degrees. Fiona. Thank you, Sarah. That's all from the BBC News at Six. | :00:00. | :00:00.
Welcome to North West Tonight, with Stuart Flinders | :00:00. | :00:08.
Narrowing the North-South divide. Could better schools be the answer? | :00:09. | :00:15.
We hear from the Children's Commissioner for England. | :00:16. | :00:19.
20mph zones - Manchester halts its scheme, | :00:20. | :00:23.
after accident rates fail to drop as much as expected. | :00:24. | :00:29.
The drowning of five women in Derwent Water is remembered, | :00:30. | :00:33.
And could the record funding given to Manchester clubs turn | :00:34. | :00:39.
Britain's paralympic goalball players into world-beaters? | :00:40. | :00:56.
We start tonight with a claim from the Children's Commissioner | :00:57. | :00:59.
for England that many children born in the North grow up believing | :01:00. | :01:02.
Some figures certainly suggest that there is a North-South divide, | :01:03. | :01:08.
in terms of opportunities for young people. | :01:09. | :01:09.
Just over 14,000 businesses were opened in Greater | :01:10. | :01:11.
That is more than in the whole of Wales. | :01:12. | :01:17.
And yet three of the local authorities in Greater Manchester | :01:18. | :01:26.
are in a top ten of the country's most deprived areas. | :01:27. | :01:33.
Liverpool is home to more than 7,000 creative and digital firms, | :01:34. | :01:36.
contributing ?1.4 billion to the local economy. | :01:37. | :01:37.
But Liverpool's employment rate is the worst in the country. | :01:38. | :01:41.
A young person leaving school or college in London | :01:42. | :01:43.
or the South East is 57% more likely to go on to a top university, | :01:44. | :01:47.
compared to a child in the north of England. | :01:48. | :01:50.
The Children's Commissioner, Anne Longfield, who was | :01:51. | :01:51.
in Manchester today, has launched a project to address | :01:52. | :01:54.
the divide, called Growing Up North. She has been talking to Andy Gill. | :01:55. | :02:02.
This afternoon, Anne Longfield was at Reclaim, | :02:03. | :02:04.
a Manchester charity which teaches young working class people | :02:05. | :02:11.
overcoming what it calls stagnating social mobility | :02:12. | :02:25.
And the teenagers who come here are aware of the North-South | :02:26. | :02:29.
I do believe there are a lot less opportunities for young people up | :02:30. | :02:47.
here than there are don't so. There is definitely that divide. | :02:48. | :02:50.
Earlier, the children's commissioner was in Trafford, | :02:51. | :02:51.
meeting local experts, who have ideas on how to tackle | :02:52. | :02:54.
the lack of opportunity some Northern children face. | :02:55. | :03:01.
Too many families do not get that opportunity at the moment. Children | :03:02. | :03:08.
just have that expectation of being able to have choice and succeed. | :03:09. | :03:11.
And she thinks forthcoming political devolution in Greater Manchester | :03:12. | :03:13.
That devolution could include new abilities and new opportunities for | :03:14. | :03:28.
vulnerable children. It would help them move from the transition from | :03:29. | :03:38.
primary school into secondary. Also, help with business and further | :03:39. | :03:41.
education. How important our children to the project? They are | :03:42. | :03:51.
central to it. It is the family and final environment which ships the | :03:52. | :03:59.
thinking and the view of the world. Obviously, the family informed their | :04:00. | :04:07.
own experience and expectation. She is travelling next to me as they | :04:08. | :04:13.
say, to hear of the problems with an Liverpool and the surrounding area. | :04:14. | :04:14.
She will report in the summer. Cheshire Police are tonight still | :04:15. | :04:17.
at the scene of an armed stand-of, Officers were called to a house | :04:18. | :04:20.
in Weston just outside Crewe yesterday lunchtime, | :04:21. | :04:24.
over concerns about a man's welfare. When they arrived, he had | :04:25. | :04:26.
a crossbow and was refusing Our reporter Ian Haslam | :04:27. | :04:29.
is there for us tonight. Yes, this stand-off has been | :04:30. | :04:33.
going on for quite some time, officers were called to an address | :04:34. | :04:36.
on Kingsdown Road at Wychwood Park shortly after midday yesterday | :04:37. | :04:39.
after that report of concern Now, Wychwood Park is a private | :04:40. | :04:42.
