A 50 reduction for every household. The long awaited announcement | :00:14. | :00:21.
concerning our water bills. It is fair, it needed doing, it was an | :00:21. | :00:27.
injustice, but all praise to those in London you got round and done it. | :00:27. | :00:30.
Good evening. The chancellor should confirm the move tomorrow. Tonight | :00:30. | :00:32.
we'll be hearing from South West Water, campaigners and we'll be | :00:32. | :00:40.
live in Westminster for reaction to the news. There should also be | :00:40. | :00:47.
confirmation of funding for the Kingskerswell Bypass. Business | :00:47. | :00:50.
leaders say it will bring an end to traffic chaos and create thousands | :00:50. | :00:54.
of jobs. And living the high life - the Devon man who lost both his | :00:54. | :00:56.
legs seeking new adventures. struck me that stepping off a | :00:56. | :00:59.
mountain with a paraglider, having climbed up, would be the easy way | :00:59. | :01:06.
down. A 20 year campaign to have the region's water bills cut has | :01:06. | :01:08.
finally succeeded. Spotlight has been told the government will | :01:08. | :01:11.
tomorrow announce a reduction of 50 in the charge for every | :01:11. | :01:14.
household in the South West Water area. The news follows a | :01:14. | :01:17.
consultation announced by the Chancellor in his budget in March, | :01:17. | :01:19.
and has been welcomed by consumers, campaigners and MPs. Our | :01:19. | :01:21.
correspondent Simon Hall reports from South West Water's | :01:21. | :01:30.
headquarters in Exeter. Judy and her husband a retired, lived on a | :01:30. | :01:34.
fixed income, and are pleased by the cut in water bills. | :01:34. | :01:41.
reduction has got to be good, with the economic Times being as it is. | :01:41. | :01:45.
All the bills seem to be going up rather than down these days, and it | :01:45. | :01:50.
would be nice to feel, just before Christmas, that they were on your | :01:50. | :01:55.
side. A consultation on cutting bills for South West Water | :01:55. | :01:58.
customers was announced in the Budget. Now the details have been | :01:58. | :02:03.
agreed. Bills will be cut by 50 per year. That will not be means- | :02:04. | :02:09.
tested. Every household in the South West Water area will benefit, | :02:09. | :02:15.
about 700,000 in total. The cuts will be introduced in 2013, because | :02:15. | :02:19.
legislation must first be passed. It will run for seven years. | :02:19. | :02:24.
will make a significant difference. It recognises the additional cost | :02:24. | :02:29.
to the region for cleaning up bathing beaches. That cost has been | :02:30. | :02:34.
in customers' charges for the past few years, so that will be | :02:34. | :02:39.
recognised. For central government to do it for one batch of customers | :02:39. | :02:43.
for a company that has been privatised is a struggle. It is | :02:43. | :02:48.
fair, it needed doing, it was an injustice, but all praise to those | :02:48. | :02:53.
in London who have got round and done it, because it was typical. | :02:53. | :02:58.
South West water bills are the highest in Britain, averaging 520. | :02:58. | :03:02.
Even after the reduction they will remain the highest. Details of the | :03:02. | :03:06.
cut will be confirmed by the Chancellor in his Autumn Statement | :03:06. | :03:11.
tomorrow. This represents a significant victory for consumers, | :03:11. | :03:16.
MPs and South West Water. All have been part of a lobbying campaign to | :03:16. | :03:21.
have bills reduced, which dates back more than 20 years, to 1989, | :03:21. | :03:29.
when the company was privatised. The Chancellor will also give the | :03:29. | :03:34.
go ahead for the long awaited Kingskerswell bypass. Work is | :03:34. | :03:38.
expected to start early in the new year on the three mile route which | :03:38. | :03:41.
links the end of the dual carriageway at Newton Abbot to the | :03:41. | :03:44.
edge of Torbay. Its backers say the new South Devon link road will end | :03:44. | :03:47.
traffic misery and help create nearly 8,000 jobs. Hamish Marshall | :03:47. | :03:52.
reports. For more than half a century, plans for a bypass here | :03:52. | :03:59.
have got nowhere, but from tomorrow, he should be full steam ahead. The | :03:59. | :04:02.
bypass and the queues of traffic have cost the South Devon economy | :04:02. | :04:07.
dear. Steve has lost count of the number of hours his drivers and | :04:08. | :04:11.
