First, police in New York City, in the US, are working to make

the city safe after 29 people were hurt in an explosion

in the Chelsea district of the city.

The mayor said that at this point it didn't look like it had anything

to do with terrorism.

Police are looking into what happened.

Moving on, to Rio where para-cyclist Sarah Storey has won her third Rio

gold, with victory in the women's C4-5 road race -

the 14th of her career!

She was one of six Britons to win on Day ten, as Paralympics

GB's gold medal tally increased to a whopping 64.

The team now has a total of 147 medals, the best ever

achieved since 1988.

Here's a look back at another successful day for Great Britain.

The final night of competition and a day which didn't disappoint for

Britain.

The pool, like the velodrome, is where Para GB seem

to dominate.

Ollie Hynd was the first to kick things off, winning the 200 metre

medley, his second in Rio and in world record time too.

Hannah Russell followed it up with her second gold as well.

But more was still to come.

In the 200 metre individual medley, Jessica

Jane Applegate managed silver with Bethany Firth in top spot.

A one two, gold and silver.

13-year-old Abby Kane, yes, 13, will return to

school next week, a Paralympic silver medallist, how about that?

15-year-old Ellie Robinson won the bronze in the pool as well, to add

to her collection of medals.

And the team dreams don't end there,

Jess Stretton was on target in the archery,

mixing sporting gold with her GCSE studies.

Britain bagged silver and bronze in the same event.

Meanwhile, on the track, Maria Lyle won bronze in the 200 metres.

A day after winning 400 metre gold, Paul

Blake took home a silver in the 800 metres.

Then just when you thought they couldn't get any better

for Paralympics GB, Dame Sarah Storey, Britain's most

decorated female Paralympian won her third

Rio gold with victory in the 75km road race.

Incredible!

Huge crowds have been gathering in Cardiff this weekend to celebrate

Roald Dahl's 100th birthday.

The famous children's writer, who was born in Cardiff,

was remembered in style.

The City hall was lit up like Willy Wonka's chocolate factory

and a giant peach floated through the city centre,

followed by the wedding of Miss Ladybird and Mr Fireman,

with guests dressed as characters from James and the Giant Peach.

The celebrations continue today.

Footy next, and Manchester City have made it five wins in five,

with a 4-0 victory over Bournemouth, putting Pep Guardiola's side top

of the Premier League.

Kevin De Broner put the blues ahead, with a low level free kick,

with three further goals, which brushed aside the Cherries

with ease, at the Etihad Stadium.

Elsewhere Arsenal beat a 10-man Hull side,

4-1, with two goals from Alexis Sanchez and this

from new signing Granit Xhaka to round things off.

Athlete, Kare Adenegan, has had a brilliant time in Rio,

winning bronze in the T34 400 metres, another bronze in T34 800

metres and silver in the T34 100m.

And she is only 15 years-old.

Incredible!

Martin went to meet her.

So I watched London 2012, and I saw athletes like David Weir and Hannah

Cockroft racing and at the time, I didn't realise people with

disabilities could do athletics.

No, I enjoyed watching it but I just have absolutely no idea so after

watching that, I realise there was a racing group like five

minutes away from where I lived so it seemed

so meant to be and it was

crazy, like my first season, I was racing against Hannah Cockroft

already and it was just an amazing year.

How have you found it all for your first Paralympics?

It spends so much fun.

-- it's been.

The apartments are amazing.

There's nice areas to chill out with people and you get to bump

into like so many famous Paralympians in the lift

then things and it's a really special atmosphere,

almost like being at a family and you come

back to the apartment with your medal, everyone is always like

congratulations and things.

It just feels like home.

My friends have been so amazing.

They are so supportive.

Before and after every race, they say good luck

or congratulations, lots of Snapchat and things like

that and it has been really good.

I will be going back into year 11 so I'll

have my mock GCSEs to do and my

school have been so supportive and I can't wait to come back to them all

and show them my medal.

What advice would you give anyone who has

watched these games, what do they have to do to become

a Paralympic medallist?

I think just to try your best and take every single

opportunity you can.

So if you like any these sports and think, wow, I

really want to do it, go out there, try buying clubs, just all and try

to get as much experience as you can.

Most importantly, give it your

best because that is what I did in all my races, I gave

it my all and I absolutely surprised myself so you

just never know what you can achieve when you just try your hardest.

Nice one, what a superstar.

Next to the man who travelled 6,000 miles from India

to the UK in a tuk-tuk van, powered only by the sun.

Engineer Naveen Rabelli took seven months to do the trip,

using solar power, and taking the time to see the sights

of London when he arrived, even going past Buckingham Palace.
