine. Also in | :00:16. | :00:19.
tonight's programme: Blown out - the streets where a massive power | :00:19. | :00:29.
:00:29. | :00:30. | ||
surge destroyed hundreds of fridges, TVs and heaters. All this, the DVD | :00:30. | :00:34.
players, the video, everything's gone. The region's last morning | :00:34. | :00:37.
paper - the Liverpool Daily Post - shuts down after 156 years on the | :00:37. | :00:43.
news stands. And memories of Dolly - we go back to the little club | :00:43. | :00:53.
:00:53. | :01:00. | ||
where his controversial career in It was a drugs gang that never | :01:00. | :01:03.
actually handled any drugs. Today, three men from the North West were | :01:03. | :01:06.
sentenced to 44 years in prison after being convicted of leading a | :01:06. | :01:09.
drug cutting ring worth an astonishing 3.5 billion. Police | :01:09. | :01:11.
spent almost five years tracking the trio as they imported toxic | :01:11. | :01:15.
chemicals and sold them on to drug dealers for 1,000 a barrel. Police | :01:15. | :01:17.
say the supply would have flooded the country with cheap cocaine. | :01:17. | :01:27.
:01:27. | :01:36. | ||
Nina Warhurst reports. Lidocaine and benzocaine are common | :01:36. | :01:40.
anaesthetics, but 36 tonnes of it came to the north-west to be mixed | :01:40. | :01:44.
with Class A drugs. It could have more than doubled the sale of | :01:44. | :01:51.
cocaine in Britain. These are men who bought it, Jamie Dale, John | :01:51. | :01:59.
Cawley and Barry Hartley. They're right bang in the middle of the | :01:59. | :02:02.
illegal drugs trade. From the seizures that we have come across, | :02:02. | :02:06.
the south coast of England, up to the north of Scotland, all over the | :02:06. | :02:13.
UK. It is clear that they are supplying every major deal, or | :02:13. | :02:17.
potentially every deal in the United Kingdom. Cocaine is | :02:17. | :02:27.
expensive and costs up to 300 gram. And mixed with lidocaine or | :02:27. | :02:32.
benzocaine and the street value drops to around 40 a gram and it | :02:32. | :02:36.
becomes affordable and popular. Jamie Dale lived on this quiet | :02:36. | :02:41.
street in Rochdale. His neighbours couldn't have known that he was | :02:41. | :02:45.
importing chemicals that would reach every cocaine user in the | :02:45. | :02:49.
country. The problem for police is that those chemicals are perfectly | :02:49. | :02:53.
legal, and so their challenge was proving where they ended up. Police | :02:53. | :02:58.
got lucky when they found one of the barrels at a drul drug dealer's | :02:58. | :03:07.
house and traced it back. The gang was using storage units across the | :03:07. | :03:14.
north west. After five years of intense police work, between them | :03:15. | :03:19.
these men will spend 44 years behind bars and quite incredically, | :03:19. | :03:27.
because of their arirss, drug users in -- arrests drug users have to | :03:27. | :03:33.
look harder and pay more for cocaine. The body of a soldier from | :03:33. | :03:35.
Liverpool killed in Afghanistan has been flown home today. 25-year-old | :03:36. | :03:38.
Lance Corporal Peter Eustace of 2nd Battalion The Rifles died when he | :03:39. | :03:42.
was hit by a roadside bomb last week. Today he and four other | :03:42. | :03:44.
servicemen were flown to RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire. A private | :03:45. | :03:48.
ceremony was held at the air base before the cortege passed through | :03:48. | :03:54.
Oxford. A report into a North Sea helicopter crash in which 16 people | :03:54. | :03:57.
died - including an oil worker from Merseyside - says the operators | :03:57. | :04:00.
considered replacing the faulty main gearbox just a week before the | :04:00. | :04:03.
accident. The aircraft plunged into the sea after taking off from a BP | :04:03. | :04:07.
oil platform in April 2009. The two pilots and their 14 passengers - | :04:07. | :04:17.
:04:17. | :04:18. | ||
including 33-year-old James Edwards from Liverpool - were killed. An | :04:18. | :04:23.
inquest has recorded a verdict of accidental death after a student | :04:23. | :04:30.
lost her life in a glider crash. The 25-year-old died after her | :04:30. | :04:34.
glider nose dived in Oxfordshire. After the verdict her father urged | :04:34. | :04:39.
for changes to be made to similar gliders. Hundreds of homes in | :04:39. | :04:42.
