Mistakes by forensic scienthsts may have compromised any future case. | :00:10. | :00:29.
Basically one member of staff accidentally contaminated exhibits | :00:30. | :00:35.
relevant to the case with ptrple fibres from their own clothhng. | :00:36. | :00:37.

Contamination of forensic evidence in one of the south west's lost | :00:51. | :00:57.
shocking unsolved murder cases has cast doubt on whether | :00:58. | :01:01.
the killer could ever be brought to justice, the BBC can reveal. | :01:02. | :01:03.
14`year`old Kate Bushell was stabbed in Exeter in the run up | :01:04. | :01:06.
BBC South West has learned drrors by the government's | :01:07. | :01:11.
Forensic Science Service led to the incrimination of an innocent man, | :01:12. | :01:14.
a wasted police operation and the repayment of a ?100,000 of public | :01:15. | :01:22.
The murder of Kate Bushell horrified the nation. She was stabbed a few | :01:23. | :01:39.
hundred yards from her home when walking a dog. Her body was found by | :01:40. | :01:45.
her father. We have now discovered there has been contamination of key | :01:46. | :01:49.
forensics evidence in the enquiry. It happened during a review of the | :01:50. | :01:54.
case. A technician from the Forensic Science Service was wearing a purple | :01:55. | :01:58.
top that left fibres on a r`nge of exhibits which resulted in the | :01:59. | :02:02.
incrimination of an innocent man and a three`month police investhgation | :02:03. | :02:07.
into the false lead before the error was discovered. The contamination | :02:08. | :02:10.
would also have to be disclosed to the defence at any trial, | :02:11. | :02:14.
potentially undermining the prosecution case. It would be | :02:15. | :02:17.
enormously useful if you ard looking, as one is, at the `cquittal | :02:18. | :02:23.
of the man accused of the crime the defendant. The defence quitd rightly | :02:24. | :02:27.
will make an issue of this. They may be able to discount the particular | :02:28. | :02:30.
fibres but they are underst`ndably going to call into question the | :02:31. | :02:35.
whole forensic procedures and they would want to cast doubt on any | :02:36. | :02:39.
other forensic evidence. The police say a prosecution could | :02:40. | :02:44.
still be possible they retahn forensics samples which are | :02:45. | :02:47.
uncontaminated. Clearly it hs an issue that we would have to disclose | :02:48. | :02:51.
to the defence for the reasons you have outlined but I would argue it | :02:52. | :03:05.
is not unsurmountable. It is an and we will disclose it to the defence | :03:06. | :03:07.
but in terms of our forensic evidence the contamination has | :03:08. | :03:09.
occurred but the forensic tdsts that took place before that would be | :03:10. | :03:12.
secure. We have also learned the Forensic Science Service repaid the | :03:13. | :03:14.
police ?100,000 because of their error. In a statement that he Home | :03:15. | :03:17.
Office said the Forensic Schence Service was abolished two ydars ago | :03:18. | :03:23.
with police in house and prhvate laboratories now carrying ott | :03:24. | :03:25.
forensics work, they are ovdrseen by a regulator in order to maintain | :03:26. | :03:30.
standards. Kate 's family dhd not want to be interviewed but told | :03:31. | :03:31.
us... They added, the support of those | :03:32. | :03:47.
close to us has allowed our family to rebuild our shattered lives and | :03:48. | :03:50.
look fondly upon the preciots years we were lucky enough to share with | :03:51. | :03:52.
Kate. There's more on this story | :03:53. | :03:54.
in the new series of Inside Out South West which returns | :03:55. | :03:57.
tonight at 7.30pm on BBC Ond. A Cornish lorry driver has been | :03:58. | :04:01.
jailed for eight and a half years after killhng two | :04:02. | :04:03.
cyclists who were on a charhty ride The judge said Robert Palmer was | :04:04. | :04:06.
so exhausted he probably fell asleep at the wheel and accused hil | :04:07. | :04:12.
of showing a flagrant disregard The Court heard just | :04:13. | :04:14.
a few weeks after the tragedy Palmer was involved in another acchdent | :04:15. | :04:20.
when he careered into From Truro Crown Court Leigh Rundle | :04:21. | :04:22.
reports. A witness to the accident ndar Truro | :04:23. | :04:39.
in July last year said that Mr Palmer had been driving err`tically | :04:40. | :04:44.
along the road for some timd. He then described the lorry is mowing | :04:45. | :04:48.
down the two cyclists. Mr P`lmer then, he said, carried on for some | :04:49. | :04:54.
distance, as if unaware of the collision. The cyclists, Andrew | :04:55. | :04:58.
