Hi there, it's Ayshah live with Newsround | :00:08. | :00:09.
We're getting very excited about Tim Peake's spacewalk. | :00:10. | :00:12.
Tomorrow he'll become the first British astronaut to do one. | :00:13. | :00:15.
And Prince William drops in at a school for some lunch. | :00:16. | :00:32.
First we're heading to the International Space Station | :00:33. | :00:34.
as British astronaut Tim Peake prepares to do his first | :00:35. | :00:37.
He'll be helping to restore power to one part of the station. | :00:38. | :00:40.
At around 12:55 tomorrow afternoon, you might be finishing your lunch, | :00:41. | :00:48.
but somewhere up in space Tim Peake will be about to take | :00:49. | :00:51.
He will be setting foot outside the International Space Station | :00:52. | :00:57.
It is a huge moment for any astronaut. | :00:58. | :01:04.
Spacewalks are the most exciting and challenging thing | :01:05. | :01:06.
It is probably the hardest thing that we do, as human beings, | :01:07. | :01:11.
it is certainly the most hostile environment you can imagine. | :01:12. | :01:14.
For the next 6.5 hours, Tim will be out in space, | :01:15. | :01:18.
tasked with repairing a broken power unit on the outside of the station. | :01:19. | :01:23.
He will be with fellow astronaut Tim Kopra and their every move | :01:24. | :01:26.
is guided by a team back here on Earth. | :01:27. | :01:28.
Everything down to the order in which tools and equipment | :01:29. | :01:31.
are attached to their spacesuits has been carefully planned in advance. | :01:32. | :01:35.
A whole 6.5 hours, we have planned in meticulous detail. | :01:36. | :01:38.
Myself and Tim Kopra have run through the procedures and we have | :01:39. | :01:42.
used computer simulations to see exactly where we are going to be | :01:43. | :01:48.
going and what we are going to be doing. | :01:49. | :01:49.
I think it is going to be the most exhilarating feeling imaginable. | :01:50. | :01:52.
After repairing the power unit, Tim's next job will be to connect | :01:53. | :01:55.
a brand-new cable measuring 28 metres. | :01:56. | :01:57.
And all the time, Earth will be whizzing by below them. | :01:58. | :02:00.
In fact, the ISS orbits Earth every 90 minutes, | :02:01. | :02:02.
so the astronauts will be doing all this in a cycle of 45 minutes | :02:03. | :02:05.
of daylight and 45 minutes of complete darkness. | :02:06. | :02:07.
Out of the corner of your eye you are seeing your whole planet | :02:08. | :02:13.
rotating beneath you, so how do you stop yourself being distracted? | :02:14. | :02:19.
Because you have the whole universe to look at, | :02:20. | :02:21.
but you have actually got to undo some screws and not drop them. | :02:22. | :02:24.
It is another exciting part of Tim's mission in space. | :02:25. | :02:31.
Head over to the Newsround website to find out everything you need | :02:32. | :02:34.

Hello. Hello, guys. I do not live how I | :03:02. | :03:21.
have managed that, but I am on the red carpet that although the stars | :03:22. | :03:25.
will walk on tonight. Lots of press you excited to find out who has been | :03:26. | :03:30.
nominated for a Brit Award. We know that Adele and Justin Bieber are | :03:31. | :03:34.
likely to do well, but when a war that has been decided is the critics | :03:35. | :03:38.
choice of what and I can happily say I am joined by the winner, Jack | :03:39. | :03:43.
Garrett. You have that award in your hand. The likes of Adele and Jessie | :03:44. | :03:47.
J have won this award, how does it feel to be part of the Brett award | :03:48. | :03:52.
family? I am shocked, it is usually overwhelming. Ultimately, it is an | :03:53. | :03:58.
incredible conflict to have received this. -- Brit Award. I have been | :03:59. | :04:02.
working hard and for a long time to write the best music possible. It is | :04:03. | :04:07.
lovely to know that the Brit Awards, something I have followed since I | :04:08. | :04:13.
was a child has given me that kind of acknowledgement. It suggest | :04:14. | :04:17.
something to look forward to. Little Mix and Years and Years are | :04:18. | :04:23.
also performing, are you nervous? I am always nervous. It is important | :04:24. | :04:28.
to be nervous before you perform. When you have adrenaline, it is good | :04:29. | :04:31.
to take that and use it for the right reasons, it is better to get | :04:32. | :04:37.
excited and scared. That takes a long time to be able to do that. But | :04:38. | :04:41.
I have been doing this for a long time so I am getting better at using | :04:42. | :04:43.
that adrenaline as an exciting thing. | :04:44. | :04:46.
High five, Jack, well done. Have thing. | :04:47. | :04:50.