customers have lost waiting to go through Kingskerswell. He thinks | :04:11. | :04:15.
the new road will end that and bring in new people. It is a big | :04:15. | :04:20.
deal for many customers. It is the perception that they are open to be | :04:20. | :04:25.
sat in traffic for half-an-hour, and the same coin back again. So | :04:25. | :04:30.
why it will have a big impact. estimates say that the bypass will | :04:30. | :04:35.
bring in 8,000 jobs, a mixture of new industry and reigniting the big | :04:35. | :04:41.
one already year, tourism. These are major economic links that the | :04:41. | :04:45.
rest of country has, the breast Devon and Somerset has, but we | :04:45. | :04:50.
don't, and people see that as an opportunity to invest and create | :04:51. | :04:59.
prosperity and jobs. Devon County Council is putting in 40 million. | :04:59. | :05:02.
All plenty has been assured by the Treasury minister that the scheme | :05:02. | :05:07.
will be given the green light. is essential to boost growth and | :05:07. | :05:11.
tourism in the region and it has such strong support and a good team | :05:11. | :05:15.
round it. This is one reason why work can start soon to stop | :05:15. | :05:18.
properties on the route have been bought up, and planning permission | :05:18. | :05:23.
has already been granted. But not everyone is in favour. Opponents | :05:23. | :05:27.
say is not the best use of government money into a Financial | :05:27. | :05:32.
Times. They say that whilst it mile solve the problem here in | :05:32. | :05:41.
Kingskerswell, it will move the congestion into Torbay. If you have | :05:41. | :05:45.
a road-building traffic into a street infrastructure that cannot | :05:45. | :05:55.
:05:55. | :05:56. | ||
absorb the, you just end up with the traffic jam in the wrong place. | :05:56. | :05:59.
Our Political Editor Martyn Oates is at Westminster for the | :05:59. | :06:03.
Chancellor's update on the economic situation and spending plans. This | :06:03. | :06:09.
help with the water bills has been a long time coming. Yes, people in | :06:09. | :06:12.
the South West have been paying those high bills since | :06:12. | :06:17.
privatisation. Since election time David Cameron has been hinting that | :06:17. | :06:20.
the Conservatives would do something specific to help the | :06:20. | :06:25.
South West, if elected. DeFra is going to propose major reforms the | :06:25. | :06:31.
water industry, in just a few days' time. In the Budget the Chancellor | :06:31. | :06:36.
has decided to step in and pre-empt that. And the Kingskerswell bypass, | :06:36. | :06:40.
is that another case of special treatment? That is something that | :06:40. | :06:46.
has been even longer coming. This scheme got the go-ahead at the end | :06:46. | :06:50.
of Labour's government and the coalition found it bidding against | :06:50. | :06:54.
rival schemes for a finite pot of money. The Chancellor has taken it | :06:54. | :06:59.
out of that bidding process and said, we will fund that. These | :06:59. | :07:03.
infrastructure projects, the other roads announced across the country | :07:03. | :07:09.
tomorrow are intended to boost growth in areas that needed. I | :07:09. | :07:13.
don't think there is anywhere in the South West that is more in need | :07:13. | :07:19.
of it and Torbay. Any more surprise announcements? In future, search- | :07:19. | :07:24.
and-rescue helicopters will be won by civilians under a private | :07:24. | :07:30.
contract. Not the military. That will mean the end of search-and- | :07:30. | :07:34.
rescue helicopters in Portland. Pull in he says he is determined to | :07:34. | :07:42.
oppose that. I'll flabbergasted. -- the local MP says. It is a bad | :07:42. | :07:50.
decision, the second one that we have had. The helicopter will be | :07:50. | :07:54.
leaving in 2016. The reason that is bad is because the cover will be | :07:54. | :08:03.
coming from Solent, and from even further, to the West. I can tell | :08:03. | :08:08.
you that the, at called Rose and Bacher Arona in north Devon will | :08:09. | :08:18.
:08:19. | :08:22. | ||
remain on 24 hours a day. -- and at Chivenor. It is expected that the | :08:22. | :08:26.
civilians taking on this role will add here at the same high standards | :08:26. | :08:29.
as the RAF and then the day. We will find out exactly what the | :08:29. | :08:38.
Chancellor has in store tomorrow, in his Autumn Statement. The South | :08:38. | :08:41.