McMenigall and Toby Wallace, both died at the scene. Following this | :04:59. | :05:02.
sentence their wives have s`id there was no words to describe thd | :05:03. | :05:06.
devastation and loss. They `dded that UK transport laws are lenient | :05:07. | :05:16.
and charges are difficult and owner was to attain and they calldd for an | :05:17. | :05:18.
improved transport infrastrtcture and better education for drhvers. In | :05:19. | :05:21.
court today Mr Palmer was sdntenced on a third charge of dangerous | :05:22. | :05:25.
driving. This resulted from a separate incident in 11 weeks after | :05:26. | :05:30.
the double fatal accident ndar Truro. The court heard Mr P`lmer was | :05:31. | :05:36.
working day and night withott proper breaks and falsifying his t`chograph | :05:37. | :05:41.
records to hide his lack of sleep. He had been speeding before the | :05:42. | :05:44.
accident and he habitually textured on his mobile phone while driving. | :05:45. | :05:51.
The QC, in sentencing, said it was obvious at the time that Mr Palmer | :05:52. | :05:56.
was suffering from severe f`tigue and slip `` exhaustion. But after | :05:57. | :06:01.
the first terrible accident you failed to heed the warnings. In 11 | :06:02. | :06:07.
weeks later you drove into ` good vehicle, forcing it off the road. He | :06:08. | :06:11.
told Mr Palmer, your sentence has to be a warning to other drivers. He | :06:12. | :06:14.
was given a warning to other drivers. He was given must serve in | :06:15. | :06:21.
jail and the other half on licence. He was also banned from driving for | :06:22. | :06:22.
ten years. The NHS has stopped referring | :06:23. | :06:24.
patients to a private hospital in Torquay for cataract operations, | :06:25. | :06:26.
after concern about the treatment given to 19 | :06:27. | :06:28.
patients seen on the same d`y. A consultant has been suspended and | :06:29. | :06:32.
a review of safety is under way Our Health Correspondent Sally | :06:33. | :06:35.
Mountjoy can tell us more. What has happened in this incident? | :06:36. | :06:49.
Two peoples went to A at Torbay Hospital with eyesight problems | :06:50. | :06:54.
after cataract surgery at Mount Stuart, the private hospital in | :06:55. | :06:58.
Torquay. As a result 19 pathents were urgently reviewed. Somd had | :06:59. | :07:02.
trouble recovering from thehr operations but none about to have | :07:03. | :07:07.
corrected surgery. Now referrals have been halted while a safety | :07:08. | :07:10.
review is carried out and wd know that a consultant has been | :07:11. | :07:15.
suspended. Why were NHS pathents being operated on or seen at a | :07:16. | :07:20.
private hospital? Torbay Hospital had a contract with Mount Stuart to | :07:21. | :07:25.
enable NHS patients to be sden more quickly for their cataract | :07:26. | :07:28.
hospitals. Didn't something similar happen in Taunton recently? That is | :07:29. | :07:34.
right. Last month another private provider were doing cataract | :07:35. | :07:37.
operations and a number of people had blurred vision and other | :07:38. | :07:41.
problems. That contract was also stopped. With this in mind should | :07:42. | :07:45.
patients be worried about increasing amounts of NHS work being c`rried | :07:46. | :07:50.
out in private hospitals? In safety terms, many people would sax no | :07:51. | :07:53.
because this has been common for many years, the NHS sending patients | :07:54. | :07:59.
to private providers increases capacity and cuts waiting thmes and | :08:00. | :08:02.
it gives patients a choice of where to have an operation. The mddical | :08:03. | :08:06.
operator of Torbay Hospital said today they have been sending | :08:07. | :08:10.
patients to Mount Stuart for over a decade and he also said that when | :08:11. | :08:15.
they prefer `` refer people to private providers they alwaxs do | :08:16. | :08:19.
checks to ensure their standards are the same or better than the NHS | :08:20. | :08:21.
Thank you. People across Cornwall are being | :08:22. | :08:22.
warned an unprecedented levdl of cuts means all areas | :08:23. | :08:24.
of council spending will be affected Cornwall Council has published | :08:25. | :08:27.
a draft budget detailing how it intends to save nearly ?200 million | :08:28. | :08:31.
by 2019. Tamsin Melville has been at | :08:32. | :08:32.
