Ayshah went to meet a 14-year-old who was hit by a bus.

He hurt his head in the accident and that's affected how his brain works.

I had a road accident it changed my life ever. I got off the school

bus, I followed kids crossing the road. The bus that was fined us were

striving on the wrong side of the road and hit me. I don't remember

anything else past that. He was in hospital for about one month. He had

to relearn everything. To walk, talk, it was like starting from

scratch. How long did it take to recover? It took a long time. I

missed all of you seven. They had to ease me in one day a week. We would

keep having to progress slowly like that. So it's it queue every year?

What do you struggle with? I struggle with a lot of things. After

my brain injury, my personality -- personality changed Matt Oakley,

self-control, exhaustion, concentration and distraction and

social interaction like making and keeping friends. So, you have to

keep a folder like this? How does it help? If I'm struggling to explain

my brain injury to someone, I get this folder out of my bag and I give

them this information sheet. If you read it, you will be inexpert! --

and expert. If you could give a message to kids about road safety,

what would it be? Always easy traffic lights. It will keep you

safe. What should we do to keep kids safe? In America, there is a law

that means you can't overtake school buses.
