As we heard on the News at Ten tonight - for 18 months,

people in west Sussex have been waiting to find out

what went so horribly wrong at Shoreham Airshow that lead

Sussex Police are now reviewing the Air Accident Investigations

Branch report and the coroner has set a new date of 20th June

That day in August 2015 left eleven families and a town devastated.

Today Juliette Parkin went to speak to residents in Shoreham.

Remembering those who lost their lives. The tragedy of August 2015

will forever be part of this Shoreham community but today at

least some answers. I think in the light of today's report, I think the

response would be sadness with a mixture of anger. There's an element

of anger. And given that do you think the airshow should retire and?

My personal opinion is I don't think it will. I think we very quickly

need of response from the police as to whether there will be a

prosecution and if not it needs to be very transparently and fully

explain to do everybody and after that the coroner can get on with her

important work and the families can get some sort of closure. As the

report findings were revealed today, people in the town gave us the

reaction. It has confirmed people's worries about the airshow because

they have always been there. I've got a feeling there won't be another

in Shoreham. I can't see it happening because it brings the

memories back again. It is still an everybody's minds and even the

football teams still carry the memory of people affected. Among

them, Worthing United. Two of their players died in the crash on their

way to a match. Who would have thought that an aircraft involved in

the display would crash? Absolutely unheard of and shouldn't have been

allowed because he shouldn't have been flying over that road. We we

have their names on our kit and they will always be remembered by us as

great footballers and brilliant friends. Shortly after the disaster

at the toll bridge became a focal point for an outpouring of emotion

from the surrounding community and beyond. One local artist was so

moved by what he saw he turned his grief into art. What touched me was

the community coming together. I wanted to paint a picture that I

could give to everybody involved. Such a feeling of love and support

for all those who have lost friends and relatives. The town has

gradually recovered. Obviously life has to go on. In response to the

report the Shoreham year show organisers said it had been an

important part of the community of 26 years. They said they had always

worked hard to make sure the event was safe and successful and said the

report will require further analysis and reflection. People here were

divided on its future. This community it seems will never forget

what happened here. The victims and their families very much in people's

hearts and minds today. Eastbourne residents have been

voting on a controversial scheme The borough council wants to put

3,000 of the 4,000 acres of down land that it owns,

up for sale as farms to raise But there have been

protests against the plan. Head teachers of primary

and secondary schools in East Sussex have united to campaign

for more funding. They say budget cuts could mean

shorter school weeks The county is also looking

at joining with West Sussex, Essex and Cornwall heads

in an attempt to secure more We are looking at cuts to the

student experience, whether that is curriculum pastoral support to

extracurricular activities right across the board. They will have to

look at provisions that are the cause of great pride for students

and parents. She claimed she needed oxygen

to breathe and a wheelchair to go outside, but former civil servant

Lisa White was enjoying luxury cruises with her husband funded

by a ?152,000 benefit fraud. Investigators found footage

of Mrs White dancing around the cafe Today she sobbed in court

as she was jailed for 18 months - her husband got a nine

month suspended sentence. This footage shows Lisa White

singing and dancing. But qualifying for ?115

of benefits each week, she'd told the council she couldn't

walk without a stick. And needed an oxygen tank

to regulate her breathing. She even told them she couldn't

lift kitchen equipment, but was running a cafe

in Broadstairs and I'm amazed she didn't get caught

a lot sooner, to be honest. Although living and working

in Thanet, she claimed she shared a council house with her mother

in south London. Greenwich Council became suspicious

because her husband, who is also her carer,

was registered at an Surveillance carried out by fraud

investigators proved conclusive. Her husband Andrew White was found

guilty of aiding and abetting, but one former neighbour claims

Mrs White had been very ill. She certainly deserved to be

supported, and the reason they bought this in the first

instance is that he thought Mrs White was jailed for 18 months,