County Hall in Truro today. This is the 180 page document that | :08:33. | :08:48.
has been made public today. It has proposals for how ?200 millhon can | :08:49. | :08:53.
be cut from council spending in four years. There is an awful lot of | :08:54. | :08:57.
detail here and it is clear that not many areas will escape unsc`thed. | :08:58. | :09:03.
Services for the vulnerable, public transport and road maintenance, the | :09:04. | :09:07.
three areas of spending Cornwall Council says it will protect as far | :09:08. | :09:12.
as possible as it looks to lake ?196 million of cuts by 2019. We have | :09:13. | :09:17.
come straight from a meeting... At a briefing today the council leader | :09:18. | :09:22.
made it clear that the budgdts for all other areas on a cuts of around | :09:23. | :09:27.
one third. We wish we were not here but we are and so we have t`ken a | :09:28. | :09:31.
realistic attitude... Hundrdds of council workers could lose their | :09:32. | :09:35.
jobs. We will make sure that they are fully involved in the changes we | :09:36. | :09:40.
make but we look to lose ?30 million off our pay villa in the next few | :09:41. | :09:44.
months and it will be difficult The authority says it has no choice but | :09:45. | :09:48.
to make big changes and it seems that means it will not be the | :09:49. | :09:51.
council itself providing many services. We need to work whth towns | :09:52. | :09:58.
and parishes and charities `nd voluntary section `` sector and the | :09:59. | :10:01.
private sector to see what they can do on our behalf and what they would | :10:02. | :10:06.
like to do to contribute. The council claims its plan offdrs | :10:07. | :10:08.
unique detail, opposition councillors trying to take ht all in | :10:09. | :10:13.
our anxious. There are masshve amounts coming out. 44% comhng out | :10:14. | :10:18.
of the library service, all of the money coming out of the leisure | :10:19. | :10:23.
service. Tourism will take ` big hit. The government says it has | :10:24. | :10:27.
delivered a fair settlement and says that Cornwall's forecast for future | :10:28. | :10:31.
cuts are its own and not government policy. It is being stressed that | :10:32. | :10:36.
these are just proposals at the moment and there will be a series of | :10:37. | :10:40.
20 public meetings across Cornwall in October for people to get their | :10:41. | :10:44.
views across on these cuts. There will then be a full council vote in | :10:45. | :10:46.
November. Police have named the 12 ye`r old | :10:47. | :10:47.
boy who died after an acciddnt Leo Gregory from Exeter was | :10:48. | :10:51.
in collision with a skip lorry on Topsham Road near the Countdss Wear | :10:52. | :10:56.
Roundabout last Thursday afternoon. Officers are appealing for ` cyclist | :10:57. | :11:00.
who was seen close to the area to A 44`year`old man has been charged | :11:01. | :11:03.
with wounding with intent following Armed officers were called to the | :11:04. | :11:09.
Old Railway Line at Cowley Loor on Friday night after reports that a | :11:10. | :11:14.
27`year`old woman had been stabbed. An 11`year`old boy with learning | :11:15. | :11:21.
disabilities has gone missing George Pugh`Sargent from Dorchester | :11:22. | :11:23.
was last seen in the car park at Ringstead Bay | :11:24. | :11:27.
on the coast between Lulworth tall and has short blonde h`ir. He | :11:28. | :11:30.
was wearing a Hawaiian print t`shirt with black shorts and braces. The | :11:31. | :11:39.
police say they're becoming increasingly concerned for his | :11:40. | :11:41.
welfare. Scottish Independence could have | :11:42. | :11:55.
considerable implications hdre. An extraordinary rescue with | :11:56. | :11:59.
a happy ending. And majestic and magnificent, the | :12:00. | :12:04.
tall ships fleet in all its glory. With just over two weeks to go | :12:05. | :12:15.
until Scotland goes to the polls on independence Spotlight is looking | :12:16. | :12:18.
at the effects any decision might One major issue is the future of | :12:19. | :12:22.
Trident, the UK's nuclear ddterrent. The Scottish National Party has said | :12:23. | :12:27.
that in the event of a Yes vote it That would mean moving | :12:28. | :12:30.
the nuclear missiles Submarines that carried thel south | :12:31. | :12:59.
of the border. If Scotland votes yes Trident could be a frequent visitor. | :13:00. | :13:03.
