Good afternoon, I'm Jenny, live with a Newsround of Queens

and Kings this Thursday.

Coming up: Queen Elizabeth meets the Bake Off queen Nadiya.

And kids in Leicester tell us why the Foxes can become kings

of the Premier League.

But first it is a very happy birthday to this lady,

the Queen, who turns 90 today.

Celebrations have been taking place around the country

and at Windsor Castle.

Thousands of people turned up to see the Queen on the streets of Windsor.

A really special time to celebrate her 90th birthday.

Very special!

BAND PLAYS HAPPY BIRTHDAY

The band played Happy Birthday as she arrived to meet the crowds.

They brought flowers and cards.

The Queen's husband, the Duke of Edinburgh,

was on hand to help collect them.

But you can't have a birthday without a cake.

And who better to bake one

And who better to bake one for her than Bake Off

Queen Nadiya Hussain?

This has to be one of my proudest moments.

It was over really quickly, though.

So I'm reliving it again now in my head.

Thinking, that actually happened!

She asked what's inside.

I was like orange drizzle.

Does it cut?

I guess she had a fear that it wouldn't cut.

But luckily for Nadiya, it did cut.

There have been gun salutes in cities across the country.

And this special photo has been released, showing the Queen

with her five great-grandchildren and two of her grandchildren.

As well as this one of Her Majesty with her dogs.

Tonight the Queen will light the first of around 1,000 beacons

dotted around the world, before enjoying a private

family dinner at Windsor Castle.

Well, a lot has happened since the Queen was born in 1926.

We challenged Ayshah to take us through the big events of the past

90 years in 90 seconds.

Clothes looked like this, people danced like this,

and the Queen was born.

1930s, the Queen's father became king when his older

brother stepped down.

It was also when we got neon lights.

1940s, people thought the Queen would be sent away during the war,

but she stayed here.

In 1947, she married Prince Philip.

1950s, Elizabeth goes from Princess to Queen with the

coronation in 1953.

A guy called Elvis was also rocking up the pop chart.

1960s, the Queen has a growing family.

Charles, Anne and Andrew, then Edward.

England win the World Cup.

1970s, the Queen celebrates her Silver Jubilee.

1980s, big hair, dodgy clothes and bad music.

Princes William and Harry are also '80s babies.

1990s, Windsor Castle went up in flames and Diana,

Princess of Wales, William and Harry's mum, was tragically

killed in a car crash in Paris.

A new millennium, 2002 was the Queen's Golden Jubillee.

Barack Obama became President of America and David Cameron

the UK's Prime Minister.

To the decade you all know so well, a big royal wedding

for Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge and London

hosted the 2012 Olympics.

That is the Queen's 90 years in 90 seconds,

so all that is left to say is happy birthday to you, Ma'am.

Next, can Leicester become kings of the Premier League?

The Foxes have just four games left to play and could be guaranteed

the title in their next two matches.

That is getting these kids in Leicester super excited.

Now Leicester have really gone up.

One season they were bottom of the Premier League and second

season they were right at the top.

I feel really excited.

They are my favourite team.

My favourite player is Vardy because he's like the top scorer.

Schmeichel is the best player because he is a good goalie.

If they hadn't had Kasper Schmeichel in the team, they could

have lost more games.

If Leicester City won, I would decorate my whole room.

I would celebrate by doing a Vardyquake

and chanting their name.

I would pick up all my crackers and give them to all the people

that don't have them.

I would paint on my wall a big Leicester City football club sign.

They try very hard and they work as a team.

Leicester, Leicester!
