Hi, I'm here with some great stories this Wednesday.

First we're talking about internet safety, particularly your friends.

The ones you've probably just spent the day with in school,

and the ones some of you chat to online.

In a survey carried out for Newsround, nearly four out

of ten ten to 12-year-olds with a social media account said

they'd made friends online that they've not met in person.

You've told us that you've heard that you should never become friends

with strangers online, so why are many children

still doing it?

Leah's been to ask some of you about your experiences.

I was just messaging my friends and a notification popped up.

It was this random person requesting to follow us.

I declined it and so they kept trying to follow us over and over

again so I reported them.

Any friends that do approach us, I do say yes because I know

who they are.

I only follow people that I like, celebrity wise, and my friends

- family, family friends.

I'm all right if it's friends from friends...

A total stranger?

Have you ever been approached by someone you completely don't know?

Yes.

And what happened?

I just ignored them.

If it's someone that I'm not actually sure about,

I look at their account to see if I actually know this person.

If I don't, I just press the cross.

If I do get messages off random people, I know for a fact that I'd

stop it, report it and then I know it won't happen again.

What are your tips for staying safe online so you can enjoy it?

Don't friend random people because it's dangerous.

You don't who they are.

They might be completely different to who they say they are.

Make sure that your account is on private and check

it every week.

If anything happens on it, I would press block and I wouldn't

just leave it.

To raise a huge amount of money for Sport Relief

Greg James, Radio 1 DJ.

Five triathlons, five cities, five days.

He will try to run, swim and cycle more than 50 miles a day.

It is the Gregathlon.

Lindsey Russell, Blue Peter presenter.

She will walk on water across the Irish Channel

alone in a three metre inflatable ball for more than 20 miles,

zorbing for 14 hours.

She is the wave runner.

Jo Brand, comedian.

Does not like exercise, but she has already walked 135 miles

across the UK.

From the Humber Bridge in the east to Liverpool on the west.

In seven days, almost 20 miles walking

a day.

This nine-year-old boy has won goal of the month,

after a big vote by Everton football fans.

Georgie Shaw, who has cerebral palsy, kicked the ball into the net

at Goodison Park at half-time of Everton's recent

game against Swansea.

Fans were impressed and said he was their favourite.

This dog's enjoying life again thanks to a 3D

printed prosthetic leg.

Romina was hurt in an accident in Mexico in Central America.

Specialists at the local university made the whippet a new leg,

with joints that copy its natural moves.

Lots of you love cats online, and this black and white cat called

Felix is getting super famous and has got more than 34,000

followers on Facebook.

She catches mice and rats at Huddersfield rail station,

and has been in newspapers in Hong Kong and the USA

because of her job.

You may be thinking that Felix is a funny name for a girl

but when she was a kitten everybody at the station thought

she was a boy.

When we took her to the vet we were very surprised to learn

that she was a girl.

It didn't matter.

The name stuck.

She has been running round catching mice ever since.
