Good morning, I'm Jenny, live with all the top stories

Let's start with the BBC Music Awards, that happened last night.

Lucky Ayshah got the job of chatting to some of the biggest stars

on the red carpet.

It all started with 1D.

The awards are all about celebrating this year's music,

so what have the stars been listening to?

Want You To Want Me, Jason Derulo.

It's one of my favourite summer songs.

Beyonce, Run, which I think is a great song.

A bit of Hosier.

I think Justin Bieber has whacked out so many hits this year.

Yeah, it's great, isn't it?

Amazing.

And as well, Adele's album.

Adele!

The night belonged to Adele, who came away with two awards,

including Best British Artist and Best Live Performance.

Thanks!

British Artist of the Year, that's amazing, I've only just put

out new music.

I'm absolutely chuffed, thank you so much.

Other awards went to Taylor Swift for Best International Artist

and Hosier won Song of the Year.

So the night has been all about the music.

But what we really want to know is...

Good question.

You know that little monkey, jamming away, doing this,

with the little tail.

Upside down smiley face has got to be the best one.

Next week, history will be made when British astronaut,

Tim Peake, blasts off into space, on Tuesday.

He's got just four days to go - so we're counting down,

with some top facts about the UK's number one spaceman.

The International Space Station is 400 kilometres above the Earth.

So Tim Peake might be going up into space,

but what happens to the crew that's already on the International Space

Station?

Well, some of them have to return to Earth to make room

for new astronauts to start their mission.

Three crew members are due to board the Soyuz aircraft today,

which will bring them back to Earth.

Eight-year-old Ted had a very cool job last night -

he had to switch on the Christmas tree lights at Downing Street,

for Prime Minister, David Cameron.

Ted was chosen because he raised more than ?80,000 for a children's

hospital in Liverpool.

Lots of people were watching the big switch-on.

It was just amazing, he even knew my name.

Yeah, it was great.

The shortlist for BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year

award has been announced.

The final three in the running for the prize are...

apprentice jockey Tom Marquand, gymnast Ellie Downie and Paralympic

swimmer Tully Kearney, who both won big at the European

and World Championships.

Good luck to all of them.

Now, imagine running a mile around your playground,

between your lessons at school, to keep fit.

Well, kids from one school in Sheffield, in the North

of England, are doing just that.

They run one mile three times a day, and say it helps them concentrate.

You get to let all of your excitement out.

You get a lot of fun and you get oxygen in your brain and you can

think what you're going to do next in your work.

Take a look at these very special tiger cubs.

They were born in a wildlife reserve in Russia -

it's the first time that cubs have been born there for 40 years.
