Welcome to North West tonight. They headlines: The mum who refused to | :00:11. | :00:19.
give up. Anne Williams fought for justice for 24 years and died this | :00:19. | :00:24.
morning. That woman gave up so much of her life trying to get truth and | :00:24. | :00:29.
justice for her son. One of many tributes to her today. Praise for | :00:29. | :00:36.
her amazing courage and commitment. A website naming and shaming | :00:36. | :00:41.
paedophiles in Barrow say it's -- is criticised for encouraging | :00:42. | :00:46.
vigilantes. Organisers say it is essential. We have to protect our | :00:46. | :00:51.
children. No proof my dad is dead, her daughter takes his ashes into a | :00:51. | :00:57.
bank after being in update its -- inundated with letters demanding | :00:57. | :00:59.
money. The celebrities harnessing the | :00:59. | :01:04.

Wigan's Manager drops in to make this couple's anniversary a gold | :01:08. | :01:18.

For 24 years, Anne Williams refused to give up. She knew she had been | :01:24. | :01:29.
lied to about how her 15-year-old son Kevin died at Hillsborough, and | :01:29. | :01:34.
she was determined to prove it. She celebrated with the rest of the | :01:34. | :01:37.
family's one last year's Independent report proved they were | :01:37. | :01:41.
right all along, but by then she had been diagnosed with cancer. She | :01:41. | :01:44.
died this morning before she could finally see justice done for her | :01:44. | :01:49.
son. Our Merseyside reporter Andy Gill | :01:49. | :01:52.
is like for us tonight behind the new Hillsborough memorial in | :01:52. | :01:57.
Liverpool. There were a few floral tributes behind you, at many of | :01:57. | :02:03.
those for Anne Williams tonight. They are. The timing of her death | :02:03. | :02:07.
could hardly be more poignant, three days after the 24th | :02:07. | :02:10.
anniversary, a week before the preliminary hearings in the new | :02:10. | :02:15.
inquest for the Hillsborough victims, which Anne Williams's | :02:15. | :02:22.
tireless campaigning largely helped bring about. She would have wanted | :02:22. | :02:27.
to be there for the new inquest, and it is a genuine pity that she | :02:27. | :02:32.
will not be there. Monday was the 24th anniversary of | :02:32. | :02:36.
Hillsborough. Anne Williams defied doctors orders to be at the | :02:36. | :02:40.
memorial service at Anfield. This was her final appearance in public. | :02:40. | :02:44.
Late last year, she told the BBC she didn't know how long she had | :02:44. | :02:47.
left. I take each day as it comes, I | :02:48. | :02:52.
don't know how long I've got. I don't want to know. I am very | :02:52. | :02:55.
poorly. A fellow campaigner with her at | :02:55. | :02:59.
Anfield says her death should spur the authorities to make sure new | :02:59. | :03:04.
inquests conclude quickly. Don't put this on the mother and | :03:04. | :03:08.
father's, don't put them through this, it has to come to and end. | :03:08. | :03:14.
That woman gave so much of her life to get truth and justice for her | :03:14. | :03:21.
son. Don't let it happen again. Let these inquests come quickly, and | :03:21. | :03:26.
let's get to the end of it. She wanted a new inquest for Kevin | :03:26. | :03:30.
because of the accidental death verdict of the original ones. The | :03:30. | :03:34.
coroner then ruled the victims were dead by 3:15pm, so the inquests | :03:34. | :03:39.
never heard what happened after that. Anne found evidence her son | :03:39. | :03:45.
was alive until 4pm. In September, she spoke to me about the | :03:45. | :03:48.
Hillsborough Independent panel's revelation that 41 victims might | :03:48. | :03:53.
have been saved. That is nearly half of the 96. They | :03:53. | :03:59.
must have known that. And they have covered it up by putting the 3:15pm | :03:59. | :04:02.
cut-off point at causing all this heartache. | :04:02. | :04:07.
I after the report, the accidental death verdicts were quashed, and | :04:07. | :04:10.
Anne was there to see it. It is a good feeling because they bounced | :04:10. | :04:14.
me from one wall to the other and I knew what they were doing. They | :04:14. | :04:17.
were wearing the down but I would wear them down before they wore me | :04:17. | :04:22.
down, and I have actually done it. In a statement, the Bishop of | :04:22. | :04:25.
