Hi, I'm Ricky with a packed show for you this Wednesday morning.

The new French trains that are too big.

And we've got gold medal winning gymnasts

Becky and Ellie Downie live in the studio.

First we're talking about surfing and a world first, it's an

artificial surfing lake that makes waves at the touch of a button.

And it's due to open in Wales next year.

The hope is that by making reliable waves, the same size

for each surfer, the sport could one day become an Olympic event.

BBC reporter Claire Marshall had exclusive access to

the new technology being developed in a top secret location in Spain.

Riding the energy of the ocean takes exceptional skill. Every server has

two learn somewhere. Could it be here? And industrial wasteland in

the Welsh mountains. Work has just started on an inland surface lake.

It could be the first of its type in the world. They are using

revolutionary technology. Just outside Bill bowl, professional

surfers are having a go. It is unique. The wave is pushed up and

out. We are able to create perfect waves every time. This could even

make surfing an Olympic sport. You are watching the coach of the

British team. To be able to come and surf the wave every minute, it will

be huge benefit, not just to UK service but to anybody who wants to

improve surfing. I have never tried anything like this. Will have a go!

It is really fun, really difficult but really fun. I will be back.

at the European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships

Becky stole the show by winning gold in the women's uneven bars over

the weekend and her 15-year old sister also won gold on the vault.

They'll be joining me in a second, first let?s see them in action.

This is tricky. She goes the right way. Absolutely fabulous work!

Girls, thank you for joining us this morning. What an incredible week.

Talk us through what it has been like? It has been a bit crazy. We

went to Bulgaria hoping for a team medal. In terms of individual

medals, it is mad how many we have brought back. You have got a gold

medal. You must be over the moon. I have been watching the clip over and

over again. Talk us through the feeling when you got the gold medal

around your neck? It still does not feel real. I am really happy. My

hard work has paid off. Every final I missed, it was like I had not got

there yet. I cannot believe it has come off. Ellie, you must be chuffed

because you have got a gold, silver and a bronze! That is incredible!

How are you feeling? It has not sunk in really. We were hoping for a team

medal. I was expecting a vault medal because that is my strongest piece

but I did not expect an all-around one. Why are we doing so well at

gymnastics at the moment? We have had a lot of support from our

coaches and after London 2012 we had more support and funding. Can you

hold up your medals? We want to have a look. Thank you for coming in.