West has the second lowest hospital mortality rates in the country, | :08:41. | :08:44.
according to the latest survey by Doctor Foster's Hospital Guide. The | :08:44. | :08:47.
guide names the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital as one of four | :08:47. | :08:49.
"Trusts of the Year" nationwide, for its outstanding achievement on | :08:49. | :08:52.
low death rates and high quality patient care. None of the region's | :08:52. | :08:55.
hospitals has high death rates, although there were more in- | :08:55. | :08:59.
patients' deaths than expected at Yeovil Hospital last year. The | :08:59. | :09:02.
Torpoint Ferry between Devon and Cornwall will be affected by the | :09:02. | :09:04.
strike involving public sector workers on Wednesday. Crossings | :09:04. | :09:12.
will be suspended for all users except the emergency services. The | :09:12. | :09:16.
Tamar Bridge won't be affected by industrial action. Meanwhile, the | :09:16. | :09:18.
South Western Ambulance Service expects some staff to strike and | :09:18. | :09:25.
has appealed for people to think carefully before dialling 999. | :09:25. | :09:30.
the dial 999 with an emergency that feels less threatening they will | :09:30. | :09:33.
receive the same type of response as now. A great deal of planning | :09:33. | :09:37.
has gone into the day, so that we can prioritise staff, so that | :09:37. | :09:42.
patients who really need us will still continue to receive the care | :09:42. | :09:49.
they need. And we'll have the latest on the possible disruption | :09:49. | :09:51.
due to strike action on tomorrow's Spotlight. The government has | :09:51. | :09:54.
promised to give people more power to shape the places where they live, | :09:55. | :09:58.
and tonight Cerne Abbas in Dorset will begin to test out the new laws. | :09:58. | :10:01.
Villagers are being invited to give their views on how their community | :10:01. | :10:03.
should develop in the future. Neighbourhoods across the South | :10:03. | :10:07.
West may eventually be given a vote on the plans they come up with. | :10:07. | :10:11.
Here's our Dorset reporter Simon Clemison. Cerne Abbas might not be | :10:11. | :10:16.
able to sustain the 14 that it once did when it was a poaching | :10:16. | :10:19.
make, but it is still a thriving village. In the past, they had | :10:19. | :10:25.
their say on how they would like the Community to develop. Now the | :10:25. | :10:28.
villagers themselves are in the driving seat. We thought we would | :10:28. | :10:34.
do a survey to find out what local people you want in the future. -- | :10:34. | :10:39.
local people here. It would be nice to have an updated school for the | :10:39. | :10:46.
village. These will shops, if you look at them, just past the post | :10:46. | :10:52.
box, they are a mess, and they want sorted. Some of the legislation | :10:52. | :10:55.
will give the locals the right to build, although some people have | :10:55. | :11:02.
little faith in the new system, let along the last. We need to be able | :11:02. | :11:09.
to say what we think. We write letters. Many of us write letters. | :11:09. | :11:19.
:11:19. | :11:19. | ||
What happens? Bloody nothing! new schemes are being piloted first. | :11:19. | :11:24.
Space to create local jobs and affordable housing is important. | :11:24. | :11:28.
That is not just something about Cerne Abbas, it is about this part | :11:28. | :11:34.
of West Dorset. So you will get involved in this localism Bill? | :11:34. | :11:40.
Absolutely. I live here, and they want the best for the village. And | :11:40. | :11:50.
:11:50. | :11:50. | ||
it may help other people to think differently. Labour says the system | :11:50. | :11:53.
devolves plane, and central government guest new power. There | :11:53. | :11:58.
is still time to shoot the regulation, and, tonight, this | :11:58. | :12:08.
:12:08. | :12:10. | ||
village may do just that. Coming up next, the latest adventure for a | :12:10. | :12:13.
man who's overcome many challenges in life. Plus: Find out which | :12:13. | :12:16.
former England player is now wearing the Plymouth Albion shirt. | :12:16. | :12:19.
And the youngsters on a journey back in time to experience life as | :12:19. | :12:25.
a wartime evacuee. For most of us, climbing just one mountain would be | :12:25. | :12:30.
a daunting challenge. But for a 71- year-old double amputee from Devon, | :12:30. | :12:33.
a life of conquering the peaks has proved not tough enough. Sam Smith | :12:33. | :12:43.
:12:43. | :12:47. | ||
has his remarkable story. Norman Croucher has still some of the | :12:47. | :12:52.