Blackburn have been hit by a massive power surge that's wrecked | :04:42. | :04:45.
TVs, fridges, lights and central heating systems. The electricity's | :04:45. | :04:48.
back on now and Electricity North West says it's trying to repair 400 | :04:48. | :04:51.
boilers in the area, but residents say they're not being offered | :04:51. | :04:54.
enough compensation to make up for the damage. Naomi Cornwell's there | :04:54. | :05:04.
:05:04. | :05:07. | ||
now. Quite a lot of disruption for them? Yes power cuts are usually | :05:07. | :05:11.
annoying, but you have to check the freezer, reset the clocks and that | :05:11. | :05:15.
is about it. What has happened here in the Shear Brow area has left | :05:15. | :05:19.
everyone with a bigger headache. The surge of electricity to homes | :05:19. | :05:24.
was so big that when the power came back on, people found that | :05:24. | :05:30.
appliances had been damaged, such as boiler, TVs and computer and all | :05:30. | :05:36.
sorts of electrical items. Now the question is who should pay. | :05:36. | :05:43.
this and the DVD players and Sky players. Everything's gone. Broken, | :05:43. | :05:47.
appliances in 4 hundred homes have been affected by the surge in | :05:47. | :05:53.
electric ti. One after the other the bulbs were going. I started | :05:53. | :06:01.
crying. I said what is happening? Do something. Electric any North- | :06:01. | :06:06.
west admit the fault was at one of its substations, but that was yopd | :06:06. | :06:11.
its control. The company denied any legal liable for damage, but | :06:11. | :06:20.
offering a payment of up to 3 hundred. 300 won't get me anywhere. | :06:20. | :06:28.
My fridge freerz cost 500. And my cooker is gone. That is going to | :06:28. | :06:33.
cost a lot. I have two elderly parents. They don't work. They have | :06:33. | :06:38.
lost most of the things in the house. TV, DVD and it costs a lot. | :06:38. | :06:43.
They are paying 300 for compensation for good will. We | :06:44. | :06:49.
don't want 300 we want everything fixed or replaced. Electricity | :06:49. | :06:54.
North West said is trying to help with engineers going from house to | :06:54. | :07:00.
house. Their Priortys is to repair boilers. Customers are facing | :07:00. | :07:05.
distress. And we understand that. We pride ourselves on the fact that | :07:05. | :07:09.
the care we provide is very important us to. We understand that | :07:09. | :07:13.
the difficulties they are facing. As a gesture of good will we want | :07:13. | :07:17.
to get people up and running. many are angry they could face big | :07:17. | :07:26.
bills to replace and repair their electrical items. This is the | :07:26. | :07:28.
letter sent to residents which has angered them. Well tonight the | :07:28. | :07:31.
local MP, Jack Straw, is holding an emergency meeting to discuss the | :07:31. | :07:35.
situation with residents in the area. Electricity North West | :07:35. | :07:39.
maintains that it's not to blame. We rang the industry regulator | :07:39. | :07:43.
OFGEM - it wasn't aware of the power surge until we called, but | :07:43. | :07:46.
says it's now in touch with the company and is looking into the | :07:46. | :07:56.
:07:56. | :08:00. | ||
situation. Thank you. Police are a 5 peeling for information after | :08:00. | :08:05.
thieves broke into a prison and stole cigarettes. The thievs cliepd | :08:05. | :08:11.
over the fences at Kirkham -- thieves climbed over the fences at | :08:11. | :08:14.
Kirkham prison. Bury's hometown heroes, Elbow, will provide the | :08:14. | :08:17.
soundtrack to the BBC's coverage of next year's Olympics. The band | :08:17. | :08:20.
composed the piece in Salford. It's called First Steps and will be six | :08:20. | :08:23.
minutes long. Elbow frontman Guy Garvey won't sing on the track, | :08:23. | :08:33.
:08:33. | :08:38. | ||
instead it will be voiced by a choir. It's been sitting on | :08:38. | :08:41.
Merseyside's news stands since 1855, but soon Liverpool's Daily Post | :08:41. | :08:44.
will be no more. Like many newspapers, the Post has been | :08:45. | :08:48.
losing readers over the last few years. It's now going to become a | :08:48. | :08:50.
weekly paper. Let's join our reporter Yunus Mulla who's in | :08:50. | :08:59.
Liverpool. It is the end of an era? Well there are a lot of people in | :08:59. | :09:03.
