A final goodbye for Major Tim Peake as he waves farewell to the ISS,	:00:24.	:00:26.
Along with two crewmates, he boarded the Soyuz space capsule	:00:27.	:00:33.
which would transport him back to planet Earth.	:00:34.	:00:35.
The capsule travelled up to four times the speed of sound	:00:36.	:00:51.
As the spacecraft neared the Earth, these helicopter pictures	:00:52.	:00:54.
Although it was slowed by a parachute and reverse boosters	:00:55.	:00:57.
to cushion its landing, a bumpy finish was guaranteed.	:00:58.	:01:00.
Landing safely in the open space of Kazakhstan in Asia.	:01:01.	:01:03.
After six months of weightlessness, the feeling of gravity	:01:04.	:01:06.
So a special team was on hand to help Tim out of the capsule.	:01:07.	:01:10.
It's great to be back. It has been a fantastic journey.	:01:11.	:01:15.
Next, a bit of cooling down after the sweltering heat	:01:16.	:01:19.
of the journey and a phone call home to say he had got back safely.	:01:20.	:01:23.
It may take a few days before I feel warm again.	:01:24.	:01:34.
I'm feeling a lot of dizziness and vertigo at the moment.	:01:35.	:01:38.
Which is to be expected, that is normal after	:01:39.	:01:42.
And those first few moments on the steppes of Kazakhstan,	:01:43.	:01:45.
the smell and the breeze really hit me very hard and it was great	:01:46.	:01:49.
to be back on Earth, it really was.	:01:50.	:01:52.
This dude's name is Harrison and he's just collected a medal	:01:53.	:01:55.
for completing a really, really tough challenge	:01:56.	:01:56.
Harrison was born with a rare disability which	:01:57.	:02:00.
So, along with his amazing dad Alex, he decided to do something	:02:01.	:02:04.
special to try and help other people living with the condition.	:02:05.	:02:08.
The boys started their challenge with a 2.4 mile swim	:02:09.	:02:11.
Next Harrison hopped into a trailer and Superdad cycled 112 miles.	:02:12.	:02:20.
And to finish things off, they added a front wheel	:02:21.	:02:23.
to the trailer and Alex pushed Harrison in it	:02:24.	:02:26.
for a full marathon distance of 26 miles.	:02:27.	:02:29.
So how do they feel about what they did?	:02:30.	:02:35.
It was a tough day! But it was 15 and a half hours that you don't get	:02:36.	:02:44.
every day of the week, so I loved it. Absolutely loved it. And made me	:02:45.	:02:50.
really proud to give Harrison that experience and to get an Ironman	:02:51.	:02:56.
medal, which not many people get. So we give the money to scientists so	:02:57.	:03:01.
they can... Find a treatment. To find the right treatment. How do you	:03:02.	:03:08.
feel about what you are doing? I feel amazed. Dublin are doing all	:03:09.	:03:14.
this to help me and other people. -- that we are doing.	:03:15.	:03:19.