estate, with the houses, as you may be able to see, | :04:43. | :04:47.
set some way back from Police are still there | :04:48. | :04:49.
and still negotiating with the man, who has not been named, | :04:50. | :04:53.
as they have been for over 30 hours. Armed officers were also deployed, | :04:54. | :04:56.
along with the police helicopter, as these pictures filmed | :04:57. | :04:58.
from the scene show. A cordon was put in place | :04:59. | :05:08.
and the road was sealed off as a precautionary measure, | :05:09. | :05:11.
as negotiations continue with the man, who is armed | :05:12. | :05:12.
with a crossbow and still refusing Police believe he is been the only | :05:13. | :05:15.
person in the property throughout Cheshire Police dealing | :05:16. | :05:20.
with a highly sensitive situation and, clearly, | :05:21. | :05:22.
it is also a concerning time for local residents. | :05:23. | :05:24.
What are police saying to them? Well, they have thanked them | :05:25. | :05:26.
for their patience and cooperation, and say they will continue to keep | :05:27. | :05:29.
them up to date with the situation Obviously, a very strange | :05:30. | :05:32.
time for people arriving home from work last night, to find | :05:33. | :05:35.
armed officers on their street. The hope then from those residents | :05:36. | :05:38.
and police here that this ongoing incident can be brought | :05:39. | :05:41.
to a peaceful conclusion. One of Britain's most | :05:42. | :05:49.
senior female judges, ruling on her final case | :05:50. | :05:50.
in Manchester before retiring, has begged all women to protect | :05:51. | :05:52.
themselves from predatory men It came as 19-year-old | :05:53. | :05:58.
Ricardo Rodrigues-Gomes was sentenced to six years in jail | :05:59. | :06:03.
for raping a woman Lindsey Kushner QC said, whilst | :06:04. | :06:06.
there was no excuse for such crimes, women put themselves in danger | :06:07. | :06:12.
of being raped by men, Four libraries that were due | :06:13. | :06:14.
to be closed in Liverpool have been saved, after | :06:15. | :06:21.
the government increased the amount it was giving | :06:22. | :06:23.
to councils to pay for social care. The extra ?27 million means | :06:24. | :06:26.
the council will not have to divert as much money from other areas | :06:27. | :06:29.
to fund social care. But Mayor Joe Anderson says | :06:30. | :06:31.
the extra money over three years is still only | :06:32. | :06:33.
a "sticking plaster" solution. And the minister responsible | :06:34. | :06:38.
for social care, Warrington South MP David Mowat, is among the guests | :06:39. | :06:40.
on The Sunday Politics this weekend. That is at 11am | :06:41. | :06:43.
on Sunday on BBC One. New figures show Lancashire | :06:44. | :06:48.
and Cumbria are among the ten areas Motorists will be given refunds for | :06:49. | :07:09.
fines imposed for driving in the bustling in Preston. | :07:10. | :07:12.
New figures show Lancashire and Cumbria are among the ten areas | :07:13. | :07:15.
of Britain with the highest number of sub-standard bridges. | :07:16. | :07:17.
The RAC Foundation is warning that thousands of council-maintained road | :07:18. | :07:20.
bridges are not fit to support the heaviest lorries | :07:21. | :07:22.
and many are under programmes of managed decline. | :07:23. | :07:26.
Research carried out by North West Tonight suggests most | :07:27. | :07:29.
of the region's police forces are making little or no effort | :07:30. | :07:31.
The new zones have been set up in residential areas, at a cost | :07:32. | :07:36.
But in Lancashire last year, not one single person was fined | :07:37. | :07:40.
for driving too fast in one of these zones. | :07:41. | :07:43.
Meanwhile, Manchester has halted the expansion of such zones, | :07:44. | :07:45.
amid concern they are not reducing accidents by as much as was hoped. | :07:46. | :07:48.
The speed limits were imposed to make the roads safer. | :07:49. | :08:12.
Lancashire spent nearly ?6 million setting up the zones. | :08:13. | :08:15.
Using Freedom of Information requests, North West Tonight has | :08:16. | :08:17.
found that, last year, Lancashire Police did not fine | :08:18. | :08:19.
or prosecute anyone for breaking a 20mph limit. | :08:20. | :08:27.