Liverpool who tell you that the Liverpool Daily Post is part of the | :09:03. | :09:09.
city's lis tri. It has been here for a long time. Longer than some | :09:09. | :09:14.
of these buildings here. But that affection for the title was not | :09:14. | :09:21.
always translated into sales. That lice behind the decision. At the | :09:21. | :09:24.
Post, they were preparing the headlines to make the pages | :09:24. | :09:28.
tomorrow. But the story of everyone's mind was of its own | :09:28. | :09:32.
making. From January, there will only be a weekly edition and it | :09:32. | :09:38.
will be called The Liverpool Post. A lot of the traditional | :09:38. | :09:42.
advertising that was part of our revenue was migrating to online and | :09:42. | :09:46.
in addition people's reading habits have been changing and people have | :09:46. | :09:50.
been losing the habit of buying newspapers and then with the | :09:50. | :09:54.
economic decline it has been a perfect storm for the newspaper | :09:54. | :10:01.
industry. Michael Witty pledged to change the face of newspapers in | :10:01. | :10:07.
Liverpool in 1855 fr. His offices the cover price was just one p | :10:08. | :10:14.
penny. Burr those penny count now and reality has proveiled. The paip | :10:14. | :10:24.
:10:24. | :10:27. | ||
-- pre prevailed. The -- The papers are just full of rubbish now. I | :10:27. | :10:32.
rarely buy a paper. Look at the back page and the front-page. There | :10:32. | :10:36.
is nothing inside. Most north-west papers don't concentrate on | :10:36. | :10:42.
Liverpool. But they concentrate on Manchester. I like it. I'm into | :10:42. | :10:47.
international news more than local news. There will still be an online | :10:47. | :10:52.
edition and the announcement is no surprise to Larry Nield who worked | :10:52. | :10:57.
there for 37 years and now writes for the online paper. When I go to | :10:57. | :11:06.
work, the first thing I do is look at the online versions of papers. | :11:06. | :11:10.
And people like me are part of the problem. We're big a less | :11:10. | :11:15.
newspapers. That is the fact of life. The paper's owner are | :11:15. | :11:19.
preparing for the next 156 years, but there is no denying it is the | :11:19. | :11:25.
end of an era. It is maybe a sign of the times and it is sad when a | :11:25. | :11:31.
newspaper goes to the wall, or changes, but it has survived 150 | :11:31. | :11:35.
year, so it was a quality publication. The paper has gone | :11:35. | :11:39.
through a number of relaunches and it was trying to concentrate on the | :11:39. | :11:44.
business community and you could call it the more middle up market | :11:44. | :11:49.
end of the Reedership. -- readership. But the North Wales | :11:49. | :11:53.
edition won't be affected and will continue. Perhaps what we have here | :11:53. | :12:00.
is a readership who perhaps want a more tabloid agenda, as | :12:00. | :12:04.
demonstrated by sales of Liverpool Echo. Although it is going to | :12:04. | :12:08.
continue offering a mix of business, sport and art and politics, it may | :12:08. | :12:16.
continue to struggle next year. Thank you. Still to come: Floored - | :12:16. | :12:18.
the wrestling coach who's been named the North West's Unsung | :12:18. | :12:24.
sporting Hero. And Northwest Tonight - birthplace of the stars. | :12:24. | :12:34.
Honest! I I remember saying twhraen gets to No 1 -- when that gets to | :12:34. | :12:43.
No 1, remember you heard it here first! That brought back memories. | :12:43. | :12:46.
Now, building houses has been the big political issue of the week | :12:46. | :12:49.
after the Prime Minister unveiled his plan for stimulating the | :12:49. | :12:51.
housing market. Alongside those measures, David Cameron has pledged | :12:51. | :12:54.
to loosen planning controls on building on green field sites. His | :12:54. | :12:57.
plans might help stimulate the economy and help first time buyers, | :12:57. | :13:00.
but they could cause trouble for his own MPs here in the North West. | :13:00. | :13:05.
Here's Stuart Pollitt. Yes, the coalition government this week | :13:05. | :13:08.
earmarked 400 million to help build 16,000 new homes to boost the | :13:08. | :13:12.
economy. That's in addition to relaxing planning restrictions. But | :13:12. | :13:14.
those policies aren't pleasing residents in towns like Crewe, | :13:14. | :13:17.
battling the type of large green field developments happening thanks | :13:17. | :13:23.
to those relaxed restrictions. That's left Tory MPs like Edward | :13:23. | :13:26.