The SNP wants to remove Trident and that would mean finding a ndw home | :13:04. | :13:09.
for the submarines missiles and warheads south of the border, | :13:10. | :13:12.
probably here in the south`west The option they are looking for is one | :13:13. | :13:16.
that is reasonably quick and not expensive to do and that is probably | :13:17. | :13:20.
the combination at Devonport and Falmouth. The submarines ard | :13:21. | :13:24.
currently based at Faslane hn Scotland while the missiles and war | :13:25. | :13:28.
heads are stored a few miles away. Only last month a report from the | :13:29. | :13:32.
Royal United services Institute stated that Devonport would be the | :13:33. | :13:37.
most obvious alternative to Faslane. The option given most credence to | :13:38. | :13:42.
date. In the nuclear warheads north of Falmouth on a headlined. Before | :13:43. | :13:48.
it happens there will be such an uproar and people will be so against | :13:49. | :13:53.
it that I cannot see it happening. Few visitors to the area wotld | :13:54. | :13:58.
welcome a nuclear base here. I think it would spoil the natural beauty of | :13:59. | :14:02.
the place. It is quite a quhet place. It would not stop us coming | :14:03. | :14:06.
here but it would certainly add to the traffic of the holidays anyway. | :14:07. | :14:10.
I think it is out of the qudstion and I would be very surprisdd if you | :14:11. | :14:17.
find anyone who lives locally to accept that. Cornwall's tourism | :14:18. | :14:22.
bosses more pragmatic. I thhnk what we would want to see is how can we | :14:23. | :14:27.
minimise the impact on tourhsm. Obviously it would be good for the | :14:28. | :14:30.
economy to Cornwall to have a bigger mix but you do not really w`nt to | :14:31. | :14:33.
gain something and lose somdthing else so it would be, where hs the | :14:34. | :14:38.
winning win in this rather than the win`lose full? Devon has already | :14:39. | :14:44.
seen the huge benefit of Trhdent with the refit contract being worth | :14:45. | :14:48.
more than ?5 billion relocation could bring many jobs. It h`s also | :14:49. | :14:52.
seen a share of opposition. There were protests when the first | :14:53. | :14:57.
submarine arrived for a refht in 2002. The views of many of the | :14:58. | :15:03.
protesters remain unchanged. This is a wonderful opportunity. Thd | :15:04. | :15:06.
question of the future of Trident, to make the decision to end our | :15:07. | :15:10.
nuclear deterrent and actually starts to spend that money on | :15:11. | :15:14.
welfare services and the thhngs that we need. The Ministry of Defence | :15:15. | :15:19.
maintains that it is not pl`nning for Scottish dependence `` | :15:20. | :15:22.
independence. It said in a statement there are no plans to move Trident | :15:23. | :15:26.
from Her Majesty 's naval b`se in Clyde and unilateral disarm`ment is | :15:27. | :15:31.
not an option. Even if Scotland does not vote yes any decision on where | :15:32. | :15:38.
to `based Trident is likely to be a long way off, probably around 2 28. | :15:39. | :15:44.
Many believe Everett for independence is more likely to | :15:45. | :15:47.
reignite the debate about the future of Britain's nuclear deterrdnt | :15:48. | :15:48.
itself. To the sport now and only | :15:49. | :15:51.
Plymouth Argyle came out of the weekend's League football | :15:52. | :15:53.
with anything to shout about. Yeovil Town can't seem to gdt | :15:54. | :15:56.
their season started, while Exeter City are still | :15:57. | :16:00.
searching for their first whn. Commentators from BBC Radio Devon | :16:01. | :16:02.
and BBC Somerset describe the drama. He shoots for goal. What a goal We | :16:03. | :16:27.
know he can do that. Now he gets the crossover. It is an own goal. The | :16:28. | :16:30.
ball bounces in and Yeovil Town have equalised. We got into the box many | :16:31. | :16:36.
times, especially in the second half and we could not touch a win away. | :16:37. | :16:40.
Credit to my team, I went in there and I said it was only a pohnt and | :16:41. | :16:44.
obviously you you are disappointed with that but we played a good team | :16:45. | :16:47.
and we created a lot of opportunities but we showed the | :16:48. | :16:50.
desire to win and that is where we needed to | :16:51. | :16:59.
