Good morning, Ricky here with your Bank Holiday headlines. Coming up on

Newsround: Astronauts at the International Space Sataion get a

special Easter Treat. I'm with Diversity to find out why

ballet is important for boys. This is Newsround!

But first, more than 100,000 homes in the South of England have been

protected from future flooding. The Environment Agency who look after

flooding and pollution in England say they have repaired 350 flood

defences after those winter floods battered parts of the country. In

some areas sea defences were completely washed away. There's

still a lot of work to be done, more than 650 defences are still in need

of repair. Next, the Queen celebrates her 88th

birthday today and the occasion's being marked with a new portrait.

British photographer David Bailey. The Queen has two birthdays. Her

actual one today, and her official one in June. The Palace says the

Queen will be spending her birthday at Windsor Castle.

Next, you might think street dance and ballet are as different as night

and day but they actually have more in common than you might think.

Former Britain's Got Talent winners Diversity are backing efforts to get

more boys into ballet and there's a very good reason why... Jenny put on

her pumps to join them and find out. You will probably recognise these

guys from Britain's Got Talent and films. Diversity are known for their

energetic routines and their crazy flips and spins but you are probably

wondering what they have in common with ballet. Ballet is extremely

important, depending on what kind of dancer you want to be. If you want

to go into the dance industry or musical theatre and you want to jazz

and contemporary, you have to have a ballet background. It is imperative

because it is the foundation of all of those styles. Being a ballet

dancer has loads of positives that we can apply, for example

flexibility, mobility, discipline... In terms of the

physicality gives you it is one of the most amazing things you can

pursue. This dance group have made ballet a compulsory part of all of

their classes. Ballet is really good because it helps me with my street

dance that I do, especially in street because you get stronger and

when you are doing pop and rock you are neat and tidy towns stuff. When

I started I didn't really want to do it but now it is making my street

dance stronger and if you do ballet you find it more easy because you

are flexible. I thought no one would ever catch me in a leotard and teach

me that but since I have been doing yet it has made me feel stronger and

made me realise how important it is to do ballet. They are sold, but

convincing more boys that ballet is for them may take a little while.

These guys are the minority. Of the 11,000 kids that took GCSE dance

last year only around 700 were boys. With classes like this all of

that could be about to change. Thank you. There is loads more about

hand on the Premier League trophy after beating Norwich 3-2, extending

their lead at the top of the table to five points. Elsewhere the battle

for Champions League places continues. Arsenal beat Hull 3-0 and

David Moyes returned to Everton as his Man Untied team lost 2-0. Moyes

insists his team will be in better shape next season. We are under way

with what we are doing and we will try and make sure we get the right

things in place for the start of the next season and give ourselves a

better chance of competing at the top end of the league. These games

important as part of that process and getting into Europe? If you play

for Manchester United every game is important. Every team we play is a

tough game and we will do everything we can to win the remaining games.

The crew of the International Space Station took delivery of a special

Easter treat last night. A cargo ship full of supplies docked with

the Space Station on Sunday. The unmanned rocket which blasted off

from Florida over the week contained two tonnes of food, equipment and

science experiments. Astronauts used a robot arm to capture the capsule

260 miles above Egypt. That's all from me, Newsround's back
