Keep watching - we've got plenty Coming your way.

:00:00.:00:14.

And flying high - we meet Sacha the human Swan.

:00:15.:00:31.

But first, a year ago, we told you about the difficult

:00:32.:00:33.

journey Nujeen was making, fleeing war in her home country

:00:34.:00:35.

of Syria, and travelling to Germany to find safety.

:00:36.:00:38.

It was a journey made extra tricky because

:00:39.:00:40.

Now, a year on, Nujeen's been talking about her new life

:00:41.:00:43.

16 years old and travelling from Syria, through Europe and

:00:44.:00:53.

She made the journey with her big sister but had

:00:54.:01:01.

It was a difficult journey and involved

:01:02.:01:04.

travelling by boat, waiting at borders of countries to find out

:01:05.:01:07.

whether or not she'd be allowed to continue her journey to

:01:08.:01:09.

Eventually, she reached Germany where her

:01:10.:01:14.

brother was already living and has built a new life.

:01:15.:01:17.

So how does Nujeen describe herself now?

:01:18.:01:20.

The new Nujeen is just like any other person.

:01:21.:01:27.

She's in safety now but thinks about the

:01:28.:01:42.

fighting that's still going on in Syria, comparing the country

:01:43.:01:45.

to a sick person who she hopes will get better one day.

:01:46.:01:49.

But don't worry, you just is really, really sick.

:01:50.:02:00.

But I'm sure you're going to get better, and when you

:02:01.:02:02.

And when the fighting in Syria does stop, Nujeen hopes to return.

:02:03.:02:11.

And if you want to find out more about what's happening in Syria,

:02:12.:02:14.

head over to the Newsround website for our guide.

:02:15.:02:16.

Onto football and Manchester United will play neighbours Man City

:02:17.:02:19.

United beat League One Northampton last night

:02:20.:02:23.

with goals from Micheal Carrick, Ander Herrera and Marcus Rashford.

:02:24.:02:32.

It'll be the second Manchester derby of the season.

:02:33.:02:36.

Dame Sarah Storey is quite simply Britain's greatest

:02:37.:02:38.

Over an incredible seven games, she's won 14 golds

:02:39.:02:42.

in swimming and cycling - including three at this

:02:43.:02:44.

She popped into Newsround HQ to answer some of your questions.

:02:45.:02:51.

How did you feel when you won your medals?

:02:52.:02:53.

That first gold medal that went around my

:02:54.:02:59.

neck at the velodrome, I couldn't believe how heavy it was.

:03:00.:03:01.

It really got to me and sort of choked me up a little

:03:02.:03:05.

bit and people noticed, and they were like, were

:03:06.:03:07.

It was an incredibly emotional time getting the medals.

:03:08.:03:10.

How do you beat your nerves before a race?

:03:11.:03:12.

The nervous energy is really good, provided you don't get too nervous.

:03:13.:03:16.

If you get too nervous, then you can't perform properly

:03:17.:03:20.

For me, I try to focus on the job in hand, going

:03:21.:03:27.

through the processes I've practised in training.

:03:28.:03:33.

Thinking about the thing I'm about to do and not

:03:34.:03:35.

getting distracted by anything else that's on the outside of that.

:03:36.:03:38.

I got into cycling because I went over to the

:03:39.:03:46.

Manchester Velodrome, to a public taster session.

:03:47.:03:49.

You can do that at any velodrome around the country,

:03:50.:03:53.

in Newport, Derby, Glasgow, here in Manchester

:03:54.:03:54.

and you learn to ride the track to start with.

:03:55.:04:00.

Then I got into road cycling and road cycling really

:04:01.:04:03.

caught my heart, so that's probably where I spend most of my time now.

:04:04.:04:07.

What advice would you give to your younger self

:04:08.:04:09.

It teaches you about discipline, about

:04:10.:04:18.

About meeting deadlines, because races won't change

:04:19.:04:23.

But the biggest piece of advice would be go

:04:24.:04:30.

In terms of where I keep all my medals, I can't tell

:04:31.:04:40.

According to weather experts today is the Autumn equinox.

:04:41.:04:47.

This means today the hours of day and night are equal.

:04:48.:04:50.

It's all to do with how the earth tilts towards the sun.

:04:51.:04:53.

The Northern Hemisphere's summer means we are tilted towards the sun,

:04:54.:05:07.

and in winter we are tilted away from it. During Equinox, we are

:05:08.:05:13.

neither cheated -- tilted towards or away from the sun. Theoretically, we

:05:14.:05:21.

have equal day and night, hence the name Equinox. The automatic when

:05:22.:05:26.

Knox happens on September the 22nd, 23rd 24th every year, so it is a

:05:27.:05:33.

movable feast. This year, it happens September the 22nd, the day when day

:05:34.:05:37.

and night will be of equal length all over the world.

:05:38.:05:40.

And finally, have you ever wanted to fly?

:05:41.:05:42.

Well, one animal expert is doing just that by flying next to swans

:05:43.:05:45.

For the next ten weeks, Sacha will fly the route thousands

:05:46.:05:49.

It's all to discover why their numbers are falling.

:05:50.:05:52.

She's setting off from Russia and will

:05:53.:05:54.

end up in the South West of England.

:05:55.:05:56.

That's all from me, Newsround's back at 4.20 with Martin.

:05:57.:05:59.