World's highest peaks. Now, he wants to come down in style. | :12:52. | :12:57.
don't have the same arms bent but I had. So mountaineering is becoming | :12:57. | :13:01.
more difficult. That does not mean I am not still looking for other | :13:01. | :13:06.
adventures. And stepping off a mountain with a paraglider after | :13:06. | :13:11.
climbing up would be a quicker way than! Norman pursued his lot of | :13:11. | :13:15.
outdoor sports even after losing his legs in a train accident as a | :13:15. | :13:21.
young man. He has come to Cumbria, to learn how to Paraguay. A special | :13:21. | :13:26.
body means he can safely get a taste of the high life. -- a | :13:26. | :13:36.

special by the -- buggy. Sly Glee apprehensive, but excited, for | :13:37. | :13:44.
Norman. -- slightly apprehensive. It is like a slightly slippery | :13:44. | :13:50.
fairground ride that you feel you could slip out of it. This is just | :13:50. | :13:55.
an instant rule. It is one of the most brilliant things I have ever | :13:55. | :14:05.
:14:05. | :14:07. | ||
done. His next challenge, to fly You can find they have weather here | :14:07. | :14:12.
she is that ambition on Inside Out South West tonight at 7:30pm on BBC | :14:12. | :14:15.
One. A newly-opened Devon cafe is | :14:15. | :14:20.
helping to tackle rising unemployment and raise money to | :14:20. | :14:23.
work with disadvantaged young people. Cafe Zu in Newton Abbott | :14:24. | :14:32.
was opened over the weekend. It is time to wake up and smell the | :14:32. | :14:37.
coffee. Cafe Zu offers people valuable work experience and skills, | :14:37. | :14:41.
and taking a job here has helped Caroline Cane become much more | :14:41. | :14:46.
confident. You need quite a lot of different people -- meets quite a | :14:46. | :14:52.
lot of different people. It helps me to build my confidence around | :14:52. | :15:00.
other people. I am open to anything, really. I am hoping this will set | :15:00. | :15:05.
be on my patch. Every penny in profits -- profit will help improve | :15:05. | :15:09.
the lives of disadvantaged young people in Devon. The concept is | :15:09. | :15:15.
going down well with customers. it can help young people, gives | :15:15. | :15:20.
them some confidence and they can put something on their CV as well. | :15:20. | :15:24.
It is fantastic. We did not hire anything like this one with the | :15:24. | :15:28.
growing up here. My daughter comes here, and they have done marvellous | :15:28. | :15:37.
things for her. A Mad Hatter's tea party heralded the opening. It was | :15:37. | :15:42.
the culmination of months of hard work. They have been tears and | :15:42. | :15:46.
tantrums and banning of heads, but we have cracked the bull by the | :15:46. | :15:54.
horns and got young people involved and a energised his cafe. It is | :15:54. | :15:58.
open for business and hopefully this is the first of many | :15:58. | :16:07.
successful days in the Newton Abbott area. Cafe Zu is also | :16:08. | :16:15.
showcasing local musicians and artists. For me, it is a place to | :16:15. | :16:22.
go and entertain people with my music. It also pushed me and got me | :16:22. | :16:28.
out there. In a time of cuts and rising unemployment, Cafe Zu is a | :16:28. | :16:38.
:16:38. | :16:38. | ||
vibrant alternative. It is time for the sport. Some | :16:38. | :16:43.
excellent weekend results. Really excellent results. All the | :16:43. | :16:48.
football news in a moment, but first, Plymouth Albion have hired | :16:48. | :16:52.
Phil Greening as a coaching consultant. In an exclusive | :16:52. | :16:56.
interview, Greening says he wants to improve the detail in the way | :16:56. | :17:02.
the side as coach. Our correspondent caught at Ripon today. | :17:02. | :17:07.
Pete Drewett's first shot at a coach did not have the desired | :17:08. | :17:14.
effect. His side fell 24-9 to London Welsh at Brickfields and | :17:14. | :17:18.
run-out hands at the Championship. He unveils this man today, former | :17:18. | :17:23.
England international and London Welsh coach Phil Greening. Greening | :17:23. | :17:26.
joins Albion as a coaching consultant until the end of the | :17:26. | :17:32.
season. We have put a great group, but they have never had that | :17:32. | :17:36.
attention to detail that the need to challenge themselves and go as a | :17:36. | :17:42.
team. They want to develop everyone and get the city right behind the | :17:42. | :17:48.
rugby again. I am absolutely certain that in no time at all, the | :17:48. | :17:52.
players will build up a strong relationship and enjoy working with | :17:52. | :17:57.