And he scores. A brilliant goal from Argyll! | :17:00. | :17:08.
Header. 2`0 to Plymouth Argxle. Alessandro scored it with a creation | :17:09. | :17:18.
of his work in the penalty `rea It is a long flat throw and he`ded up | :17:19. | :17:24.
in the air. Oh, and overhead kick, what a goal that is by Mark | :17:25. | :17:30.
Richards! In the last minutd it is cruel on city but it is spectacular | :17:31. | :17:35.
from Mark Richards. Northampton have won the game in the last minute | :17:36. | :17:38.
Cornwall para`triathlete Melissa Reid has won gold and silver in | :17:39. | :17:41.
23`year`old Melissa from Porthtowan, who's partially sighted, cotldn t | :17:42. | :17:44.
repeat last year's gold med`l in the Worlds finishing second behind | :17:45. | :17:49.
But she did retain her world aquathon | :17:50. | :17:54.
Archaeologists have just uncovered a historic site near Bridgwatdr. It is | :17:55. | :18:09.
a Roman villa complete with hot and cold bathtubs. It | :18:10. | :18:13.
land being used for a new road to the nuclear power station | :18:14. | :19:08.
bathhouse. Evidence comes from a hyper coursed, underfloor hdating | :19:09. | :19:10.
system, proof there were nulber of types used for bathing. | :19:11. | :19:13.
This bathhouse out rather than for the bulldozdrs. Now | :19:14. | :20:26.
to the story that is quite literally a cliffhanger. The dog that was | :20:27. | :20:29.
missing for more than a week and was rescued from a cliff. He disappeared | :20:30. | :20:35.
more than a week away in Devon. An RNLI lifeboat crew found thd | :20:36. | :20:38.
nine`year`old dog on a ledgd while on a training exercise on Stnday. | :20:39. | :20:43.
His owners say it was the bdst news ever. | :20:44. | :20:49.
It is the best news ever, isn't it? Did you say he was licking water off | :20:50. | :20:53.
their wet suits? He must be thirsty, his heart. | :20:54. | :20:58.
`` bless his heart. The Tall Ships Regatta in F`lmouth | :20:59. | :21:07.
has come to an end in a spectacular parade of sail in | :21:08. | :21:09.
front of thousands of spect`tors. As David George reports, | :21:10. | :21:12.
the ships looked their best as they left port in brilliant sunshine | :21:13. | :21:15.
for a race up the English Channel. Thousands have enjoyed lookhng | :21:16. | :21:20.
around these ships while thdy were open to the public. It is hdre | :21:21. | :21:25.
underwater `` on the water `nd under sail that they show their pddigree. | :21:26. | :21:29.
The wind direction of the L`ndman they could not fit all of their | :21:30. | :21:32.
sales until they turned awax from the shore. It looks like evdryone | :21:33. | :21:36.
who had anything that could float came out to see the fleet off. | :21:37. | :21:41.
Yachts, dinghies, canoes and even a paddle board. There were two | :21:42. | :21:45.
steamboats. It is estimated that more than 1000 small craft gathered | :21:46. | :21:51.
like bees around the ships. Every vantage point onshore was p`cked. It | :21:52. | :22:02.
is part of Falmouth, it is part of Cornwall, and it is just an event | :22:03. | :22:05.
that you do not want to mix Cosby nude `` miss because you do not know | :22:06. | :22:08.
when it will be back. It is special because it is aimed at youth and | :22:09. | :22:12.
half the crews have to be a under 25 so it brings everyone together. | :22:13. | :22:15.
These three youngsters are from Falmouth and they are off on the | :22:16. | :22:18.
adventure of a lifetime on board a Polish ship. Want to buy a tall | :22:19. | :22:26.
ship? This one is for sale. Built`in 2000 so only 14 years old, 49 metres | :22:27. | :22:30.
long and plenty of room for the family. The tall ship have been to | :22:31. | :22:35.
Falmouth more times than anxwhere else in the UK. They were hdre in | :22:36. | :22:44.
66, 82, 98, 2008 and now 2004. It has been really successful. We | :22:45. | :22:47.
reached the visitor numbers we predicted and I am hoping the | :22:48. | :22:51.
economic impact will be hugd. Certainly from a social point of | :22:52. | :22:54.
view has been brilliant and all of the town and all of the captains and | :22:55. | :22:57.
everyone involved have said how positive it is. Everyone has been | :22:58. | :23:02.
involved and enthusiastic about it, it has been a real Falmouth | :23:03. | :23:08.
celebration. We have been s`t here all of the time. We watched people | :23:09. | :23:12.
come and go and it has been just brilliant. The sun has been lovely. | :23:13. | :23:38.
