coast to coast. The car is washed away by waters of mud.

The ticket troubles, the new warning about the traffic cameras catching

you speeding. Millions of dollars in fines.

And the Apple watch revealed. The ABC News exclusive. Behind the

scenes with Tim Cook tonight. We will ask, will credit cards one day

become extinct? Good evening and it is great to have

you with us on Tuesday night California for Apple's

groundbreaking event. Just kind me is where it all happened. The

building going up for the big reveal. We are here for an

exclusive. The only team invited backstage, right there with Tim Cook

as they revealed the new iPhones and the Apple watch. We tried it out and

we will show it to you. We now move on to the other big story. In the 6

million Americans in the path of severe storms this evening. `` 26

storms are already popping up. All under tornado watch until midnight.

That elevated risk will move to the south`east as we go into Wednesday.

And how about the flash floods? Those are stunning pictures. The

flash flood watch is still in place from parts of California to

Colorado. Fortunately, the West Coast is drying out.

health, tracking vital signs and even blood pressure and heart beat.

in the world when you turn it on in the morning. You can set it to do

that absolutely. There is something else it can do. Today, Apple

announced Apple Pay. You can show your iPhone or your smartwatch at

the checkout. No credit card needed. I think that we put a dagger in it.

You will basically carry your life around on your wrist. Payment

information, heart rate, pulse. How safe is it? It is incredibly safe.

We are establishing a new bar. When you see people get their voters

hacked... `` photos. It is very secure, the most secure thing out

there. And tonight, the first tweet from an Apple watch. Here is the

strategy for taking on the threat posed by ISIS. Officials say this

battle has entered a new phase because as of yesterday, a new Iraqi

government has been formed, opening up the door for more military

support for the Iraqis and more aggressive US airstrikes. They will

now no longer be defending attacks against ISIS but proactively

destroying the group. The president is expected to talk about training

rivers in Syria but he is not yet likely to talk about airstrikes in

Syria. `` training rivers. Tonight, new evidence that Americans are

being groomed online, some of them young women, wanting to go overseas

to marry terrorists. ISIS and other terror groups in Syria have launched

a new recruitment campaign, targeting young American women using

social media and online videos like this. The advice of the sisters is

important. Come here. Would you prefer to live in the West? Dozens

of young American women have tried to join Islamic radicals in Syria.

Prosecutors say this 19`year`old nurses aide living in suburban

Denver was one of them. She met a 32`year`old New Zealand man who told

her that she was with `` he was with ISIS in Syria. `` 32`year`old man

from Tunisia. She had recently converted to Islam. They started

talking on Skype and planned to marry. They could become suicide

bombers. The FBI said that she started training in tactics and

weapons. The FBI confronted her. She was blunt, telling them... But

despite repeated warnings on the FBI not to travel to Syria, authorities

say she was held on `` hellbent on going to marry de`ices fighter. She

was arrested at the airport. `` Mary the ISIS fighter. She allegedly told

the FBI that her plan was to be an ISIS camp nurse but that she would

fight if cooled upon. There is still much more ahead `` if

called upon. There is much more ahead, including the question: Are

you getting a ticket for other people's cars? And what this little

says you have blown a red light or the speed limit. More than 500

communities used cameras to police their roads, meaning millions in

fines for city coffers. In Washington, DC, money from camera

tickets jumped 50% in the past few years. The concern is some cities

are using this generate money rather than to improve safety. Tonight,

confirmation of what many drivers suspect. They are getting tickets,

even if the photo does not match the registration of the car. And

sometimes if it is impossible to tell which photo `` car is speeding.

If the camera takes a picture, which of us is speeding? The card next to

me on the? One Merriman driver was so angry that he videotaped his

speed, showing he was ten mph under the limit. But he got a ticket for

going ten mph over the limit. In Baltimore, a ticket for going over

the speed limit. Some cameras were off by 50%. Are these cameras good

or bad? There is research that shows that speed cameras can help improve

safety. The police chief rejects many of the findings and says that

cameras reduce these. They continue to use the cameras in the district.