Phil Greening. They hope to emulate the Exeter Chiefs, but the march to | :17:57. | :18:07.
:18:07. | :18:10. | ||
the Premiership went awry against Sale. But they had a good comeback | :18:10. | :18:17.
with a penalty try and a couple of kicks by Ignacio Mieres. They | :18:17. | :18:22.
sealed an unlikely victory in the final seconds. It is almost | :18:22. | :18:25.
impossible for 18 to come back after that, but I think in the end | :18:25. | :18:29.
of the first half, we started to make amends. We started to get | :18:29. | :18:34.
things right. Luckily, we finished in the best way in the second half. | :18:34. | :18:39.
Meanwhile, the Cornish Pirates have slipped to 5th in the championships | :18:39. | :18:44.
after they went down 36-21 against Doncaster. | :18:44. | :18:49.
You can see a full interview with Phil Greening on the BBC Devon | :18:49. | :18:54.
sports website. It is not often I get to say is, but none of the fund | :18:54. | :18:57.
all sides lost at the weekend. Exeter, Yeovil and Plymouth all | :18:57. | :19:05.
recorded cracking victories, and Torquay true. | :19:05. | :19:11.
Brilliance, it is a rarity for the South West. The three great results. | :19:11. | :19:18.
No losses. Let us go to Exeter first. 3-0 | :19:18. | :19:27.
against Tranmere. They have turned a corner. First goal, Scot Bennett, | :19:27. | :19:31.
a good finish. Settled the nerves a little bit. A few people had doubts, | :19:31. | :19:38.
but I did not. Paul Tisdale is a good manager. This is a good way to | :19:38. | :19:44.
tackle a corner. Good goals, could tackle a corner. Good goals, could | :19:44. | :19:50.
finish. Good cross from Chris Hackett. This is basic. But it is | :19:50. | :20:00.
:20:00. | :20:02. | ||
one way of scoring. Logan holes of the show -- shoulder. Let us go to | :20:02. | :20:08.
League Two and Plymouth Argyle, 4-1. They needed that. Yes, it was a | :20:08. | :20:18.
:20:18. | :20:21. | ||
magnificent performance. Simon Walton command the captain, | :20:21. | :20:31.
dispatched a good goal. Nick Chadwick, a great run, a good | :20:31. | :20:36.
header. They blew Northampton away in the first 10 minutes. Is it the | :20:36. | :20:44.
new signings? I think it helped. But here, or great play, a good | :20:44. | :20:52.
finish. Bit of a deflection, did deserved it. It was not just luck. | :20:52. | :21:02.
:21:02. | :21:02. | ||
For though. Ashley Hemmings had a great game on loan from Wolves. | :21:03. | :21:09.
Good day. Torquay played on Friday night. They did not win, but did | :21:09. | :21:13.
not lose either. No, you cannot have everything. But a good result | :21:13. | :21:18.
on the back of a few good performances. They had a few | :21:18. | :21:23.
chances. Great save from the cheaper there. It was solid stuff, | :21:23. | :21:29.
but not very exciting. Kevin Nicholson does his back flip there | :21:29. | :21:37.
with his foot. Very nice. And G. In League One, the first away win of | :21:37. | :21:43.
the season for Yeovil Town came on one of their longest away journeys. | :21:43. | :21:47.
Former Argyle favourite Bondz N'Gala struck the only goal at | :21:47. | :21:52.
Hartlepool to give Tiverton is huge tonic. They remain in League One's | :21:52. | :21:54.
tonic. They remain in League One's bottom four. That is all the sport | :21:54. | :22:02.
for now. I enjoyed seeing all those goals! | :22:02. | :22:07.
A group of children in Cornwall travelled back in time today to the | :22:07. | :22:10.
outbreak of the second world war. Millions of people were moved away | :22:10. | :22:13.
from cities to live in the countryside away from the flat of | :22:13. | :22:18.
German bonds. It was called Operation Pied Piper, and today the | :22:18. | :22:21.
pupils from Devoran Primary School found out what it would have been | :22:21. | :22:27.
like. There were a few anxious faces at | :22:27. | :22:32.
