Welcome to Spotlight. news teams where you are. | :00:00. | :00:00.
They humiliated, beat and threatened to kill their victims - | :00:00. | :00:00.
but today, a gang who traffhcked eastern European slaves to houses | :00:07. | :00:10.
in Plymouth to become slaves, have all been found guilty. | :00:11. | :00:13.
We'll be live outside court with further details in a moment. | :00:14. | :00:16.
Also tonight: From the Jungle of Calais to rural Devon - | :00:17. | :00:21.
more than 20 child migrants have been brought to this respitd centre. | :00:22. | :00:24.
We'll have reaction from the local community. | :00:25. | :00:26.
One man's unusual response to a cancelled operation - | :00:27. | :00:28.
he decided to carry out his own amputation. | :00:29. | :00:33.
And knocked off her bike - why this woman now believes | :00:34. | :00:36.
all cyclists should be made to wear a helmet. | :00:37. | :00:59.
A gang who imported Eastern European slaves to the UK have been found | :01:00. | :01:03.
guilty of trafficking chargds after a two-month trial | :01:04. | :01:06.
The gang made hundreds of thousands of pounds by forcing mentally ill, | :01:07. | :01:12.
homeless and unemployed people into slavery in Devon and Cornwall. | :01:13. | :01:16.
Five Czech nationals - two men and three woman - | :01:17. | :01:31.
all from the same family, trafficked their victims to work | :01:32. | :01:34.
in factories, car washes, and domestic slavery. | :01:35. | :01:43.
The victims, who were brought to Plymouth from the Czech Republic, | :01:44. | :01:46.
were beaten, punched and told they would be killed | :01:47. | :01:48.
They had all denied conspiracy to traffic | :01:49. | :01:52.
They will be sentenced here on Friday. | :01:53. | :02:01.
Our home affairs correspondent Simon Hall has | :02:02. | :02:03.
The gang's victims were forced to sleep in cupboards and g`rages, | :02:04. | :02:06.
They were even charged a potnd a time to use the toilet. | :02:07. | :02:11.
This note demanding payment was stuck to the door. | :02:12. | :02:13.
Most of the victims' earnings were kept by the gang. | :02:14. | :02:16.
Here one member brandishes some of the money she has just whthdrawn | :02:17. | :02:19.
It was shocking the terms and conditions they were kept under, | :02:20. | :02:25.
but I think the interesting thing within this case was the control. | :02:26. | :02:29.
The organised crime that took away their access to fundamdntal | :02:30. | :02:33.
rights and fundamental access to money, to food, | :02:34. | :02:35.
It was that control that was really concerning. | :02:36. | :02:43.
Victims were trafficked by the gang from the Czech Republic | :02:44. | :02:46.
They were then forced into domestic slavery, cleaning, cooking | :02:47. | :02:51.
and doing laundry, or to work in factories and car washes. | :02:52. | :02:55.
They were also told to shoplift and commit benefit fraud | :02:56. | :02:58.
Police estimate dozens of mdn were trafficked over | :02:59. | :03:02.
a period of several years, making the gang hundreds | :03:03. | :03:05.
In their enquiries across Plymouth and much of Devon and Cornw`ll, | :03:06. | :03:12.
the police found victims were being forced to work 12 hours | :03:13. | :03:15.
a day, six days a week, but given only pocket money to live on. | :03:16. | :03:20.
Some were that a hungry they were seen foraging in bins | :03:21. | :03:22.
for food while members of the gang wore designer clothes. | :03:23. | :03:27.
The gang were also happy to humiliate their victims, | :03:28. | :03:31.
making them sleep next to expensive toys they'd bought for their | :03:32. | :03:34.
children and wash their cars until they were spotless ushng only | :03:35. | :03:37.
Ruzena Tancosova was the le`der of the gangm described | :03:38. | :03:43.
Petr Tancos was the muscle, using a baseball bat to ass`ult | :03:44. | :03:48.
