-There are more Fair Trade items

-available these days.

-Fairtrade products encompass

-all sorts of things.

-There's bowls from Kenya.

-The ladies who make the bowls

-earn enough in a month...

-..to send a child to school

-for a year.

-There's also items from Niger.

-The makers earn a lot of money

-from the purses.

-There's coffee from Uganda.

-Mind Wales has a scheme in Uganda...

-..to plant trees in the country.

-Something which is so small to us,

-can make an incredible difference.

-It's incredible the difference

-that people can make.

-There's bananas and tea and coffee.

-Do Fair Trade items cost that

-The Fairtrade items can be cheaper.

-The virus is affecting

-a lot of people at the moment.

-Yes, that's right.

-You can get norovirus at any time

-of the year.

-It's worse in the winter.

-It was discovered in the 1970s.

-It comes on very quickly.

-You can catch it very quickly.

-This isn't just simply

-throwing up...

-..but violent vomiting.

-It comes from water.

-You can catch it from sea water...

-..or unwashed fruit.

-It's important to stay away

-from others...

-..if you have this virus.

-You should have your own towel.

-It's important to ensure you clean

-areas that you have touched.

-Don't go to the surgery.

-You will infect

-everyone in the surgery.

-Why does it worsen in winter?

-It is more serious

-over the winter...

-..because more and more people

-stay indoors.

-It spreads very quickly.

-What can we do?

-The worst thing to do

-is to take Imodium...

-..or anything that will stop the

-body from expelling the virus.

-Sip water

-after you've been vomiting.

-You should not

-gulp down the water...

-..or you will throw it back up!

-Never prepare food for anyone...

-after you've got over this virus.

-The virus stays in the air

-You should never clean up an area

-after vomiting with a hoover!

-It will send the virus into the air!