Liverpool said She will go down in history as one of the key people | :04:25. | :04:29.
who brought to light the truth of the Hillsborough tragedy. | :04:29. | :04:32.
solicitor said There is no doubt that without her commitment and | :04:32. | :04:36.
tenacious investigation, the families would not be where they | :04:36. | :04:40.
are today, on the verge of justice after the truth has been uncovered. | :04:40. | :04:45.
Tonight, the flag at Liverpool Town Hall flies at half mast for all | :04:45. | :04:53.
woman many count themselves privileged to have known. | :04:53. | :04:56.
Such a sad night, and it goes without saying that our thoughts | :04:56. | :05:00.
are with Anne Williams's family and friends tonight. You met her many | :05:00. | :05:04.
times and interviewed them many times. What will you remember about | :05:04. | :05:10.
her? I think if anyone had a right to be angry about what happened, it | :05:10. | :05:14.
was Anne Williams. There was anger there, but she never raised her | :05:14. | :05:18.
voice, there were never any outbursts. What you did get what's | :05:18. | :05:23.
this determined, calm, steely nature of. No matter how many times | :05:23. | :05:27.
the courts not her back, she carried on going, even when the | :05:27. | :05:30.
independent panel report was coming out, she was still gathering | :05:30. | :05:33.
independence will stop she had an attitude which came out of what she | :05:33. | :05:39.
felt about Kevin and Hillsborough, which was that you won't win, I | :05:39. | :05:45.
will. Remarkable. Thank you. Joining me now from Westminster is | :05:45. | :05:50.
Steve Rotherham, Labour MP for Liverpool Walton. I know you new | :05:50. | :05:56.
and very well. We have heard a lot of tributes about her today -- knew | :05:56. | :05:59.
Anne Williams. She must have showed a lot of strength to continue | :05:59. | :06:04.
fighting even though she was very ill. Of course, its strength, | :06:04. | :06:09.
determination, resilience, courage, I have heard them all today, she | :06:09. | :06:13.
exhibited all those attributes in abundance, but also I think the | :06:13. | :06:18.
thing that drove her when she felt weak and tired during the later | :06:18. | :06:22.
stages of her illness was the unconditional love for her children, | :06:22. | :06:27.
one, Kevin, who perished at Hillsborough, and one who survived. | :06:27. | :06:30.
People have underestimated the power of a mother's love for their | :06:30. | :06:36.
child. She achieved so much, it seems such a shame she hasn't been | :06:36. | :06:41.
able to live to see the final piece in the jigsaw with the new inquests. | :06:41. | :06:45.
Yes, I think that is possibly one of the real tragedies. Of course | :06:45. | :06:49.
when anybody dies it is horrible for the family to contend with, and | :06:49. | :06:55.
I sent my condolences to her family, but for her not to see the final | :06:55. | :07:00.
piece of the jigsaw, when I spoke to her she said the thing she | :07:00. | :07:05.
wanted for closure was to put Kevin's death certificate in a | :07:05. | :07:09.
trinket box she kept with mementoes of him. She never picked up that | :07:10. | :07:13.
death certificate because she didn't accept the original verdict | :07:13. | :07:18.
of accidental death. Briefly, how important you think Anne Williams | :07:18. | :07:22.
was in this fight for justice for the Hillsborough campaigners? | :07:22. | :07:25.
was immensely important, just as all the others were in their own | :07:25. | :07:30.
ways, but she took things but Kevin right the way through all the legal | :07:30. | :07:36.
stages and the judicial stages to the European Court, and every stage | :07:36. | :07:40.
she had a door slammed in her face and never gave up hope that one day | :07:40. | :07:44.
the truth would be out, which we all know is there now, and justice | :07:44. | :07:48.
would follow, and that is what her memory and legacy will be, that we | :07:48. | :07:52.
continue that fight for justice for the 96. | :07:52. | :07:57.
So Steve Rotherham, thank you. Other news from around the north- | :07:57. | :08:01.
west, police in Cumbria investigating the alleged leaking | :08:01. | :08:04.
of information about the Police and Crime Commissioner's expenses have | :08:04. | :08:08.
arrested a third man. It was reported Richard Rhodes ran up a | :08:08. | :08:12.
bill of 700 for a car and driver for two journeys. He has since | :08:12. | :08:16.
repaid the money. A 54-year-old man was arrested today on suspicion of | :08:17. | :08:20.
perverting the course of justice, and two others arrested last week | :08:20. | :08:25.
have been released on bail. A up to a quarter of a million pounds has | :08:25. | :08:27.
been set aside to reimburse Cumbrian farmers the the cost of | :08:27. | :08:31.
removing sheep that died in last month's heavy snow. | :08:31. | :08:35.