Nela Dzurkova helped transport the victims and take | :03:49. | :03:53.
Martin Tancos was responsible for finding victims | :03:54. | :03:58.
Katerina Kurejova housed thd victims and helped to control them. | :03:59. | :04:06.
They were certainly living `n easy life on other people's monex. | :04:07. | :04:09.
They were happy to do that, they were happy to exploit these | :04:10. | :04:11.
people, they were happy to let them slip through their fingers `nd move | :04:12. | :04:15.
It is the cynicism which seems really quite hard | :04:16. | :04:22.
for us to understand, but it was definitely going on. | :04:23. | :04:25.
The family were finally caught in a series of police raids when two | :04:26. | :04:29.
victims went to the authorities to try to escape. | :04:30. | :04:33.
It is a mark of the gang's ruthlessness and the cynicism that | :04:34. | :04:37.
all their victims were vulndrable - drug addicts, alcoholics | :04:38. | :04:39.
Well, Devon and Cornwall's Chief Constable is the National | :04:40. | :04:48.
Police Lead for tackling modern day slavery. | :04:49. | :04:50.
I asked him what he thought about the case in Plymouth. | :04:51. | :04:58.
It is particularly serious, it is a borrowed, but sadly it is pretty | :04:59. | :05:09.
normal for this type of slavery There are similarities chewdd child | :05:10. | :05:14.
sexual abuse. When we hear of historic abuse and we hear how young | :05:15. | :05:17.
children believe this is normal we have to accept human beer Olympics, | :05:18. | :05:28.
respond to this submission `nd they don't behave how you and I would | :05:29. | :05:34.
behave. What is your extent of this going on? You say this is not the | :05:35. | :05:38.
only case and no one should be surprised to note there are similar | :05:39. | :05:44.
situations going on. I would envisage there are dozens of cases | :05:45. | :05:47.
in Devon and Cornwall and they are all there because we do not report | :05:48. | :05:53.
information. We've the police have not looked effectively. We have to | :05:54. | :05:58.
raise our game but equally we have to go looking for this. We have to | :05:59. | :06:03.
hunt down the slaves in a w`y that is ethical and within the l`w but we | :06:04. | :06:08.
give community intelligence and also putting more dedicated assets into | :06:09. | :06:12.
this, because trafficking htman beings is not about foreign | :06:13. | :06:19.
nationals, it is about people. It is someone's mother, son, fathdr, | :06:20. | :06:23.
daughter that is being subjtgated in a way that we have not seen since | :06:24. | :06:30.
Roman times. It is inhumane and these are the communities in Devon | :06:31. | :06:35.
and Cornwall who have steppdd this is not acceptable. This is ` place | :06:36. | :06:38.
where modern slavery does not happen. It is unlikely that a | :06:39. | :06:43.
victims have easy access to television to seek this tonhght but | :06:44. | :06:47.
if they are watching and living in terror and fear about reporting it, | :06:48. | :06:55.
what would you say to that? You may come from a country where the police | :06:56. | :07:01.
are not trusted, I understand that. There are in the medium grotps that | :07:02. | :07:06.
you can look at, if you havd access to a phone, there are interlediaries | :07:07. | :07:11.
you can talk to. If you can get to a phone, please try one by ond that | :07:12. | :07:16.
even if it is a case of slipping a note to a neighbour, get thd message | :07:17. | :07:22.
across to someone you see in the street and that's why I talk to the | :07:23. | :07:28.
public, the eyes and ears of 1. million people are more effdctive | :07:29. | :07:34.
than my 3000 officers, but H understand to that person, xou don't | :07:35. | :07:38.
have the confidence, we will try to reach out to you but if you get that | :07:39. | :07:44.
chance, walk away and we will help you get justice, get safety and | :07:45. | :07:45.
recover your life. A severed foot has been found | :07:46. | :07:49.
in woods near Truro. Police officers in Cornwall are now | :07:50. | :07:51.
searching for a body. A walking boot containing | :07:52. | :07:54.
the remains was discovered by a dog walker in Nansvallen Woods last | :07:55. | :07:57.
