Hi, I'm Hayley with your Newsround update this Tuesday morning.

First, we're heading to the United States where everyone

is talking about who might be the next leader of the country.

Americans will vote for their new President in November,

but there's one person who is making all the headlines at the moment -

Here is an old trunk? One of America's most famous businessmen

and he's trying to become the next US President. You are fired. Go...

Up until now, he was mostly known as being a reality TV star. If you want

to family... Go right ahead. You are fired. But now he has a serious

chance of being the President and that is attracting huge attention

from around the world, because of the things he says, which are

controversial. He has been tough on immigration and wants to build a

wall between America and Mexico to stop illegal immigrants from getting

in. I would build a great war and nobody bowls worth that than me. He

has also called for a ban on Muslims coming into the US. His message to

make America great has gone down well with lots of voters who think

he is a strong leader. But the people are worried, saying he is

racist and dangerous. Now there has been violence at some of his big

events with clashes breaking out between protesters and supporters.

Donald Trump's opponents say he says things to encourage violence, he

says he has not. A lot of people are worried that this year's collection

will divide the country. You can find more on the US

the American elections work and get to know more about everyone

still in the race to become Experts are keeping a very close eye

on puffins this year. They are now considered

a threatened species, which means that numbers

are getting dangerously low. A big count is under way to try work

out how many are left. It's hoped that by keeping

an eye on the birds, experts can work out

how to help them. Out of all these birds, it's

probably the most threatened of the species here at these cliffs and for

us to understand how many there are as critical. We know we have over

1000 pairs of breeding puffins and that's fantastic. But we have got to

try and safeguard them for the future.

Next, you might not be a fan of creepy crawlies but insects

are essential to the planet's survival.

Numbers are decreasing but now there is a new project that's hoping

Insects like these aren't just nice to look at. They also do a very

special job of pollination. Busy insects are attracted to flowers

which contain delicious nectar like to eat. Pollen rubs off on to them

and they carry it from plant to plant. Copying them to reproduce and

recreate seed. But the numbers of these pollinating insects have been

decreasing. The big threat to the pollinating insects is the loss of

habitat, the loss of homes for nature. That has been because of

changes in farming which has more chemicals and less space for

wildlife to flourish because they need to create more crops on the

same amount of ground. Without insects like Bees and butterflies a

lot of the plants would no longer exist and this could have a big

impact on the environment, animals and even is. Now a special scheme

has been set up to teach us how to look after these important

creatures. The pollination project wants you to learn more about

pollinating insects, planting more seats to create more flowers for

them and also keep a log of all the insects you see in your school and

local areas. If there weren't pollinators like Bees, butterflies

and beetles then there wouldn't be any flowers because they take Colin

to the next flour to make more flowers. When I found out how

important pollen was it was a big shock to me because it makes the

world as pretty as it is now and it produces food for us. If we don't

think about it, we will struggle to improve our environment. So far, 260

schools across the UK have signed up and it's hoped that with their help,

insect numbers will increase. Tennis now and Andy Murray

crashed out of the third round of the Miami Open last night

at the hands of Grigor Dimitrov. World number two Murray has won

in Miami twice previously but lost out to his Bulgarian opponent

who is seeded 26th in the world. Dimitrov won on his first match

point, in two hours 25 minutes. Finally, two police officers

in London have helped with a very Baby Alex arrived on Easter Monday

after his Mum went in to labour The police, who were out on patrol,

were asked to help and the healthy baby-boy ended up