Farmers had to pay 15 per animal to have each carcass removed. | :08:35. | :08:39.
Farmers on the Isle of Man were told last week by the Manx | :08:39. | :08:42.
government they would also get financial help. | :08:42. | :08:45.
Almost 100 jobs in a food processing park on the Isle of Man | :08:45. | :08:51.
will be created. The 1.4 million investment will process fish in | :08:51. | :08:55.
Peel. Plans to celebrate next month's | :08:55. | :08:59.
opening of Liverpool's refurbished Central Library have been announced. | :08:59. | :09:03.
The facade will be transformed into a giant bookcase with animations | :09:03. | :09:07.
projected on the outside of the building. It has taken more than | :09:07. | :09:11.
two years to refurbish. Cumbria Police have condemned a | :09:11. | :09:15.
social networking site set up to name and shame paedophiles in | :09:15. | :09:19.
Barrow. They say it could encourage vigilantes and drive offenders | :09:19. | :09:22.
underground. Those behind the group say they are | :09:22. | :09:27.
providing a vital service and don't condone violence in any way. Their | :09:27. | :09:30.
Facebook page currently has 4000 members and they are holding their | :09:31. | :09:34.
first public meeting tonight. Here is Dave Guest. | :09:34. | :09:39.
The key and Debbie say their mother is on a mission to let people know | :09:39. | :09:43.
if paedophiles are living in their neighbourhood. They are part of the | :09:43. | :09:47.
group was set up a social networking page listing sex | :09:47. | :09:51.
offenders living in their part of South Cumbria. They have combed the | :09:51. | :09:58.
archives of local newspapers to get their information. They call | :09:58. | :09:59.
themselves Communities Against Paedophiles. | :09:59. | :10:05.
A we need to know where people were living. White you need to know?To | :10:05. | :10:11.
protect children. Are you vigilantes? Not vigilantes.Is | :10:11. | :10:15.
there a danger that you will unnecessarily alarmed people and | :10:15. | :10:19.
encourage people to attack these offenders? Not at all. We don't | :10:19. | :10:27.
condone any sort of violence. Your information might be out of date. | :10:27. | :10:32.
It is checked and rechecked before it goes up. Their Facebook group | :10:32. | :10:36.
currently has more than 4000 members and they are holding their | :10:36. | :10:39.
first meeting tonight. Come Tripoli say this group could | :10:39. | :10:44.
make things worse rather than better -- Cumbria Police say it. | :10:44. | :10:47.
They say they already have systems in place to monitor offenders in | :10:47. | :10:51.
the community and the activities of the group could succeed in driving | :10:51. | :10:55.
those offenders underground. Then no one would know what they are up | :10:55. | :10:59.
to. The Barrow MP agrees that monitoring sex offender should be | :10:59. | :11:02.
left to professionals. I would strongly a caution against | :11:02. | :11:08.
them going ahead with any action police say could putt at children | :11:08. | :11:12.
at greater risk from paedophiles, not less. | :11:12. | :11:15.
But Debbie and other members of the group stunned by what they are | :11:16. | :11:21.
doing. Let's explore some of the issues | :11:21. | :11:25.
raised in this report with Rachel Horman, a solicitor and an expert | :11:25. | :11:29.
in this part of the law. Thanks for coming in. Remind us what the law | :11:29. | :11:36.
allows people to find out at the moment. It is commonly known as | :11:36. | :11:41.
Sarah's Law, and allows parents or guardians of children to make a | :11:41. | :11:44.
request to the police in certain circumstances if they have concerns | :11:44. | :11:50.
about somebody coming into contact with their child. So it is not a | :11:50. | :11:53.
free-for-all, you can't just request information about a | :11:53. | :12:01.
neighbour. You need a reason to do it. Yes, and there has to the risk | :12:01. | :12:06.
of that person coming into contact with the child. I and police will | :12:06. | :12:12.
interview you to ensure you have good cause. Yes.Who uses it at the | :12:12. | :12:17.
moment? Often, it is parents, may be the parents have split up, maybe | :12:17. | :12:22.
mum has a new boyfriend, and there might be concerns in that regard, | :12:22. | :12:28.
and that person would be coming into contact with the child. I | :12:28. | :12:32.
think last year there were approximately 900 applications made | :12:32. | :12:35.
for information and only about 160 were granted. | :12:35. | :12:40.