Thursday evening. Spotlight's David George | :07:58. | :08:06.
has been to the scene. The footpath here through the woods | :08:07. | :08:08.
remains closed as police officers continue their search | :08:09. | :08:10.
of this whole area. Over the weekend they found | :08:11. | :08:12.
what they described as further items Locals say the woods are often used | :08:13. | :08:15.
as a campsite by homeless pdople. Near here the woods are bordered | :08:16. | :08:23.
by the main Penzance The police are linking the grim | :08:24. | :08:26.
discovery to a missing person, 39-year-old Lee Gilbert who was last | :08:27. | :08:32.
seen at Truro railway station Police officers say that | :08:33. | :08:36.
despite the nature of this find they don't believe there ard any | :08:37. | :08:44.
suspicious circumstances. They also say the Cornwall | :08:45. | :08:48.
coroner has been informed. The first child migrants | :08:49. | :08:59.
from the Jungle camp in Cal`is have started to arrive | :09:00. | :09:02.
at an accommodation 20 males under the age of 18 arrived | :09:03. | :09:04.
by coach at a respite centrd Devon County Council says up to 70 | :09:05. | :09:10.
are expected altogether. And Cornwall Council has confirmed | :09:11. | :09:15.
it will take ten child From the depths of the Jungle camp | :09:16. | :09:31.
of northern France to the tranquillity of North Devon. At | :09:32. | :09:35.
three in the morning, 20 chhld migrants arrived at a temporary | :09:36. | :09:39.
respite centre. These children are in a pretty poor state and so they | :09:40. | :09:44.
need all the help they can get to make sure they are fit to move on to | :09:45. | :09:51.
some relatives. That is the endgame. Devon County Council is asshsting | :09:52. | :09:54.
the Home Office which is organising and paying for the resettlelent It | :09:55. | :09:59.
got off to a controversial start when some question the age of the | :10:00. | :10:04.
migrants. The MP for the arda said he spoke to the Home Secret`ry | :10:05. | :10:09.
personally. I am assured th`t these children will have been scrdened, | :10:10. | :10:14.
they will not be is expected of being over 18, any suspected will be | :10:15. | :10:20.
retained in London, they will not be coming to Dublin. Torrington is the | :10:21. | :10:23.
nearest town to the temporary centre which could take up to 70 children. | :10:24. | :10:29.
I came as an immigrant myself and was welcomed with open arms, not | :10:30. | :10:34.
merely from a traumatic background but please, more should be welcome, | :10:35. | :10:41.
we have room here. With young children, I don't have a problem but | :10:42. | :10:45.
if they are young men that `re coming here to work here and to reap | :10:46. | :10:51.
benefits system, that is wrong. It emerged that Cornwall Counchl has | :10:52. | :10:57.
agreed to take some child mhgrants. We have been in negotiations with | :10:58. | :11:01.
the Home Office and South Wdst councils and we will take up to | :11:02. | :11:07.
1016-17 -year-olds. In the next few days, more child migrants whll be | :11:08. | :11:09.
arriving in North Devon. Now to a story of a Devon m`n | :11:10. | :11:11.
who says he became so desperate he took an extreme decision | :11:12. | :11:14.
after his operation to have his toes Paul Dibbins needed the operation | :11:15. | :11:17.
because of diabetes-related He waited four days for an operation | :11:18. | :11:22.
but then it was cancelled. I told them I was going | :11:23. | :11:34.
to discharge myself. "We can't stop you going hole, | :11:35. | :11:36.
but you will be back in herd He was scared he would lose his leg | :11:37. | :11:40.
if any infection His fear drove him to cut | :11:41. | :11:46.
the infected toes off at hole. The surgeon said | :11:47. | :11:54.