In Greater Manchester, where almost ?3.5 million | :08:28. | :08:29.
was spent on the zones, only one driver was fined. | :08:30. | :08:31.
Merseyside Police appear to have been the most active. | :08:32. | :08:34.
Lancashire Police admit that cuts to police budgets has forced them | :08:35. | :08:37.
to concentrate on motorways and main roads rather than 20mph zones. | :08:38. | :08:46.
The zones have been implemented on 100 streets. This week, Manchester | :08:47. | :08:57.
said they were halting the roll-out and instead are spending the | :08:58. | :09:01.
available budget on more traditional traffic Cal Ming measures, such as | :09:02. | :09:09.
pedestrian crossings. We have seen the level of police funding cut and | :09:10. | :09:13.
that has impacted on how the police have been able to enforce this. But | :09:14. | :09:20.
it is understandable, even though it is disappointing. | :09:21. | :09:25.
This week, a study found average speeds in Manchester's 20mph zones | :09:26. | :09:28.
In Manchester, as a whole, including areas without the new zones, | :09:29. | :09:35.
accidents have gone down around 33% since 2014. | :09:36. | :09:36.
But results from a sample of the city's 20mph zones | :09:37. | :09:39.
showed accidents there had only reduced by between 12-16%. | :09:40. | :09:43.
Some campaigners are sceptical about the research figures. We would say, | :09:44. | :09:52.
give this longer and do more research. I think 20 mph is | :09:53. | :10:02.
reasonable. If you go more, it could be getting to the stage where it | :10:03. | :10:09.
could be dangerous. There are children's lives involved. Go for | :10:10. | :10:15.
it. However it is achieved, road safety remains an important issue | :10:16. | :10:17.
for our communities. The government is to look into why | :10:18. | :10:21.
a report into the contamination of water supplies in | :10:22. | :10:24.
Lancashire 18 months ago has Residents in 300,000 homes had | :10:25. | :10:26.
to boil drinking water for a month, The Conservative MP for Fylde, | :10:27. | :10:30.
Mark Menzies, told the Commons 18 months on, the Drinking Water | :10:31. | :10:34.
Inspectorate still refuse to publish a report, still refused to say | :10:35. | :10:43.
when it will be published, saying, we will publish it | :10:44. | :10:46.
when we are good and ready. Can the Leader of the House set | :10:47. | :10:49.
aside some time to debate the responsibility of organisations like | :10:50. | :10:52.
the Drinking Water Inspectorate I have to say that I am | :10:53. | :10:54.
surprised this report has not yet been published | :10:55. | :11:00.
and I will draw this to the attention of | :11:01. | :11:02.
the Secretary of State Tens of thousands of commuters | :11:03. | :11:04.
could be affected by a strike on Monday by conductors and drivers | :11:05. | :11:14.
on Northern Rail and Merseyrail. The RMT union is disputing | :11:15. | :11:16.
plans to bring in more Huge disruption is expected | :11:17. | :11:19.
across the region - Naomi Cornwell is at | :11:20. | :11:28.
Manchester's Victoria Station this will not just perfect train | :11:29. | :11:31.
passengers? -- affect. Yes, the 24-hour walkout planned | :11:32. | :11:50.
for Monday is because the RMT wants Northern Rail and Merseyrail to give | :11:51. | :11:53.
more assurances that it will not take away the job of opening | :11:54. | :11:55.
and closing train doors from guards. The companies deny they are | :11:56. | :11:58.
putting safety at risk, It is about cutting safety and | :11:59. | :12:13.
boosting profits of the already rich train operators. | :12:14. | :12:16.
If you are travelling around the region on Monday, | :12:17. | :12:18.
Northern Rail is not just the biggest train | :12:19. | :12:21.
It is the biggest train operator in the UK. | :12:22. | :12:25.
It expects that most of its services will not operate. | :12:26. | :12:28.
Only 40% of services will and they will be extremely busy. | :12:29. | :12:35.
They will run around 300 rail replacement bus | :12:36. | :12:37.
services across the North of England and Northern Rail tickets | :12:38. | :12:41.
will also be accepted on all Arriva Bus services. | :12:42. | :12:45.
Northern Rail is the trading name of Arriva Rail North. | :12:46. | :12:58.
