A large security operation is being planned for the arrival

in Devon of dozens of young refugees from the jungle migrant

Sources involved in the operation have told the BBC up to 70

are due to be brought to a hostel in the countryshde

near Great Torrington tonight or tomorrow.

We haven't had a great deal of rain in the forecast of late but we do