Paul did a good job. What I had done, it all | :11:55. | :11:55.
healed really nicely. Although I was mad in his opinion | :11:56. | :11:59.
to have tackled it myself at home, And you can find exactly wh`t Paul | :12:00. | :12:03.
did and how he coped, when he talks to the BBC's | :12:04. | :12:11.
Inside Out team. This week's programme presented | :12:12. | :12:14.
by Jemma Woodman follows Later in the programme: The first | :12:15. | :12:18.
in a series of reports about some of the region's lesser known | :12:19. | :12:26.
but successful businesses. Plus in the sport, the controversy | :12:27. | :12:29.
surrounding the manager's A woman who was seriously injured | :12:30. | :12:32.
when she was knocked off her tandem during a charity ride though Devon | :12:33. | :12:45.
is calling for helmets to bd Lisa Bennett from Somerset | :12:46. | :12:48.
says her helmet saved her lhfe. Figures from Devon and Cornwall | :12:49. | :12:53.
police show a 20% increase in cyclists injured in Devon last | :12:54. | :12:56.
year, compared to six years ago But not everyone thinks makhng | :12:57. | :13:00.
people wear helmets is the `nswer. Harriet Bradshaw has been hdaring | :13:01. | :13:03.
the arguments for and against. I have flashbacks to it, recurring | :13:04. | :13:18.
nightmares that make it hard to sleep. I am in constant pain with my | :13:19. | :13:24.
back. These will all heal over time thankfully. Three months ago, Lisa | :13:25. | :13:29.
Bennett was hit the tandem here Were cycling down this road, five | :13:30. | :13:35.
miles per hour on Sunday morning. The next thing is, a car has hit | :13:36. | :13:41.
you, throwing you into the `ir. You don't stand a chance, you are at its | :13:42. | :13:46.
mercy, landing on the ground, slashing your head on the concrete. | :13:47. | :13:53.
There is a big crack there. She is now campaigning for helmets to | :13:54. | :13:58.
become compulsory for all cxclists. That would have been my head, | :13:59. | :14:03.
without a shadow of a doubt. But with changing the law make ` | :14:04. | :14:08.
difference? In Jersey, children under 14 must wear a helmet. Here it | :14:09. | :14:13.
is not unusual to see an adtlt cycling without an helmet btt a | :14:14. | :14:18.
child without one really st`nds out. This law has been in place for | :14:19. | :14:23.
almost two years. No child has ever been prosecuted but the law was | :14:24. | :14:28.
never about convicting them. It was about convincing them. It is a good | :14:29. | :14:39.
move, it is very difficult to police but on the whole, it is needed and | :14:40. | :14:42.
will save lives. Back in Exdter others are not convinced. M`ny | :14:43. | :14:45.
organisations oppose compulsion because the over all benefits are | :14:46. | :14:50.
negative. We want people to cycle and if more are put off cycling | :14:51. | :14:55.
because helmets are compulsory, the overall health impact is bad. But we | :14:56. | :15:03.
can do this instantly, we c`n protect people instantly. Whth | :15:04. | :15:08.
cycling more popular but injuries increasing, cycle safety will be at | :15:09. | :15:10.
the forefront of many minds. One of the region's fastest growing | :15:11. | :15:12.
manufacturers is among the companies benefiting from the slump | :15:13. | :15:14.
in the pound. European Springs and Pressings | :15:15. | :15:17.
in Cornwall were already expanding, but the fall in sterling has now | :15:18. | :15:20.
boosted their exports. Manufacturing across the region | :15:21. | :15:25.
is now worth around ?13 billion creating around 8% of | :15:26. | :15:28.
the region's jobs. Well, all this week we'll bd looking | :15:29. | :15:32.
at the some of the less well-known manufacturing companies | :15:33. | :15:35.
which contribute to the loc`l economy but are low-profile, | :15:36. | :15:37.
usually under the radar. Neil Gallacher has this report | :15:38. | :15:40.
from the Springs factory in Redruth. If ever there was a company that | :15:41. | :15:47.
does what it says on the tin, it is European Springs and | :15:48. | :15:51.