Do you get many websites like this popping up? Vigilantism is the big | :12:40. | :12:43.
concern, because they are unregulated. | :12:43. | :12:48.
That is a concern, and in America, they have Megan's Law, which allows | :12:48. | :12:53.
more disclosure, similar to the Cumbrian group, there have been a | :12:53. | :12:57.
lot of vigilante attacks, and actually, people had been murdered. | :12:57. | :13:02.
We don't want to go down that road. Rachel, thank you. Good to meet you. | :13:02. | :13:06.
Next, coping with bereavement is a difficult enough time for any | :13:06. | :13:11.
family, but for one Paul -- one woman in Stockport, the loss of her | :13:11. | :13:15.
father started an eight-month disagreement with her bank. Siobhan | :13:15. | :13:20.
Peers has received over 20 letters from RBS since her father passed | :13:20. | :13:24.
away in 2011, prompting her to take drastic action. | :13:24. | :13:27.
Siobhan Peers lived with her father David all her life and cared for | :13:27. | :13:32.
him in their home for a year before he died of cancer in 2011. After he | :13:32. | :13:36.
died, Siobhan set about winding up his estate, and sent a copy of his | :13:37. | :13:40.
death certificate to RBS to close an account she believes was in | :13:40. | :13:43.
credit, but it turns out a copy wasn't enough. | :13:43. | :13:48.
They said when you get a copy, we need a copy, so I sent a copy and | :13:48. | :13:51.
thought that was that done with until we had a letter saying he | :13:51. | :13:58.
owed me 6. Despite bringing the original of | :13:58. | :14:03.
the certificates are into the back, the debts racked up to 600, | :14:04. | :14:07.
prompting her to take drastic action. | :14:07. | :14:13.
I took his ashes into the back and slapped them on the counter. I said | :14:13. | :14:17.
that was David Pears. They had to close his account. | :14:17. | :14:21.
RBS said they have to send some mail to help resolve personal | :14:21. | :14:26.
affairs, but often Siobhan visited the Bank, further information came | :14:26. | :14:31.
to light meaning it was necessary to contact her again, and apologise | :14:31. | :14:35.
for distress caused. If I get apology and they leave me | :14:35. | :14:40.
alone, I will be happy. Just leave me alone and let me grieve. | :14:40. | :14:43.
RBS passed the issue to a debt collection agency, but this evening, | :14:44. | :14:49.
but bank told the agency that debt has been written off. | :14:49. | :14:56.
Still to come: Harnessing the power of pink, the celebrity fundraisers | :14:56. | :14:59.
who had just arrived in Warrington as they motored through the country | :15:00. | :15:05.
for breast cancer. And not your average postman, | :15:05. | :15:08.
Wigan's Manager delivers this couple are rather special | :15:08. | :15:12.
anniversary present. It is like a dream come true | :15:12. | :15:17.
meeting him. She has not slept for week! | :15:17. | :15:21.
Wonderful. The electioneering might have been | :15:21. | :15:24.
quieter than normal, but a fortnight today, voters in England | :15:24. | :15:29.
will go to the polls in certain county council elections. Today, | :15:29. | :15:33.
Lib Dem Leader Nick Clegg was campaigning in South Cumbria, but | :15:33. | :15:37.
Lancashire will be particularly strongly contested. Arif Ansari is | :15:37. | :15:42.
here to tell us all about it. That's right. Once every four years, | :15:43. | :15:47.
the powerful county councils are in and of the voters. They provide | :15:47. | :15:52.
some of the strategic services like schools, roads and social services, | :15:52. | :16:00.
and the big political prize in the north-west is laxer County Council. | :16:00. | :16:04.
It is great to be able to say that after it 20 years we have gained | :16:04. | :16:07.
control of Lancashire County Council. | :16:07. | :16:11.
David Cameron knocked Labour out four years ago. Labour lost 28 | :16:11. | :16:16.
seats in a disastrous performance as the Tories gained 20. The | :16:16. | :16:19.
council leader still keeps that moment on his desk. Since then it | :16:19. | :16:25.
has been tough as budgets have been cut. We have improved services can | :16:25. | :16:29.
