quite good with my diet obviously before I race.	:04:11.	:04:12.
The first thing I wanted was pizza and then followed it up with some	:04:13.	:04:16.
Support for my family has been amazing and I am so thankful	:04:17.	:04:20.
My old swimming club at home came and surprised me	:04:21.	:04:25.
They came with posters and good-luck cards and I can't wait to go back	:04:26.	:04:31.
That is my local slimming club in Swindon called the Tiger Sharks.	:04:32.	:04:37.
I can't wait to go back and see them and hopefully inspire them	:04:38.	:04:40.