Perranwell Station this morning. 60 Cornish children prepared to be | :22:32. | :22:37.
evacuated. Just like their counterparts, they are labelled | :22:37. | :22:42.
like luggage and have to carry their own suitcases, gas masks and | :22:42. | :22:47.
teddy bears. All in all, it feels like a big adventure. It is going | :22:47. | :22:53.
to be very exciting. We are going to learn more about evacuating and | :22:53. | :22:57.
see how much pain it would give you if you're getting evacuated from | :22:57. | :23:01.
your parents. A I think it is good because then we can learn a bit | :23:01. | :23:08.
more about what is happening. of their parents and great- | :23:08. | :23:15.
grandparents were in World War II. People were bombs, swam to shore, | :23:15. | :23:19.
and were rescued. The is a real- life stories. We're showing the | :23:19. | :23:24.
children what I history is about. There may well be fun and games and | :23:24. | :23:29.
dressing up in costumes today, but Operation Pied Piper was a serious | :23:29. | :23:33.
piece of history. It is reckoned it is the biggest and most | :23:33. | :23:37.
concentrated movement of people in British history. 3 million people | :23:37. | :23:41.
came down railway lines like this one to the relative safety of the | :23:41. | :23:45.
countryside. For some of the older people here, it reminds them of | :23:45. | :23:49.
when evacuees came to their schools he all those years ago. It is part | :23:49. | :23:57.
of history. They seem to be taking it on board. I wonder if they are a | :23:57. | :24:02.
little young to understand it. They are very happy. As the train goes | :24:02. | :24:06.
into the station, there is time for one final wave to parents. These | :24:06. | :24:10.
youngsters know they are only going to Falmouth for the day and they | :24:10. | :24:17.
will be back in time for tea. It is time for the weather. It has | :24:17. | :24:27.
:24:27. | :24:27. | ||
The problem overnight is the wind. Runcie's will be familiar to us by | :24:27. | :24:37.
the end of the day tomorrow. Some quite strong winds. Possibly up to | :24:37. | :24:45.
70 mph. An unsettled and windy week. Turning slightly colder, but the | :24:45. | :24:49.
main problem is the wind. We have an early warning from the Met | :24:49. | :24:59.
:24:59. | :25:02. | ||
Office in of situ -- Exeter for Cornwall. There is already a lot of | :25:02. | :25:07.
cloud, so with will not have any temperature problems overnight. | :25:07. | :25:15.
Temperatures no less than 11 or 12 degrees. It is not necessarily dry | :25:15. | :25:19.
overnight tonight. The heavier rain is this line of clout here and it | :25:19. | :25:23.
will bring us wet-weather and also the strength of wind. You can see | :25:23. | :25:30.
how the isobars are tightly packed their. Southall south-westerly | :25:30. | :25:37.
winds will be gale force. They will also become westerly. There is | :25:37. | :25:42.
potential for really strong wind and rain. More straightforward on | :25:42. | :25:47.
Wednesday, but not necessarily drier. There is still a breeze from | :25:47. | :25:52.
the South West. That is concentrate on tonight and tomorrow. This is | :25:52. | :25:57.
the more persistent rain now in western Ireland. Already some drugs | :25:57. | :26:04.
and traps of light drizzle and some hill fog overnight. By the end of | :26:04. | :26:13.
the night, we will already have had South -- gale force winds. Tomorrow | :26:13. | :26:17.
morning is when we see the strength of wind. It will continue to | :26:17. | :26:21.
increase as the rain comes in. Brighter colours are a heavier | :26:21. | :26:27.
bursts of rain. In the afternoon, the rain clears out of the way and | :26:27. | :26:31.
the winds changed direction, coming from the West. Initially, the | :26:31. | :26:36.
strong winds will be from the south. Then they will be around and by the | :26:36. | :26:39.
end of the afternoon, will be coming westerly and then north- | :26:39. | :26:45.
westerly. They will drop into the evening. Temperatures tomorrow will | :26:45. | :26:48.
be 13 or 14 Celsius in the wet weather. Once the front goes | :26:48. | :26:52.
through, it will be cooler and fresher. The temperatures will drop | :26:52. | :27:01.
to 11 or 12 degrees. Isles of Scilly, rain and gales and then | :27:01. | :27:11.

brighter. Times of high water are The south coast will be very stormy. | :27:16. | :27:22.
Looking at the coastal waters forecast. Severe gale force eight, | :27:22. | :27:27.
veering north-westerly six or seven. Good evening. | :27:27. | :27:32. |