Timpson in Crewe stuck in the middle. Here he is addressing the | :13:26. | :13:33.
Prime Minister in the Commons yesterday. There is concern in | :13:33. | :13:39.
Crewe about jor development in respect of housing. How can plfrd | :13:39. | :13:43.
ensure that my constituent get a greater say in planning decisions | :13:43. | :13:50.
for new housing required for our housing shortage. In Crewe some of | :13:50. | :13:54.
those campaigning against three developments don't feel they have | :13:54. | :14:00.
been listened to. The largest development is a 650 green field | :14:00. | :14:07.
site which seems to have divide opinion in the town. If you stop | :14:07. | :14:12.
outside Robin Post's house you can see what he thinks. It is going to | :14:12. | :14:17.
be as far back as the houses you can see. What do you say to people | :14:17. | :14:22.
who say you are Nimbys? If they come and live around here and saw | :14:22. | :14:27.
the traffic, it is nose to tail without these houses. If we have | :14:27. | :14:33.
got 120 proposed next year and then Parker's Road where there is 4 | :14:33. | :14:39.
hundred and this 650, it will gridlock the town. The man whose | :14:39. | :14:45.
job it is to sell house here is a supporter of development. Reason is | :14:45. | :14:49.
we need the right kind of property for people. We have a lot of older | :14:49. | :14:54.
style property for sale and there is a high demand for those. But we | :14:54. | :15:00.
find there is a demand for newer housing. Chershire council said | :15:00. | :15:04.
housing is the building block for prosper is the. But others think | :15:04. | :15:08.
priorities should be different. What we need, we have a town of | :15:08. | :15:15.
skilled engineers, we want the jobs first before the houses. It seeps | :15:15. | :15:25.
almost every resident is -- seems - - is displaying their opposition. | :15:25. | :15:30.
In Clayton-Le-Woods and wit he woods plans for homes have caused | :15:30. | :15:36.
controversy. The possibility of 2,000 homes in Barrow has seen | :15:36. | :15:43.
residents form an action group and in Liverpool 470 home have been | :15:43. | :15:48.
approved despite opposition. The development you saw have been | :15:48. | :15:52.
approved, but campaigners aren't giving up and they want communities | :15:52. | :15:59.
Secretary, Eric Pickles, to call the seem in for investigation. A | :15:59. | :16:06.
plea Mr Pickles may be receiving in increased number and he may be | :16:06. | :16:10.
getting letters from his oin MPs. Thank you. Sport now, and a moment | :16:10. | :16:13.
to celebrate the real heroes of sport - the coaches players, | :16:13. | :16:16.
managers, officials whose passion helps thousands to enjoy sport. As | :16:16. | :16:19.
part of the BBC Sport Personality of the Year event, we were asked to | :16:19. | :16:26.
select the Northwest's Unsung Hero. Some fantastic and very moving | :16:26. | :16:30.
nominations, but the one that won out was Roy Wood from Wigan. A man | :16:30. | :16:33.
who's helped hundreds of young people overcome their problems and | :16:33. | :16:43.
:16:43. | :16:46. | ||
keep a unique form of wrestling alive. In my hand is an award for | :16:46. | :16:51.
unsung sports hero. Fantastic. Moment Roy received his award. | :16:51. | :16:58.
have been awarded it for doing something I like doing. Roy's a | :16:58. | :17:07.
coach at Aspull Olympic wrersling - - wrestling centre. My coach spent | :17:07. | :17:12.
time with me that he didn't have to do. He started it off. He was | :17:13. | :17:18.
coaching local people and I have carried on. The club has become the | :17:18. | :17:24.
Olympic training ground for female recipe from the Pacific. Roy has | :17:24. | :17:29.
been teaching her catch wrestling. He encourages youngsters to stay on | :17:29. | :17:35.
the straight and narrow through sport. They come with noed | :17:35. | :17:41.
confidence and I have seen him make a lad like that who thinks he is | :17:41. | :17:44.
unbeatable. It is all the life skills you need. It is discipline | :17:44. | :17:49.
and respect and keeps you fit. national winner will be announced | :17:49. | :17:53.
at BBC's sports penalty of the year awards and it is a good job Roy | :17:53. | :17:58.
will be there to watch it. Last night, someone stole his television. | :17:58. | :18:02.