Pressings. They make springs and wire shapes | :15:52. | :15:53.
from a third of a millimetrd thick They employ 160 people | :15:54. | :15:56.
across three sites nationwide, A former graduate trainee | :15:57. | :16:02.
at Rolls-Royce and a designdr In his time here, European springs | :16:03. | :16:20.
have gone from an ?800,000 operation All of this sprang from | :16:21. | :16:27.
humble beginnings. They started life as | :16:28. | :16:35.
Perranporth Springs and Washers We were a very small | :16:36. | :16:38.
factory in Perranporth, I think five or six of us, | :16:39. | :16:47.
maybe getting out a very Obviously now it is completdly | :16:48. | :16:51.
different, but we need to expand, We've moved here three, | :16:52. | :16:57.
four years ago and we're running These are the kind of job | :16:58. | :17:01.
opportunities Cornwall needs to develop its economy away | :17:02. | :17:05.
from low-paid seasonal work. Employment here often turns | :17:06. | :17:09.
out to be an education. That there is more than just bed | :17:10. | :17:12.
springs and more than just springs There are springs from | :17:13. | :17:17.
just this big to... There are so many springs | :17:18. | :17:20.
and springs are everywhere. Their main market is automotive | :17:21. | :17:23.
but they are also in products from iPhones to medical equhpment | :17:24. | :17:30.
and their springs are in bins. This is a story about local | :17:31. | :17:35.
manufacturing in Cornwall. Curver, who are literally a couple | :17:36. | :17:38.
of hundred yards away from where we are now, | :17:39. | :17:42.
approached us to help them we decide the spring in this bin | :17:43. | :17:46.
and we are now there main And what about the other | :17:47. | :17:48.
B word, Brexit? At the moment the effect has been | :17:49. | :17:56.
positive in the sense that the exchange rate has come | :17:57. | :17:58.
down, so we are effectively much more competitive a manufacttrer | :17:59. | :18:01.
that we were a couple of months ago On the flip side of that, | :18:02. | :18:04.
our raw materials are coming in from Europe and the far dast | :18:05. | :18:08.
and those have gone up, so it is a balancing act but that | :18:09. | :18:11.
effect is generally good for us at the moment, | :18:12. | :18:14.
but I don't think it This firm is increasingly | :18:15. | :18:17.
high profile, recently coloured springs to tension | :18:18. | :18:21.
the fabric canopies that kedp West Ham fans dry at the former | :18:22. | :18:26.
Olympic Stadium and supplying window displays | :18:27. | :18:30.
by liberty of London. Spring really do get almost | :18:31. | :18:33.
everywhere. We will be looking at more | :18:34. | :18:48.
south-west businesses through the week. | :18:49. | :18:49.
It's time for the sport now and Natalie and Andy | :18:50. | :18:52.
are here with a summary of what s been happening over the weekend | :18:53. | :18:55.
Exeter City supporters have voted to ask the club to renegoti`te | :18:56. | :18:57.
the contract of manager Paul Tisdale. | :18:58. | :18:59.
The League Two club are owndd by their fans through | :19:00. | :19:01.
the Exeter City Supporters Trust and passed the motion | :19:02. | :19:03.
Andy Birkett's been following the story. | :19:04. | :19:07.
So it this the beginning of the end of one of football's | :19:08. | :19:10.
Who knows? It is no secret that sections of the crowd have been | :19:11. | :19:24.
calling for Paul Tisdale to go. The board says a motion was table and | :19:25. | :19:29.
approved to get some claritx on what his existing contract is unwanted to | :19:30. | :19:33.
find out if there is a notice period they can activate. So they can | :19:34. | :19:39.
renegotiate a deal benefici`l to him and the club. I am not sure how Paul | :19:40. | :19:48.
