President Obama says he wants a person on Mars in 15 years.

Now, Barack Obama might not have long left as President

of the United States as he comes to the end of his term in office,

but today he made a big promise for the future.

The President has written an article in which he vowed

to help send people to Mars within the next 15 years.

The man still in charge of America said he has set a clear goal to send

humans to Mars by the 2030s and return them safely to Earth,

with the ultimate ambition to one day have people remain on the red

Now, at Newsround HQ we've heard from some of you who are worried

about people dressing as clowns to deliberately try

You've told us there are lots of rumours about clowns

going around at the moment so we decided to look at the facts.

People dressing up as clowns and scaring others.

Now there have been reports from police of it happening

Over the past few weeks it has also spread online with lots of people

But now some parents say it's getting out of hand and there

are loads of rumours flying around - like clowns will come to your school

In the UK a number of police forces say they're getting calls

from people who've been frightened when they've seen people

The police say there's nothing funny about it.

The police put on extra patrols, and if anyone sees anything what is

frightened, ring the police straightaway, the police will come,

they do not mind if it is a joke. And we've heard that some

of you are bit worried about all this ? well,

we've been taking a closer look and it's important to say that these

sightings are really rare And even if it is just a few

people messing about, the police are taking

it very seriously. They say anyone who dresses up

as a clown to scare someone on purpose could get

into a lot of trouble. If you are worried at all

about people dressed as clowns then make sure you speak

to an adult about it. And if you are upset by the news,