I went in the bedroom and they had stole that one too and my computer. | :18:02. | :18:12.
:18:12. | :18:13. | ||
So I hope the people that pinched my telly are watching this today! | :18:13. | :18:17.
hope he is at somebody's house watching this. Congratulations to | :18:17. | :18:23.
Roy. Congratulations also to Stockport tennis star Liam Broady | :18:23. | :18:26.
who has been nominated for the Young Sports Personality of the | :18:26. | :18:29.
Year. The 17-year-old former Wimbledon Boys Doubles Champion | :18:29. | :18:31.
reached this year's Boys Singles final, eventually losing to the | :18:31. | :18:41.
:18:41. | :18:51. | ||
Australian, Luke Saville. So young on 17. And it is being held in the | :18:51. | :18:55.
north-west. The long running debate over goal-line technology in | :18:55. | :18:58.
football could be settled by two Bolton Wanderers supporters. Harry | :18:58. | :19:00.
Barnes and David Parden have invented Goalminder, a system they | :19:00. | :19:04.
devised from experimenting with drain pipes and CCTV cameras. Today | :19:04. | :19:06.
it's being tested in Rochdale by representatives from football's | :19:06. | :19:09.
governing body FIFA. It comes as the Football Association has hinted | :19:09. | :19:12.
that goal-line technology could be used as early as next season, after | :19:12. | :19:22.
:19:22. | :19:23. | ||
numerous instances of legitimate goals being wrongly disallowed. I | :19:23. | :19:27.
am sure you remember this one. video it can be put on the screen | :19:27. | :19:33.
and all the fans, there is no arguments, it is all settled and it | :19:33. | :19:37.
is worth millions to teams now. So I think it's, it needs to be | :19:37. | :19:43.
brought in. If Lee Sharp thinks it is a good idea, it must be a good | :19:43. | :19:47.
idea. Last week saw the death of the cricketer Basil D'Oliviera, a | :19:47. | :19:50.
man who's race and colour put him at the centre of one of sport's | :19:50. | :19:53.
biggest political controversies. He's left his native South Africa | :19:53. | :19:55.
because of discrimination in the Aparthied era, writing to John | :19:55. | :19:58.
Arlott to ask for his help in finding a new cricketing life in | :19:58. | :20:01.
England. And he began that new life in the unlikely surroundings of | :20:01. | :20:10.
Central Lancashire side Middleton. Here's Ian Haslam. With nearly | :20:10. | :20:16.
2,500 runs and 47 wickets, Basil D'Oliviera's legacy for England is | :20:16. | :20:20.
impressive. But before becoming a British citizen, he was a middleton | :20:20. | :20:28.
player, where following his death, the flags remain at half past -- | :20:28. | :20:34.
mast. He was so happy in that little cottage. Memories of basil's | :20:34. | :20:38.
time are remembered by those who played with him and became his | :20:38. | :20:44.
friends for life. He said any chance of playing Lancashire league | :20:44. | :20:48.
cricket, I would love to come. I came here the first day he came | :20:48. | :20:53.
here and we met at the door. He said, I'm the new professional. I | :20:53. | :20:58.
said I know. He said where is my dressing room. He could not believe | :20:58. | :21:03.
he was allowed to change. That is your hook, you change there and we | :21:03. | :21:07.
will practice. He was just one shy man. He wanted another contract and | :21:07. | :21:13.
I think the committee said, look you are a better player than that. | :21:13. | :21:18.
It may seem surprising to think a world class player played at | :21:18. | :21:24.
middleton. But then county clubs were only allowed one overseas | :21:24. | :21:32.
player and the Lancashire league gained. Until 1964, hen he joined | :21:32. | :21:39.
Worcestershire. But it was in 19 68 that he was refused permission to | :21:39. | :21:43.
tour in South Africa and the tour was cancelled. And South Africa | :21:43. | :21:48.
webts into sporting isolation. was a great guy and we will all | :21:48. | :21:55.
remember him. He always had a soft spot for Middleton and Middleton | :21:55. | :22:04.
owe him a lot. Lancashire's a great place. But what a great story. | :22:04. | :22:08.
remember, because cricket was my game as a kid. But looking on the | :22:08. | :22:12.
internet they have some great players. Massive names. You don't | :22:12. | :22:21.
get ta now. Not so much. There is not as much money. Shall we move | :22:21. | :22:25.
on? Working on regional TV is varied to say the least. We meet | :22:25. | :22:28.
all sorts of strange people and uncover all kinds of weird and | :22:28. | :22:36.
wonderful tales. And that's just in the newsroom isn't it? In the | :22:36. | :22:40.
latest part of his series marking the end of our Oxford Road studios, | :22:40. | :22:43.
