Leah here with your morning Newsround.

Coming up:

It's the middle of the week, so what better day to talk

about being the middle child in your family.

Our Newsround survey about brothers and sisters found out that one

in four middle children said that they loved their position

in the family - but one in seven hated it.

We also found out that middle children are more likely to get

picked on - or even to be bullies themselves.

I went to meet some other middle siblings just like me.

Being the middle child is like...

You have to work all the time and then you have a bigger sister,

Which is a good thing because she talks to me

all the time.

Then you have your brother who sometimes is your friend

and sometimes annoying.

What irritates you?

We are frenemies.

Tell me about frenemies - what's that?

That means we are enemies and friends

at the same time.

That's a bit strange.

How does it work?

I don't know.

Sometimes we are friends but most of the time we are enemies.

Guys!

The negative point is I get annoyed by my older brother a lot

of the time.

The good point is that I'm not treated like a baby or the oldest.

I am treated normally.

I find that really good.

Sometimes it is exhausting because there are two

girls in the house.

Sometimes I feel special.

I am the only boy and the middle child and get more attention.

I can boss around my younger sister and I can

follow my big sister.

Don't boss me around!

The 67-year-old bridge runs over the Fort Gibson Lake in Oklahoma

in America - and it was demolished yesterday.

The Newkirk Bridge wasn't in good condition and it has been replaced

by a new one.

It opened to traffic last month.

Lots of paths and bridges were flooded in the lake District

during recent bad weather.

Now an online map's been made to show families of walkers

and cyclists which ones are now open and safe to cross.

Rangers and volunteers hope eventually to check all 14 hundred

bridges and 2000 miles of footpaths.

Several meteorites could be hidden just under the ice

in the Antarctic.

Scientists say the metallic rocks might be burying themselves

by melting the ice as sunlight heats them.

But they say, as glaciers move they throw space rocks

onto the surface.

A new species of freshwater turtle has been found in Papua New Guinea -

an island in the southwestern Pacific Ocean.

It's one of three distantly-related species

that evolved between 17 and 19 million years ago.
