Morning, all - Leah here with today's Newsround.

We're live on CBBC - keep watching for:

the new species of turtle found in the South Western Pacific Ocean

and the US bridge that disappeared in a controlled explosion.

First today, imagine being separated from your brothers and sisters

because of a war in your own country.

That's what has happened to lots of children who are fleeing

the war in Syria.

Many children make dangerous journeys on their own to try

and reach Europe.

We followed 14-year-old Milad on a long journey to reunite

with his older brother.

This is the island of Lesbos in Greece.

My name is Milad and I am from Syria.

I have been travelling for ten days.

I left because in our country there is a war.

I was separated from my brother.

He has to go to someplace safe and I didn't see him for nearly

one year.

I feel like I will never see him again.

I miss him very much.

I like everything about my brother.

He is my brother.

But he still has a long journey ahead of him.

Milad has thousands of miles to go before

he gets to see his brother.

Without my brother, life is bad.

My brother was everything.

Even though he is now in Germany, the same country as his brother,

he still does not know when he will see him again.

Finally I arrived and my brother is coming to

meet me.

The brother is like the heart.

If he goes, he cannot leave.

We should never be separated.

It's the happiest moment in my life.

A brother's love is a special kind of love.

what it was like when you met your brother or sister for the first time

when they were born?

A Newsround special on CBBC later is looking at the relationship

between brothers and sisters all over the world.

Here's Fabrizio's story.

For five years I have been the only child but today

it is going to change.

Check out this controlled explosion of a 67-year-old bridge which runs

over the Fort Gibson Lake in Oklahoma in America

was demolished yesterday.

The bridge wasn't in good condition and it has been replaced

by a new one which opened to traffic last month.

Several meteorites could be hidden just under the ice in the Antarctic.

Scientists say when the meteors landed they melted the ice

and sank underneath.

But they say as glaciers move they can sometimes

throw the space rocks back up onto the surface.

A new species of freshwater turtle has been found in Papua New Guinea -

an island in the South Western Pacific Ocean.

It's one of three distantly-related species that evolved between 17

and 19 million years ago.