Tisdale has reacted to this news. Quite a complicated situation. I am | :19:49. | :19:52.
guessing not helped by another poor result at home at the weekend. | :19:53. | :19:57.
Another defeat at Saint Jamds Park. They keep on coming. You wotld be | :19:58. | :20:03.
hard pressed to blame the m`nager. To make matters worse, they got in | :20:04. | :20:11.
each other's way and left it to the Cambridge striker. A few minutes | :20:12. | :20:15.
later there was another goal. After ten minutes, they were 2-0 down | :20:16. | :20:23.
They have only won twice in the league in the last few months. Club | :20:24. | :20:32.
legend has it that back in 0914 they're well-documented tour to | :20:33. | :20:36.
South America, one of the players, Dickie Pimm, came back with a | :20:37. | :20:42.
souvenir, a parrot that livdd a very happy, long life at Saint J`mes Park | :20:43. | :20:48.
but when he did die, he was buried at the way goal and. What followed | :20:49. | :20:55.
was a horrendous play off form. Things got so bad, the body was | :20:56. | :20:58.
exhumed and they hoped that would change their fortunes. Youth think | :20:59. | :21:06.
there might be a sparrow at the little and still? Hope not. Better | :21:07. | :21:16.
news elsewhere. Wins for Yeovil and Plymouth Argyle who extend their | :21:17. | :21:17.
lead at the top to four points. When you're bottom of the ldague, | :21:18. | :21:19.
this is the last thing you need The Newport keeper was | :21:20. | :21:22.
given his marching orders for bringing down Jordan Sldw, | :21:23. | :21:24.
leaving Graham Carey to put A wonder strike to bring | :21:25. | :21:27.
the home side back into it. That was as good as it got | :21:28. | :21:33.
for the hosts. Graham Carey went the other way | :21:34. | :21:37.
with his second penalty. With Newport pushing | :21:38. | :21:40.
for an equaliser, Jordan Sldw found himself in acres of space | :21:41. | :21:43.
to make it three. That is 12 games | :21:44. | :21:46.
unbeaten now for Argyle. Yeovil Town are on a run | :21:47. | :21:50.
of their own. Matt Dolan's superb free kick | :21:51. | :21:54.
the difference between the sides. That is three wins on the bounce | :21:55. | :21:56.
for The Glovers who are now one A couple of good wins there but | :21:57. | :22:10.
changing sport, not brilliant news for the Chiefs. Another tight game | :22:11. | :22:16.
but another defeat. But for Baxter will be happier. The game against | :22:17. | :22:22.
Clermont, he felt the players heads dropped. At least in Ulster when | :22:23. | :22:25.
they did concede this try, they fought back and did really well and | :22:26. | :22:31.
gave them a chance to win. Puite an exciting end to it. Brilliant end to | :22:32. | :22:39.
the game. Gareth scored a bdautiful job role. -- drop goal. When things | :22:40. | :22:46.
are not going your way, this happens. Ulster went home whth that | :22:47. | :22:55.
win and sadly their chance of getting out of the Champions Cup | :22:56. | :23:00.
group had a big blow. Rob is hoping this will kick-start their season. | :23:01. | :23:04.
They have Bath on Sunday. All they can do is hope that is an | :23:05. | :23:06.
improvement and keep on going. And finally, thanks to everxone | :23:07. | :23:08.
who put forward nominations We've had a fantastic response | :23:09. | :23:10.
and will start to wade Now it's time for a look at the | :23:11. | :23:30.
weather and it became decidddly autumnal over the weekend. The wind | :23:31. | :23:35.
got up and all the leaves c`me down all in one go but hopefully things | :23:36. | :23:38.
will improve as the week gods on because it is half term for a lot of | :23:39. | :23:43.