Dave Guest has been sifting through the archives to dig out some of the | :22:43. | :22:51.
oddest of many odd moments. This is just a small section of the north- | :22:51. | :22:55.
west tonight tape library. Here stories of triumph and tragedy. | :22:55. | :23:00.
Over the years we have met all kinds of weird and wonderful people. | :23:00. | :23:10.
Some have gone on to become stars. These Lycra clad lads went on to | :23:10. | :23:19.
take the pop world by storm. Take That make their TV debut here. | :23:19. | :23:23.
has always been the London scene. But from now, forever it is going | :23:23. | :23:29.
to be like... The north is the place to be. But they weren't the | :23:29. | :23:38.
only pop legends to get a break on the programme. We launched Rick | :23:38. | :23:42.
Astley's career. I remember saying when we played it out, saying when | :23:43. | :23:49.
that gets no No 1, remember you heard it here first! But some | :23:49. | :23:53.
celebrities have been less than happy to talk to us. Look forward | :23:54. | :24:01.
to the concert. Am I BLEEP. Haven't you got any proper questions. | :24:01. | :24:06.
Dibnah was always happy to spoke, as long adds it was in his habitat. | :24:06. | :24:16.
Which way is north. Over there. I think. So get the compass out.! | :24:16. | :24:20.
Stuart Flinders has met some interesting characters, such as | :24:20. | :24:27.
these UFO spotters. Suppose some little green men come us to. Good | :24:27. | :24:32.
evening, welcome. No programme would be complete without its share | :24:32. | :24:38.
of animal curiosities. This fish said to bear Allah's name. What | :24:38. | :24:44.
this a fish worth? If I got the money I can pay any price. Could be | :24:44. | :24:51.
worth thousands. Thousands, millions. They even shower together | :24:51. | :24:57.
and. And who could forget Nutty the squirrel. He goes to work with Tony | :24:57. | :25:01.
and attend a quick pint. Does he depend on you. At the moment he | :25:01. | :25:05.
does. Tomorrow we find out why working with animals isn't always | :25:06. | :25:12.
simple. This probably isn't the right place. That is not the right | :25:12. | :25:18.
place to do that either. You naughty girl! I hope the dog wasn't | :25:18. | :25:24.
passing comment. The oddest thing, you remember we ate squirrel on the | :25:24. | :25:31.
programme? Really? We ate squirrel. I think I backed off that one. | :25:31. | :25:36.
I think I backed off that one. GB ate it. We will see a change in | :25:36. | :25:41.
the weather the wind will be the main feature. It will pick up | :25:41. | :25:46.
tonight. Easing down towards dawn. But picking up again. So a wild | :25:46. | :25:51.
spell and a wet spell. Through the day today there were some breaks in | :25:51. | :25:57.
the cloud, but it was mild. Over the my head is the next band of | :25:57. | :26:01.
rain. It this it will turn up in the next hour, but I think we have | :26:01. | :26:06.
a couple of hours. As it moves through, the wind will be behind it | :26:06. | :26:12.
and it is a narrow band, but a lively band. By the time of we get | :26:12. | :26:20.
to midnight you will see the back edge of that and the region drys up | :26:20. | :26:24.
towards dawn. Your temperatures tonight, last night weer at ten | :26:24. | :26:28.
degrees. Tonight it is cooler and fresher at six or seven degrees. | :26:28. | :26:33.
Tomorrow, it doesn't look too pad at first. But don't be fooled by | :26:33. | :26:37.
mid morning we will see a line of showers move in. They will block | :26:37. | :26:43.
out the sun and they change the appearance of day. After lunch they | :26:43. | :26:47.
should move away 5 we should dry up and brighten up. So you can see it | :26:47. | :26:54.
is all over the place. An unsettled spell that. Wind will be strong and | :26:54. | :26:59.
it has been gusting to 55mph. Tonight it could be at those speeds | :27:00. | :27:06.
and tomorrow will be cooler at 10 Celsius. Have you packed your bags | :27:06. | :27:11.
for our move? Have I heck. Each time I pass she is going one way | :27:11. | :27:21.
with a bag of clothes. There a room full of removals war drobs. Can I | :27:21. | :27:29. |
