CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Good evening and welcome to Strictly Come

Dancing: The Results. Thank you. What a brilliant opening from our

professional dancers. On Saturday night our remaining couples took to

the floor. We saw some fantastic dances and at one point seven of

them at the same time, as we enjoyed some quickstep-a-thon. One couple

must take their final curtain call tonight. The judges scores and your

votes have been combined. The decision of who will dance another

day is down to our fabulous four. It is time to welcome the judges.

Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli. Craig Revel Horwood and Darcey Bussell.

APPLAUSE Thank you very much, judges. Gorgeous, Darcey. Smoking!

We have music from Adam Lambert plus Il Divo will be performing. Yes!

I will be discussing Saturday's double dance action with the judges

in Len's Lens. Let's remind ourselves of the drama from Saturday

night. APPLAUSE

It is week ten and they have two dances to accomplish. Who will

conquer and who will fall? This week has been quite hard learning two

dances. The quickstep-a-thon is not merely for show, it means whether or

not you are going to be here next week. Who knows what is going to

happen on the night. It has been extra busy. Everyone is practising

in every spare second. It is the quarterfinals, and everyone would

love to be there, and it is getting a little bit tense. It is all about

tonight and doing this dance now. 30 seconds to show time. I tell you

what ladies and gentlemen, it is going to be a bumpy ride!

APPLAUSE You are bionic, flying about. You

rock, kid! You are such a treasure to watch.

The little pocket rockets. What a dynamic routine. Fantastic. It was a

little bit too aggressive for me, but a lovely performance. They were

like two courting s fire flies. You come out of your special lift a

little bit wobbly, but other than that, I saw nothing, but fabulous.

Nine. Lacked a little swing, lacked a little sway. I thought he were

holding back. Everything has to flow. I wasn't really transported to

the quayside. You wobbled out of that spin. You lost your balance and

you're picking your feet up too much. Apart from that darling, it

was wonderful. Drop dead gorgeous!

Nine. It was a little bit spiky for my liking. You did a difficulty and

you're not supposed to. What is all that through the legs business? For

me it was a polished. It is not my cup of tea. That was a mango of a

tango! Delicious! So strong. So compelling. So focussed. You are

just working as one. That was my favourite dance. That's the thing.

Lovely movement across the floor. The story telling I have to say was

gorgeous. That close to perfection. This was a

match made in heaven. It looked weightless as if you were dancing on

a cloud. Ten! Please welcome all the couples to the floor for the

quickstep-a-thon. It is like a F1 Grand Prix to music. Whoever comes

first in the quickstep-a-thon will second an extra seven marks until

the bottom couple will receive just the one extra mark and those will be

added to their existing scores. There are so many things to be taken

into consideration. The variety of steps, if they keep the timing, if

he is smooth. They have done an amazing job the you consider when we

first saw them. APPLAUSE

Second is Georgia and Giovanni Pernice. Our winners are Helen and

Aljaz. It will be an incredible night.

Let's remind you of the leaderboard. At the top we have got Helen and

Aljaz and at the bottom is Peter and Janette. All of our couples want to

be in next week's quarterfinals, whose Strictly final could be

nearing an end? The results are in. In no particular order, the first

couple safely through to next week is... Georgia and Giovanni.

I'm so sorry. It is OK. I know you've been here once before and I

know how much you want to be in the quarterfinals next week. How are you

feeling? I'm feeling all right. I'm feeling all right. At this point in

the competition, everyone is so strong and you know, our place on

the leaderboard changed quite dramatically after the

quickstep-a-thon. I was sort of ready in my head. It is tough, isn't

it? It is so, so close. Let's get some advice from the judges. Len on

Saturday night you said that Kellie's lifts were a little bit

wobbly, so what do you suggest to improve them in the dance-off? One

of the lifts was a little bit wobble bleu foffly, I thought your salsa

was fantastic. Don't do anything different, just come out and do it

again because it was brilliant. APPLAUSE

so much quieter up here. You are through to next week's

quarterfinals. We are just working so hard. I just want to make people

proud and to get through to the quarterfinals is amazing. Oh really

ourselves and taken the pressure off and worked hard and enjoyed it as

well. The standard is just ridiculously high, you know, to be

into the quarterfinal, it is incredible. Well, congratulations to

It's the judges. This is when we expand on things you might have said

on Saturday night. Could we do it alone? No! Let's welcome Len's Lens.

I would like to talk to you this is how the professionals work. Yes,

lovely jubbly. Let me talk to you about Peter and Janette. They came

bottom on the quickstep-a-thon, why? The footwork was floppy and flappy.

Darcey, let's talk about Helen and Aljaz because you said almost

perfection. Here they are from Saturday night. Well, we have to

have the acting skills to pull it off. It is not just about the

technique and she brought everything to it, but things are never going to

be perfect. We have to keep trying and keep working on things.