Dick -- significantly and invested in services people feel are | :16:29. | :16:32.
necessary, and that is our greatest achievement. | :16:32. | :16:37.
Labour says it is ready to return to power and wants to improve | :16:37. | :16:41.
conditions for staff. At the moment, more than 20 per | :16:41. | :16:45.
cent of people employed by Lancashire County Council on -- | :16:45. | :16:49.
Oram less than the living wage. That is deplorable, and that would | :16:49. | :16:53.
be one of our first policies. They Lib Dems may hold the balance | :16:53. | :16:56.
of power, but for now they simply need to hold on. | :16:56. | :17:00.
In areas where we face Conservatives we have a strong | :17:00. | :17:04.
opportunity to win. In areas like Burnley where we face the Labour | :17:04. | :17:08.
Party, who are taking the populist outlook for granted, I feel we will | :17:08. | :17:13.
actually hang on to our seats. So what do the voters want? | :17:14. | :17:18.
A lot of the shops are shut and the area is depressed at the moment. | :17:18. | :17:23.
I would like more houses for people living and working in the area. | :17:23. | :17:31.
Cost of living. Immigration. Transport, housing, schools. | :17:32. | :17:36.
The at experts say local elections are mainly decided by the national | :17:36. | :17:40.
mood. That would mean Labour very much | :17:40. | :17:44.
look like they will take control of Lancashire. It would be a huge | :17:44. | :17:47.
disappointment to them if they didn't. | :17:47. | :17:52.
But while Labour is confident, few are certain. | :17:52. | :17:55.
The Liberal Democrat Leader Nick Clegg was campaigning in Cumbria | :17:55. | :18:01.
today. The county council there has been under no overall control since | :18:01. | :18:05.
2001, and very unusually, is run by a Conservative item Labour | :18:05. | :18:10.
coalition. All to play for there. Our viewers in High Peak will vote | :18:10. | :18:15.
in Derbyshire County Council elections. John Hess has this | :18:15. | :18:19.
assessment. Here in Derbyshire, the | :18:19. | :18:24.
Conservative hold on County Hall is now on a knife-edge. Four years ago, | :18:24. | :18:29.
the party took control of Labour for the first time since 1981, but | :18:29. | :18:33.
recent by-election setbacks and a high-profile defection to you Kip | :18:33. | :18:37.
are causing Tory jitters. The economic development has emerged as | :18:37. | :18:43.
a battleground, but also how to improve adult social care and youth | :18:43. | :18:46.
services at a time when budgets continue to be squeezed regardless | :18:46. | :18:50.
of which party wins control in Derbyshire. | :18:50. | :18:55.
So 3 elections campaigning -- campaigning underway and voting in | :18:55. | :19:00.
a fortnight. John Hess is looking forward to this almost as much as | :19:00. | :19:06.
A busy fortnight for you. We will have lots more. | :19:06. | :19:10.
If you want to see a full list of the candidates, look online, those | :19:10. | :19:20.

What do you get when you put four famous people in a pink Rolls Royce | :19:21. | :19:26.
and ask them to drive the length of the country? This: At 30 FAB1 | :19:26. | :19:36.
:19:36. | :19:43. | ||
Challenge. A 24 hour car ride to raise 1 million for Breast cancer. | :19:43. | :19:53.
:19:53. | :19:58. | ||
James May is stuck at the back of people that have turned up to see | :19:58. | :20:08.
:20:08. | :20:09. | ||
the fab four on the FAB1 Challenge. The car is driven by Chris Evans. I | :20:09. | :20:17.
have all four or view, no, one is missing. Chris, this is for breast | :20:17. | :20:22.
Cancer care, cause very close your heart. It is close to everyone's | :20:22. | :20:27.
heart, one in eight women will get breast cancer. Whether a friend or | :20:27. | :20:32.
relative, my mother has had it, hang fully got over that, having the all | :20:32. | :20:39.
clear at the age of 87. We have a pink car, the pink cause, and we are | :20:39. | :20:43.
not even half way there yet. You set off this morning very early from | :20:43. | :20:47.
