The White House sets up a new unit to fight online propaganda

by the so-called Islamic State group.

But on the streets of Philadelphia, a policeman is shot by a man

pledging allegiance to the militants.

You can see the man in question going towards a police officer

task force to tackle propaganda from Islamic State. It comes just days

after a man was attacked by a man pledging allegiance to Islamic

State. He fired at the police officer leaving Jesse Hartnett badly

wounded. He said he carried out the attack in the name of Islam. It was

said that the injured officer was lucky to survive.

This is absolutely one of the scariest things

I mean this guy tried to execute the police officer.

The police officer had no idea he was coming.

Let's get more from our reporter. Police convinced that this shooting

was linked to Islamic State? They have said that the gunmen involved,

Edward Archer, said that he pledged allegiance to Islamic State and

carried out the attack, in the words of the Police Commissioner, he said

it was carried out in the name of Islam. When it first happened, at

11:30pm in West Philadelphia, the initial talk was all about gun

control. We have heard a lot about that in the past few weeks. It has

been a hot topic for many years. One big element in the recent

announcements in gun control were concerns about mental health. There

down. All the roads leading in and out of Hurghada have been closed

down and police officers are scanning the area for more

attackers. So the tourist wounded and these assailants been killed.

Another blow for the Egyptian tourism industry? Definitely. The

tourism industry is still reeling from the crash of the Russian plane

in another famous Red Sea resort last November. This attack today

comes really to give a hard blow to the same sector. Tourism is vital to

the Egyptian economy. It is a lifeline. It is already struggling.

The number of tourists has decreased a great deal since the plane crash.

So now, we don't know how much of an influence this attack is going to

have on the tourism sector in the country. Thank you very much.

Activists in Syria say a member of so-called Islamic State publicly

that Joaquim Guzman would escape again after being captured. But he

got away again. Briefly, Katie, it was the most audacious escape?

Absolutely. He disappeared in a tunnel that when from the shower

cubicle in his prison cell to a house on the other side of the

prison wall. And the amount of manpower needed to build that tunnel

is such that nobody can understand how that could have happened without
