And the deer that was born the size of a hamster!

First to some breaking news that will please football fans in

England. Wembley Stadium is in with a 50/50 chance of hosting the final

of the 2020 European Championships. UEFA have just announced that the

semi finals and final will be held at either Wembley or Bayern Munich's

Allianz Arena. Stadiums in Wales, Scotland and Ireland are still in

the running to host other games during the competition.

For 20 years he's dazzled the Old Trafford crowd with his crazy runs

and silky skills, but today Ryan Giggs will take charge of his first

Manchester United game, as manager. The Welsh winger took over the reins

after David Moyes was sacked last week, but has he got what it takes

to be boss? Ryan Giggs, one of the most

celebrated players in football history. He made his professional

debutant Manchester United in 1991 and since then he has racked up more

than 1000 appearances at club record. He is the only player to

have played and scored in every three and of the Premier League and

has helped Manchester United when a team league titles and two champions

Leagues. He has played for Wales at international level and captained

Team GB at the London Olympics. Why was he chosen as temporary manager?

He knows the club extremely well. He has worked under the previous

manager and won a lot of titles that he knows the players and how the

club operates. All of those things are going to work in his favour with

regards to trying to steady the ship at Manchester United following the

sacking of David Moyes. Yesterday he took part in his first press

conference and said he was proud to be given the opportunity to coach

Manchester United, is there a chance of him staying long-term? I think we

will see Ryan Giggs taking on the role in the short term. While he has

a lot of experience on the pitch as a player he does not have a lot of

experience working as a manager so you would think longer term they

will bring another manager in, but he will expect to see Ryan index

working alongside the new person, perhaps in a coaching role or assist

the manager. If he does not deliver results, the pressure will come on

been severe flash flooding in the north and west of the country. At

least 80 people have died and hundreds more left stranded after

three days of heavy rain. Thousands of homes have been destroyed and

rescue helicopters are being sent out to help people trapped on the

roofs of their homes. Next, there are thousands of bands

trying to make it big, both here in the UK, and in America. Often new

acts need something to make themselves stand out. Well, how

about a band that can fly? I've been checking out a new and rather

unusual group, with their sights set on smashing the charts.

They make look a bit different to One Direction, but you can't deny

this band can certainly play. This new flying drone pop band has been

formed by robotics experts in America, who have been working on

the idea for years. They use computers to control the drones

which tell them what to do. We are sending commands to the vehicles

that 100 times per second so that every hundred of a second it is

getting a new command so the timing is very precise. They've even

designed new ways to play instruments like this single string

guitar. The drones will play for the first time in front of a live

audience this weekend in Washington DC. We clicked a button to tell the

vehicles to start the shore and that of it. So if the gigs go well, who

knows? We may well see these robotic rock stars motoring their way up the

charts. Next to a band you probably know a

bit more about! Harry, Zayn, Louie, Niall and Liam kicked off their

world tour in Colombia yesterday. But it seems they had a little

trouble getting to sleep the night before their big gig, because of

noisy fans outside their hotel. After some tossing and turning Niall

tweeted to ask Directioners to keep down the noise, which they

eventually did. Well, at least they weren't "up all night". Get it?

Next, it was the last letter to be written on the famous Titanic ship

before it sank, and it goes under the hammer at auction later today.

It's thought the letter could sell for over ?100,000. It was written by

survivors Esther Hart and her daughter Eva just before the ship

hit an iceberg and sank back in 1912. Titanic memorabilia is big

business. A menu from the day of the disaster was sold for ?76,000, while

a violin played as the ship sank went for ?900,000.

Next, he may only be the size of a hamster and weigh no more than four

bags of crisps, but this tiny guy is in fact a deer. Baby java mouse-deer

are one of the smallest hoofed animals in the world and they're

very rare. He was born in a zoo in Spain where a programme is being run

to breed rare species. Mouse deer grow up to be no bigger than

rabbits, but despite their size they're known to be very