We will focus our timetable and moving people where we have | :12:59. | :13:05.
conductors available. We are looking at the key fall between cities and | :13:06. | :13:15.
locations. We will not be able to be in every area. I would urge | :13:16. | :13:18.
customers to visit the website. They have urged anyone | :13:19. | :13:20.
who would normally be commuting to work to ask | :13:21. | :13:22.
employers if they can work from home or be flexible with working hours. | :13:23. | :13:25.
Merseyrail will also be affected. It hopes to run trains every half | :13:26. | :13:28.
hour on all routes from 7am to 7pm, but that depends on who crosses | :13:29. | :13:31.
the picket lines. And it is not just rail passengers | :13:32. | :13:33.
who will be affected. There will be extra trams on some | :13:34. | :13:36.
routes in Greater Manchester and some roadworks will be | :13:37. | :13:39.
suspended, but buses to be busier than normal, | :13:40. | :13:41.
as are the region's roads. So, the advice to everyone | :13:42. | :13:44.
travelling on Monday is check before you set off, | :13:45. | :13:46.
have a Plan B and leave extra Thank you. We will all pay | :13:47. | :14:01.
attention. It is going to be very difficult. | :14:02. | :14:03.

Tyson's cousin Hughie says there is no stopping him. | :14:08. | :14:09.
And Amelia's aim - the 14-year-old hoping | :14:10. | :14:11.

It was the worst loss of life the Lake District had | :14:51. | :14:52.
seen during its time as a tourist destination. | :14:53. | :14:54.
And it led to new safety rules governing pleasure craft. | :14:55. | :14:57.
Yet, few people remember the Derwent Water disaster of 1898. | :14:58. | :14:59.
Now, a retired policeman aims to put that right, | :15:00. | :15:01.
One of the nation's most popular tourist destinations in the | :15:02. | :15:06.
20th century, but it was just as popular in the late | :15:07. | :15:08.
It provided respite for those who worked in the grimy North - | :15:09. | :15:12.
among them, Mary Jane Smith, Nancy Pickles, Frances Crossley, | :15:13. | :15:18.
They were in a party of mill workers from Nelson | :15:19. | :15:23.
who headed for the lakes in August of 1898. | :15:24. | :15:26.
Sadly, the five young women never returned home. | :15:27. | :15:31.
This was the worst loss of life on a British lake | :15:32. | :15:43.
The highlight was to be a trip out on Derwent Water. | :15:44. | :15:47.
The ladies boarded a rowing boat and set sail. | :15:48. | :15:49.
Out in the middle of the lake, one of the ladies lost her handbag | :15:50. | :15:55.
overboard and in the scrabble to try to recover it, | :15:56. | :15:58.
It was already overladen and it capsized and sank. | :15:59. | :16:01.
A verdict of accidental death was recorded. | :16:02. | :16:14.
This retired policeman from Cumbria has documented the tragedy in | :16:15. | :16:16.
From my research, I could find no-one from the Keswick area | :16:17. | :16:20.
who knew anything about this as a subject and that disturbed me. | :16:21. | :16:23.
It was such a significant incident that it should be remembered. | :16:24. | :16:32.
And in Nielsen, the women were buried together in a memorial was | :16:33. | :16:42.
evicted to remember them. It was such a tragedy, that the five young | :16:43. | :16:50.
women, Haut having it holiday came should day. | :16:51. | :16:54.
Following the accident, new rules were introduced, | :16:55. | :16:55.
so that the legacy these women left behind was to make | :16:56. | :16:58.
leisure time on the lakes safer for us all. | :16:59. | :17:03.
Following this, councils were able to take over the regulation of | :17:04. | :17:07.
boating. That was very important. It looks so atmospheric. I had not | :17:08. | :17:28.
hear the story before. It is something we did not know enough | :17:29. | :17:29.
about. Richard is here now with tonight's | :17:30. | :17:35.
sport and it is Manchester City's goalkeeper situation causing | :17:36. | :17:37.
debate again tonight. Yes, all because of an interview | :17:38. | :17:39.
that Joe Hart has done with the BBC. City boss Pep Guardiola says | :17:40. | :17:42.
he will consider Hart's future there at the end of the season. | :17:43. | :17:45.
