What a night it was for Team GB in the velodrome in the Rio 2016

Olympics - two gold medals, a silver and a bronze.

Laura Trott became the first woman ever to get four gold medals.

Another bronze for Team GB's youngest

Still second in the table, we now have a total of 50 medals.

Hi, everyone, Ricky here inside the velodrome in Rio,

where records have been smashed, personal bests have been

Team GB have really dominated here in the velodrome,

including the likes of Laura Trott and Jason Kenny.

Laura has become the first British woman to win

four Olympic gold medals by defending her omnium title.

It is a special, special Olympic moment for Great Britain.

I am so happy that it all came together.

I honestly can't thank everyone enough.

Her partner, Jason Kenny, followed, winning the Kirin

He now has the same number of golds as cycling legend Sir Chris Hoy.

I was screaming on my chair and dancing a lot to the music.

It has made me want to be in the Olympics when I am older.

In the sprint, Becky James was awarded this silver medal

Giles Scott beaming with joy, winning the men's Finn.

Jack Laugher was back on the diving board after his sensational gold

alongside Chris Mears earlier in the week.

Another medal to add to his collection.

She is one of Britain's youngest athletes at the Games,

I honestly don't have a clue, it is so unreal.

Another bronze in gymnastics and a first for Team GB -

So the medals just keep on coming for Team GB.

So as we saw there, another incredible night for our cyclists.

Every member of the track team has now got a medal.

Well, joining me now is the former head of British Cycling,

Sir Dave Brailsford, thank you very much for coming in.

Laura Trott and Jason Kenny making history. What was your reaction?

They are both great characters and individually they both won their

medals. As boyfriend and girlfriend, it is incredible! Wives at the Team

GB is so good at cycling? We have great talent and great coaching. We

have great support behind the coaching and they also think we have

bullied. We believe we can win. That is a big difference to the past. --

and they also believe we can win. How can children get involved? Go to

local club first of all where they have the facilities and can help

people take the first steps into the sport. Also, other young people will

be the that you can enjoy with. It is important to have fun to start

with and progress after that. What you think makes an Olympic medal

winning cyclist? You've got to be hungry. Really, really wanted. It is

hard work. You have to sacrifice a lot. But make the sacrifices and, as

we can see, it is worth it. What is next for Team GB? I think they will

have a break after this improbable party, and then come back and start

to think about the next Olympic Games in Tokyo for years from now.