Lands End. You probably will not get there until four o'clock this | :20:47. | :20:53.
morning. You are trying to raise 1 million. That will take a whole | :20:53. | :21:02.
year? What will, less than a year. 1 million is the target. We are not | :21:02. | :21:08.
half way until we get to Carlisle, which we did not know. I want to | :21:08. | :21:16.
hire this car, now I have driven it, what do I have to do? Give 1 | :21:16. | :21:26.
million to FAB1. What has it been like driving? Amazing. You are | :21:26. | :21:32.
championing charity causes. How important is this to you? It is | :21:32. | :21:37.
important to everybody. Just because of life the way it is, a lot of | :21:37. | :21:42.
people affected. We are just driving up the country, but trying to make | :21:42. | :21:48.
this card the Star, which will make all the money. Thank you very much. | :21:48. | :21:53.
From a very busiest shopping centre in Warrington, with four superstars, | :21:53. | :21:58.
getting them all in the short. And look at that, and we did not | :21:58. | :22:03.
even speak to two of them. What a good thing they are doing. | :22:03. | :22:08.
A couple of lifelong Wigan Athletic supporters got the surprise of a | :22:08. | :22:13.
lifetime today. Alan and Rita Winstanley could not make it to the | :22:13. | :22:16.
recent FA Cup semi-final win, because it clashed with their golden | :22:16. | :22:20.
wedding celebrations. But the club made sure they would not miss the | :22:20. | :22:28.
final, sending two ticket and a rather special postman. | :22:28. | :22:33.
A couple of golden tickets for Wigan Athletic's golden couple, handed | :22:33. | :22:39.
over by the club's manager Roberto Martinez. I wanted to make sure you | :22:40. | :22:43.
would not miss the final. Alan and Rita Winstanley, now in their late | :22:43. | :22:49.
70s, have both been going to watch the Latics for more than 60 years, | :22:49. | :22:53.
and missing one of the biggest days in the club's history was painful. | :22:54. | :22:59.
Terrible, only one work. But after that visit from the boards, they do | :22:59. | :23:04.
not need to worry about the final. They have always surrounded | :23:04. | :23:10.
themselves with Wigan Athletic, a phenomenal story. And special people | :23:10. | :23:15.
and we cannot let them down. It is like a gene come true, meeting him. | :23:15. | :23:22.
She has not slept for a week. couple first met on an away trip | :23:22. | :23:26.
following Wigan in the 1950s. Like most couples, they have had the odd | :23:26. | :23:30.
disagreement. But that is one subject about which there is no | :23:30. | :23:37.
argument. Who is the bigger Wigan fan? Me. | :23:37. | :23:47.
:23:47. | :23:49. | ||
is. No arguments? No.Even four feet of snow, she was still go. Devotion | :23:49. | :23:53.
that deserved a kiss goodbye from Senor Martinez. Well, actually, Rita | :23:53. | :24:00.
insisted on five. Happy anniversary to them. Hope you | :24:00. | :24:10.
:24:10. | :24:11. | ||
I wonder if he will give me a kiss on my 20th wedding anniversary. I | :24:11. | :24:16.
would welcome the visit. Good evening, wild and windy over the | :24:16. | :24:23.
last 12-18 hours. It has settled down a little going through today, | :24:23. | :24:28.
things much calmer. But showers are the order of the forecast, popping | :24:28. | :24:34.
up here and there. And some places with spectacular thunderstorms. That | :24:34. | :24:40.
is the latest picture, with showers still going through. The live | :24:40. | :24:44.
picture does not look too bad, some sunshine to enter the day. And | :24:44. | :24:51.
tomorrow is much calmer. Through this evening and overnight, what you | :24:51. | :24:55.
get is what you see. But waiting in the wings, hitting the Isle of Man | :24:55. | :25:04.
first, then everywhere, the show resolve but then disappear. The wind | :25:04. | :25:11.
filly gusty, but nowhere near as bad as last night stop into tomorrow, a | :25:11. | :25:15.
combination of patchy cloud and some sunny spells. Showers at the | :25:15. | :25:19.
heaviest in southern parts of the region, which is where they will be | :25:19. | :25:24.
concentrated, but away from that, the son works its way through, the | :25:24. | :25:28.
showers saving in the afternoon. And some places getting very pleasant | :25:28. | :25:33.
sunshine. Top temperature 12 Celsius. | :25:33. | :25:38.
Thank you, I know someone who would like it I cold. Before we go, you | :25:38. | :25:46.
must meet this, Chester Zoo's newer libel, -- new arrival, and Humboldt | :25:46. | :25:55.
penguin. They have cold him Doctor, after Doctor Who. And even has a new | :25:55. | :25:58.
friend, baby Tardis, Davros and Dalek. | :25:58. | :26:06. |