You will recall that the England 'keeper was let go by Pep | :17:46. | :17:48.
pretty much as soon Joe's currently on loan at Italian | :17:49. | :17:50.
club Torino and told The Premier League Show | :17:51. | :17:54.
that he is unsure I love the club and I have always | :17:55. | :18:06.
said, if they wanted me, I would be here. But that big clubs, things can | :18:07. | :18:16.
change quickly. Not everyone is going to wake you. That is the | :18:17. | :18:17.
business side of it. Manchester City are at Middlesbrough | :18:18. | :18:21.
in the FA Cup at lunchtime tomorrow, while there is a couple of Premier | :18:22. | :18:23.
League games this weekend, too. Everton host West Brom at 3pm | :18:24. | :18:26.
tomorrow, while itis Liverpool v Burnley | :18:27. | :18:28.
at 4pm on Sunday. All the best coverage | :18:29. | :18:30.
of all the weekend's games There are two huge local derbies | :18:31. | :18:32.
in League One this weekend, with Oldham hosting Bury | :18:33. | :18:37.
in a basement battle, and Fleetwood taking on Bolton | :18:38. | :18:39.
at the other end of the table. Second-placed Fleetwood | :18:40. | :18:42.
are on an 18-match unbeaten league run and on the back of four | :18:43. | :18:43.
straight wins which have moved them Wanderers, a pre-season | :18:44. | :18:47.
promotion favourite, are fourth, but without | :18:48. | :18:51.
a win in four games. And you can see a special | :18:52. | :18:57.
report from the game On to Super League now | :18:58. | :18:59.
and it is four defeats for Warrington Wolves now this | :19:00. | :19:05.
season, after Wigan Warriors ran out comfortable winners at the Halliwell | :19:06. | :19:10.
Jones Stadium last night. The Warriors look to have | :19:11. | :19:12.
unearthed another new star in winger Liam Marshall, who scored | :19:13. | :19:14.
four tries in only his second Wigan's 38-16 win moves them | :19:15. | :19:17.
to the top if the table, BBC Radio Merseyside | :19:18. | :19:22.
and the Manchester equivalent will keep you across tonight's | :19:23. | :19:27.
action which sees St Helens go to Hull and Leigh look to build | :19:28. | :19:30.
on their solid start to the season One other sad piece of Rugby League | :19:31. | :19:33.
tonight, is that former Widnes captain Mick Adams, | :19:34. | :19:40.
a veteran of 400 appearances and four Wembley wins, | :19:41. | :19:42.
has died, at the age of 65. The cousin of former heavyweight | :19:43. | :19:52.
boxing champion Tyson Fury says nothing will stop him from winning | :19:53. | :19:54.
the world title himself. Hughie Fury fights Joseph Parker for | :19:55. | :19:56.
the WBO belt in New Zealand in May. Hughie, unbeaten as a professional, | :19:57. | :20:00.
has been a boxing fanatic And earlier today, I went down | :20:01. | :20:02.
to the Fury gym in Bolton, to talk to him about the sacrifices | :20:03. | :20:09.
he has made, how far Tyson is from a return to the ring and, | :20:10. | :20:12.
first, what he makes I think he is one of the best only. | :20:13. | :20:27.
Here's a big talent. What do you need to do to beat him, because he | :20:28. | :20:33.
is one of the rising stars of heavyweight boxing? It is always | :20:34. | :20:42.
going to be the same income. I have the willpower and determination to | :20:43. | :20:48.
win. What have you had to sacrifice to get to this point, to Iran as | :20:49. | :20:56.
shocked at the Warren potato? I have been doing this since I was six. I | :20:57. | :21:02.
had my first fight at a one years old. I have sacrificed all the | :21:03. | :21:08.
normal teenagers things. Parties, get your friends. It has just been | :21:09. | :21:18.
boxing. I have not really heard the childhood, having friends and | :21:19. | :21:21.
everything else. I have just been so focused on boxing. Could you have | :21:22. | :21:26.
done it with anyone else, without your father being your trainer? | :21:27. | :21:34.
Definitely not. I trust him. I listen to him. We have never lost a | :21:35. | :21:46.
fight since he started training me. You said that you and your cousin | :21:47. | :21:52.
will dominate the division like the Ukrainian brothers have done for | :21:53. | :21:59.
many years. I think, mean and going forward, we could dominate the | :22:00. | :22:09.
heavyweight division. If Tyson does come back, and I believe he will, we | :22:10. | :22:15.
could do that. Will he come back? I think his head is at the great poise | :22:16. | :22:20.
at the minute. There is talk of a comeback know. Maybe the end of the | :22:21. | :22:24.
