I think that made it more fun, to be honest, we've been dancing

on the bus and having a right laugh, really.

When we were listening to the music, the medals rattled,

I can't believe the amount of people who turned out today.

You just want to go around and go again, because you couldn't

catch everybody's eye, you couldn't wave at everybody.

I never thought I'd be going through Manchester city centre

on a bus full of Olympic and Paralympic GB

We don't get to see each other outside of an Olympic games,

so parades like this when we all come together,

it's just one huge party, and I love every second of it.

It is the icing on the cake, the sprinkles on top, almost.

The hard work really comes with when we're away

from the limelight, away from the spotlight,

but it's so worth it when you get days like today.

I never would have believed when I was a little boy I would be

here with parades in front of hundreds of thousands of people.

So if you're into sport, keep going, it's definitely worth it.

that feel sad, you can be the best you can be,

you can be anything you want to be. Just work hard to be

the leader you can be. Do not ever, never be another

person, be yourself. If you have something, never,

never leave things on your chest. Tell it to a person that