They were absolutely gorgeous. Craig, the tango was wonderful,

Len's Lens was looking at his face. That is a great tango face. He has

come out of his shell and his acting skills have improved enormously

since he first started. I have been rabbiting on for weeks

about getting emotion in the dance routines and now he is committing to

it 100% and it is fantastic to see, it makes the dance fly. Anita and

Gleb, quite a few kerfuffles, one of you said it was smooth, one of you

said it was spiky. Why did you love it? I thought she was on it from the

beginning. Look at that. She moves excellently. Perfection. Just

flowing. Let's show another clip. Craig, you said it was spiky. I felt

the arms were not reaching the point of focus. She wasn't retracting, it

was like taking it out, Spike... The intention, I thought, Bruno, forgive

me... There was too much power behind each move. It was expressing

the music as well, though. I don't want another argument otherwise I

will openly weep! A lovely clip, we are ten weeks in, the couples are so

lose. Before the quickstep-a-thon, Jay and Aliona... A fist bump! Very

cute. Thank you very much, the judges! So far, two couples have

secured their place in the competition, but who will join them?

Tess. Thanks, Claudia. Four couples waiting, three will make it through

to next week but one will face Kellie and Kevin in the dance-off.

for Janette... Because she works, works, works. She has made me work.

But not as much as her, and she is patient and she is lovely. She is a

little peanut. And I love her. A brilliant partnership. Let's chat to

this lot, shall we? Bruno, you said Peter's dance was lacking a bit of

flow. He has a second chance to prove himself. Don't lose the

wonderful playful quality you have, it is your strong suit. Maintain it.

When you hold, don't tighten up. It is an American smooth, smooth is the

word. Everything has to flow continuously. Don't lose the frame.

You get over excited, everybody does, I do, I go like that... But

when you are dancing, you have to stop and keep in perfect alignment.

Combine the two and you will do it. Thank you very much. We wish you all

by three very relieved couples. Anita, no dance training whatsoever,

you are through to the quarterfinals of Strictly Come Dancing, can you

believe it? I can't, this is amazing. Every week, it's just this

process, slowly sinking in. Maybe something is happening. Loving every

minute of it. The quarterfinals! You have the foxtrot, notoriously

difficult. Are you worried? No. Not if you dance with me! Supremely

simple. You have never been in the dance-off. What would you like to

dolls will be putting on the top hats for the Musicals Special, it

promises to be a wicked show. You know what next week is? I do, it is

Musicals Special, we are dancing to musicals! No business like show

business, like no business I know! The costumes, the scenery, the

make-up, the props. Let's go on with the show! Let's go on with the

show... A little bit too excited for the

musicals. We are here with two couples

desperate to make it through to our Musicals Special. Kellie and Kevin,

Peter and Janette, unfortunately only one couple can survive. You had

so much fun on Saturday night, are you just going to do the same and

love performing? You know what? I am. It is week ten and I am proud to

be here. I have made it this far. I am going to go out and enjoy it like

Saturday. Kevin, you have such a close partnership. What advice do

you have for Kellie before the dance-off? The thing I love most

about Kellie, she will always be about having fun. She puts so much

into it, in the training room and on the dance floor. Just keep doing

that. Let's hear it for Kellie and Kevin.

How much do you want to be there? As much as everybody else, you know, it

has again what Kellie says, it has been such an experience and to get

to this point there is to shame whenever you're gone, but obviously

getting there is something we all stride for, of course. Sure. Janette

can you give Peter a boost before he goes out there on in the dance-off?

I have had a blast with you every single week that we've danced and we

had a blast on Saturday night dancing this dance on Saturday

night. We're going to have a blast again! We would love both couples to

be with us next week and with only one place available, there is only

one place available. Dancing next, it is Kellie and Kevin.

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Kellie and Kevin have done

all they can and now dancing to stay in the competition, it is Peter and

Janette. CHEERING AND

APPLAUSE Well done to you both. We will now

find out which couple we would like to dance again. Judges, you have

seen both couples perform again in the dance-off and based on that, it

is now time to decide. I am about to ask each of you the

name of the couple you think should be saved and why. In the event of a

tie, head judge Len Goodman, you will have the casting vote. Kellie

and Kevin and Peter and Janette there, is it. Craig, who are you

going to save and why? Well, it is really tough now. Both

couples improved Kellie for instance improved her fluidity and Peter did

it beautifully. The couple I would love to save is Kellie and Kevin.

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE. That's one vote for you. Darcey, who do you

think deserves to stay in the competition and why? It is

incredibly difficult now the competition, but the couple I would

like to save on technically more assured performance and confidence

is Kellie and Kevin. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

Kellie and Kevin, that's two votes for you, if Bruno chooses to save

you, that means we will see you in next week's quarterfinals. Who do

you want to save and why? They gave very powerful and entertaining

performance, but the one I thought had more contact and was technically

more accurate was Kellie and Kevin. That means we're going to have to

say goodbye to Peter and Janette. Come and join us.

you next week. Len, I know it makes no difference to the result, but did

Devastated Peter Andre is officially the nicest man on earth. Peter is

like sort of glue that would hold our group together. Always positive

and always encouraging. He is such a team player. He has been a wonderful

person to get to know. I love him dearly and I will miss him, but we

will be great friends forever. I can't believe we are in the

quarterfinals. I didn't realise it was the finals next week. I just

found out, it is amazing. We have got through. It is musicals week.

That's exciting. A double whammy of delight. We love a show song, don't