people. David, we are looking for that awful range shot to disappear | :23:44. | :23:49.
behind you. I have not used a rain warning graphic for it seems like | :23:50. | :23:55.
weeks. What want a though. For good reason because we have the | :23:56. | :24:01.
combination of heavy rain, they have been going since last might and | :24:02. | :24:05.
leaves coming off the trees blocking up the drains, so the chancd of the | :24:06. | :24:10.
few big puddles around over the next few hours as well as more hdavy rain | :24:11. | :24:15.
in the form of showers across Devon and Cornwall, and it is causing | :24:16. | :24:20.
problems on the roads. Along with that, low cloud and mist and that is | :24:21. | :24:24.
the reason why the Met office have issued a warning about this heavy | :24:25. | :24:31.
rain. Tomorrow it is much brighter. There may well be a lot of list | :24:32. | :24:37.
around, a few showers but they are fairly isolated. A lot brighter for | :24:38. | :24:41.
most of us. As we move throtgh this week, high pressure coming back | :24:42. | :24:46.
Last week we had the key easterly winds. This week the high-pressure | :24:47. | :24:52.
in a slightly different place. We have a fair amount of cloud cover in | :24:53. | :24:57.
south-western England now. The weather front trickles away and | :24:58. | :25:02.
splits one line of showers disappears to the east, the remnants | :25:03. | :25:05.
moving further away from us and what we are left with is a ridge of high | :25:06. | :25:09.
pressure which comes in for the middle of the week and it is this | :25:10. | :25:15.
which is around for most of this week, probably the weekend `nd next | :25:16. | :25:21.
week or so. We see westerly winds rather than easterly winds. This is | :25:22. | :25:27.
the picture for Thursday. Whth those wins coming in off the LMT, a modern | :25:28. | :25:35.
feel. A fair amount of cloud but by the weekend, high-pressure becomes | :25:36. | :25:38.
quite strong. It settles thhngs quite down, more autumnal wdather | :25:39. | :25:44.
with mist and fog in the night-time and some sunshine during thd | :25:45. | :25:49.
daytime. This evening, the rain we have seen is still around and is | :25:50. | :25:55.
still giving some pretty torrential downpours. Gradually migrathng | :25:56. | :25:58.
northwards and a lot of the heavy showers drifting towards London | :25:59. | :26:04.
What we are left with is a lot of low cloud, very murky, mistx | :26:05. | :26:09.
conditions. Temperature is no lower than between eight and 10 ddgrees. A | :26:10. | :26:17.
mild start. And then we will start to see things brighten up. There is | :26:18. | :26:22.
just the chance of a nicely to chat, but most of the day is dry compare | :26:23. | :26:27.
to what we have seen today. Temperatures will be higher than | :26:28. | :26:33.
they have been today, up to 40 or 50 degrees. Quite a nice day for the | :26:34. | :26:38.
Isles of Scilly, fine and dry with sunshine. Times of high watdr. - 14 | :26:39. | :26:48.
or 15 degrees. Not much for our surface. The waves are pretty small | :26:49. | :26:55.
now. For the coastal waters forecast, it is quiet, vari`ble | :26:56. | :27:00.
winds, eventually those wins becoming westerly, force fotr, | :27:01. | :27:05.
mainly fair with good visibhlity. We will see a bit more of this, list | :27:06. | :27:11.
and some fog patches. Wednesday should be a largely fine and dry | :27:12. | :27:18.
day. Temperatures quite a bht up, 16 degrees, a bit more of a westerly | :27:19. | :27:24.
breeze. Thursday and Friday, we could have problems first thing in | :27:25. | :27:30.
the morning with mist and fog. Inside Out is at 7:30pm herd on BBC | :27:31. | :27:38.
One and I am back at 10:30pl. From all of us here, good night. | :27:39. | :28:16.
Saving Africa's Elephants: Hugh and the Ivory War, starts. . | :28:17. | :28:22. |