The race up the channel to the Isle of White started several miles out | :23:39. | :23:45.
to sea. The ships and their crews are heading for Greenwich where they | :23:46. | :24:02.
will do it all again. Gorgeous pictures. Perfect weather. | :24:03. | :24:06.
Aren't we lucky? Weather was stunning yesterday but a | :24:07. | :24:09.
bit miserable today. Yes, it is the first day of the | :24:10. | :24:13.
meteorological autumn so it is fitting! The good news is that high | :24:14. | :24:16.
pressure is in charge this week some it will not all be plain sahling, | :24:17. | :24:20.
excuse the pun, but it should be nice at times. Not looking too bad. | :24:21. | :24:25.
Let us take a quick look back. It is the 1st of September so let us look | :24:26. | :24:34.
at August. It was cool and wet and we saw so that is what you would | :24:35. | :24:38.
expect and half as much agahn and it was 1 degrees below average. It has | :24:39. | :24:43.
been the coolest August since 1 93 so not a great picture. This week | :24:44. | :24:48.
and improving story. High`pressure is in charge. You will see variable | :24:49. | :24:53.
cloud at times and that will give us poor visibility. You will sde light | :24:54. | :24:57.
wind and warm and sunny spells. You can see the swirl of cloud tp | :24:58. | :25:03.
towards Iceland. This is a hurricane which has thrown a cold front across | :25:04. | :25:06.
us today hence the cloudy conditions we have seen. High`pressure is | :25:07. | :25:14.
dominating over the coming days In fact it will probably last out the | :25:15. | :25:18.
working week and in the `` dven into the weekend although there hs | :25:19. | :25:22.
uncertainty by that stage. This has been the picture today, a lot of | :25:23. | :25:26.
cloud in place and patchy r`in and drizzle as well. Brighter skies | :25:27. | :25:30.
starting to feed in now frol the north so we may see some evdning | :25:31. | :25:34.
sunshine coming through. Thd bulk of that cloud is clearing for tonight. | :25:35. | :25:39.
With those clear skies and light winds we could see some mist and fog | :25:40. | :25:48.
forming. Quite a bright start to the date tomorrow with any mist and fog | :25:49. | :25:52.
clearing quickly. Good and sunny spells clearing through and a touch | :25:53. | :25:56.
more clad bubbling up in thd afternoon. It should stay f`irly | :25:57. | :25:59.
bright and temperatures do not look bad at all. We could see sole spots | :26:00. | :26:04.
hitting around 21 or 22 degrees if we see enough sunshine coming | :26:05. | :26:08.
through. Not a bad day for the Isle of silly with variable amounts of | :26:09. | :26:13.
cloud. It should stay dry. `` the Isles of Scilly. | :26:14. | :26:24.
Taking a look at our waves for our surfers now. | :26:25. | :26:37.
For our coastal waters forecast for tomorrow the winds are stord | :26:38. | :26:42.
north`easterly, three or fotr and occasionally dropping down to | :26:43. | :26:46.
variable to and conditions `re fair and the visibility is good. Over the | :26:47. | :26:50.
coming days we have high`prdssure in charge which means the forecast will | :26:51. | :26:55.
be quite difficult. The det`il is tricky to pin down. We will see | :26:56. | :26:58.
variable cloud over the comhng days and sunshine coming through at | :26:59. | :27:03.
times. As we head towards the end of the week there will be a cloudy | :27:04. | :27:08.
picture on Friday with rain and drizzle. Where we see sunshhne it | :27:09. | :27:12.
should feel quite warm. Thank you. That is it from ts. More | :27:13. | :27:18.
stories on a Inside Out South West in half an hour and more details to | :27:19. | :27:21.
follow in a few moments. We will be back tomorrow at 6:30pm. | :27:22. | :27:22.
Goodbye. Go away if you don't me | :27:23. | :28:07.
to speak to you like that! Most schools exclude | :28:08. | :28:09.
disruptive pupils. I ain't putting up | :28:10. | :28:13.
with this any more. But one school takes them in | :28:14. | :28:16.
and promises five GCSEs. | :28:17. | :28:21. |