-- this year or the beginning of next year. How confident are you | :22:25. | :22:30.
that you will return with this model title? I will definitely be coming | :22:31. | :22:34.
back with it. There is no doubt about that. Complete boxing fanatic. | :22:35. | :22:45.
The total all his life. Is he as big as Tyson? Just about. Not quite. He | :22:46. | :23:01.
has something of a dwarf compare to him, at only six feet six. Tyson is | :23:02. | :23:03.
six feet name. -- Maine. Britain won a record 147 medals | :23:04. | :23:10.
at the last Paralympics, but the team is not resting | :23:11. | :23:12.
on its laurels. It is now going for gold | :23:13. | :23:14.
in the sport of goalball. Two Manchester sports clubs | :23:15. | :23:17.
for the blind are directly benefiting from record funding given | :23:18. | :23:19.
to them by Sports England. The ?1.3 million grant has been | :23:20. | :23:22.
given to the organisation behind goalball, with the aim to find | :23:23. | :23:24.
the next Team GB stars. Our reporter Mohammed Salim Patel | :23:25. | :23:27.
donned his tracksuit Remember this face, because you | :23:28. | :23:36.
could be looking at a future gold medallist in the sport of Goalball. | :23:37. | :23:46.
This is 14-year-old Amelia. She dreams in Manchester with her team. | :23:47. | :23:51.
She recently returned from a talent,, funded by money given to | :23:52. | :24:02.
the sport. When I got the news about it, they could not sleep that they, | :24:03. | :24:06.
because I was so excited. The money given to the sport in is to expand | :24:07. | :24:18.
the minority Paralympic sport and to increase its participation at | :24:19. | :24:22.
grassroots level. It is usually important. We are very much she | :24:23. | :24:36.
grows sport. It was invented in 1946 to rehabilitate visually impaired | :24:37. | :24:41.
World War II veterans. It is the only sport specifically designed for | :24:42. | :24:49.
the Blind and partially sighted. The aim is to get the ball into the | :24:50. | :24:54.
opposing net whilst wearing a blindfold. | :24:55. | :25:05.
How does it feel for you to be on the way to possible sporting | :25:06. | :25:14.
stardom? It feels like a dream come true. She will have to do a lot more | :25:15. | :25:20.
dodging and diving to reach the top level. If she does, remember that | :25:21. | :25:31.
you saw her here first. We will keep an eye on her. The ball looked quite | :25:32. | :25:41.
heavy. Looks like a great game and that funding will make a huge | :25:42. | :25:45.
difference. We can now have a look at the weather. | :25:46. | :25:50.
As the good weather going to continue? | :25:51. | :25:58.
We got this beautiful flower. That was from Pauline. Over the weekend, | :25:59. | :26:09.
rather cloudy. The saving grace is that it will be milder. A lot of | :26:10. | :26:16.
sunshine this week, but not so much at the weekend. A lot of cloud. | :26:17. | :26:28.
There was light rain and drizzle today. Nothing substantial, but just | :26:29. | :26:35.
very irritating. Spots of rain this evening. Overnight temperatures | :26:36. | :26:48.
around it- name Celsius. Tomorrow, a lot of cloud. This weather front | :26:49. | :27:00.
pushing from the north and west. Just about anywhere, drizzle could | :27:01. | :27:11.
break out. Finn cloud overnight, too. It came temperatures in | :27:12. | :27:21.
11-15dC. On Sunday, another big weather front pushing through. It | :27:22. | :27:28.
has been lovely this week, as will. We all get excited. At least the | :27:29. | :27:37.
daffodil photograph was lovely. Have a lovely weekend. | :27:38. | :27:56.
So, like, you get sponsored to swap clothes with somebody for a day. | :27:57. | :27:59.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. OK, I don't get that. So, maybe... | :28:00. | :28:01.
I don't get that. ..you wear your mother's clothes? | :28:02. | :28:03.
I don't get it. What does she wear? No, no, she wears someone else's. | :28:04. | :28:08.
OK, I don't get that, it's too complicated. Do another one. | :28:09. | :28:12.
So, like, you get sponsored to let people lick stuff | :28:13. | :28:14.
