this rocket blasts off Thousands of people came out

to cheer the stars of Team GB and Paralympics GB in Manchester

yesterday for the official homecoming parade of Rio 2016,

ahead of a second event It's all to celebrate

an incredible Games, where our Olympians won 67 medals,

and our Paralympians got 147! Jenny was at the party last

night and sent us this. A few words used to describe

the performance of Thousands of people have lined

the streets of Manchester to catch that glimpse

of their sporting heroes. I'm looking forward to seeing

Mo Farah, because I want It's inspired me to play

hockey in bit more, I really liked watching

the swimming, I thought It's actually fantastic

to see them in Manchester. It wasn't long before the sporting

superstars were on their way through And they weren't going to let

a little rain get in their way. A bit cold, but no,

it was great to see, in the weather it is today,

to see so many fans turn out. It's been pouring down with rain,

but they're still here and they still want to support us,

so thank you! So many people came

out and were cheering. And were standing in

the pouring rain. I should be used to water, but not

when I've done my hair and stuff. I think that made it more fun,

to be honest, we've been dancing on the bus and having

a right laugh, really. When we were listening to the music,

the medals rattled, I can't believe the amount of people

who turned out today. You just want to go around and go

again, because you couldn't catch everybody's eye,

you couldn't wave at everybody. I never thought I'd be

going through Manchester city centre on a bus full of Olympic

and Paralympic GB We don't get to see each other

outside ofan Olympic games, so parades like this

when we all come together, it's just one huge party,

and I love every second of it. It is the icing on the cake,

the sprinkles on top, almost. The hard work really comes

with when we're away from the limelight,

away from the spotlight, but it's so worth it

when you get days like today. I never would have believed

when I was a little boy I would be here with parades in front

of hundreds of thousands of people. So if you're into sport, keep going,

it's definitely worth it. Well, among the stars at the party

was Jessica Ennis-Hill. The heptathlete has been talking

about her decision to retire, There's good news for Jess fans -

it sounds like it's not the last I think I always want to stay

involved with sport in some way, I could never walk away

from athletics and sport, because I love it so much,

it's been a huge part of my life. I want to do something

I'm passionate about, and I'm passionate about getting

people active and getting people running and living

a healthy lifestyle, So that's something I hope

to do in the future, yes. Liverpool against Manchester United

is arguably one of the most exciting games in football, but last night's

game wasn't that great. Both teams had very few chances

and it finished 0-0. Zlatan Ibrahimovic had

the best chance to score for Manchester United

with this header. At the other end, Liverpool tested

Man United's goalkeeper David de Gea, who had to make two

excellent saves in the match. However Liverpool manager

Jurgen Klopp admitted it Football is a result game,

so we need results. 0-0, a draw against

Man United, I think... Nobody will show this

game in historical... In 20 years, when you watch some

films, this game will An unmanned rocket has blasted off

to the International Space Station It's carrying a capsule loaded

with thousands of pounds of food, supplies, equipment and science
