Malaysia Airlines flight MH370. It's the third possible identification of

wreckage, as the search for the plane enters its third week.

A 15-year-old girl shot dead at a house in East London has been named

as Shereka Marsh. More than 17,000 people have used

the Government's Help to Buy scheme to purchase their own home.

And a late goal clinches victory for Spurs against Southampton at White

Hart Lane. Good evening. The authorities in

Malaysia say they've received more satellite information which may

indicate possible debris from a missing passenger plane in the

southern Indian Ocean. The data comes from a French satellite. But

so far no details of the exact location or size of the debris have

been released. Our correspondent Jonathan Head is in Perth where the

search is being co-ordinated. Everyday these aircraft, a design

dating back 50 years, leave a small airbase to join the search. More

keep arriving. These are from Japan. China too is sending substantial

forces. These jets are already in Australia and more will follow. All

of this to maximise the chance of locating possible debris that has

already been seen in satellite images. We have had a number of very

credible leads and there is increasing hope, no more than hope,

but we might be on the road to discovering what happened to the

ill-fated aircraft. Satellite information from bursts hours after

the last radio contact makes experts think it ended up in this area, in

the southern Indian Ocean, some 1500 miles from Perth. American and

Chinese satellites have spotted what could be sections of the plane. We

are still awaiting details of the new sighting. But the only way to

confirm this is to find it. That is what this New Zealand air force was

trying to do when I flew with it yesterday. The plane is bristling

with high-tech surveillance equipment. But this kind of

searching relies on something more basic, the human eye. It is very

tough. You are travelling in an aircraft doing 200mph. You could be

as low as 200 feet above the water. The world is whistling past and you

are looking for an object among the white capped waves. We have been

flying for over three hours and the plane will shortly descend to a few

hundred feet above the sea. The crew will move to the windows and start

looking out as the aircraft zigzags backwards and forwards across some

of the most remote patches of ocean you can find anywhere on this

planet. We dropped down to just above the sea. The crew concentrates

at the windows, looking for anything out of the ordinary among the waves.

The families of those on board the ill-fated flight have an urgent need

to know what happened. But so do the rest of us. Somewhere out in the

Indian Ocean is the answer to this extraordinary mystery. But in all of

the vast see, it may never be found. Jon Donnison is also in Perth for

us. This is a huge international operation. It seems the Chinese are

much more involved now. I think that is right. The two Chinese military

aircraft are just on the Air Force Base behind me. They will fly for

the first time in this operation when they take off in a few hours

time. Chinese ships are on the way. While there is a lot of talk about

the International Corporation in this operation, I think it is fair

to say that the Chinese have the most riding on this. More than two

thirds of the passengers on board the jet would Chinese and we have

seen a lot of anger from the families of those passengers in

China. The slowness of resolving this mystery so far. There will be

ten planes or more in the air on Monday when the search resumes at

dawn in three and a half hours time from now. Many thanks.

A 15-year-old girl has been shot dead in Hackney in East London.

She's been named as Shereka Marsh. Three teenage boys have been

arrested and remain in custody. Nick Beake is in East London for us.

All-day Shereka Marsh's friends have been paying tribute to her. In terms

of what has happened at this house yesterday, it is by no means clear.

Lots of people living in this part of London believe it could have been

some kind of accident. Shereka Marsh, a 15-year-old described as a

beautiful bubbly girl. Shot at a friend's house after coming back

from a shopping trip. Throughout the day in east London, her friends came

to leave their tributes. One school friend spoke to Shereka Marsh an

hour before she was killed. We were like sisters. We had our life

planned together, to go to the same college, go to the same university.

I love her and miss her. I can't believe she is gone. As the forensic

teams continued their work, a gun was recovered from the house.

Detectives were questioning two 16-year-olds and a 15-year-old

arrested yesterday on suspicion of murder. Her friends and family were

looking for answers themselves, why such a bright young life had been

taken away. In the past few hours, the police

have said a postmortem examination showed Shereka Marsh was killed to a

gunshot wound to the neck. As for the three boys arrested yesterday,

they remain in police custody this evening.

A spokesman for the South African government says a British man

accused of arranging the murder of his wife during their honeymoon in

Cape Town will be extradited from the UK to face trial next month.

Shrien Dewani will arrive in South Africa at the beginning of April. He

denies any involvement in the death of his wife Anni who was shot dead

in November, 2010. Our correspondent Karen Allen is in Johannesburg. Do

we know when a trial might begin? We do not. What I can tell you is that

Shrien Dewani is expected in Cape Town on the 8th of April. He will

have to be assessed and still formally charged in connection with

the murder of Anni Dewani. He maintains that they were hijacked at

their car was hijacked and she was shot. The prosecution maintained

that he had hired a hit man to kill Anni Dewani. Three men already have

been jailed for their part in the murder. What we understand is that

it could be some time before there is a trial. They need to assess his

fitness to stand trial will stop the South African authorities have

maintained they are able to provide safe custody for Shrien Dewani. They

have said they will oppose the bail hearing. Tonight I spoke to Anni

Dewani's family. They have made it clear they have waited three and a

half years for the extradition and they hope very much Shrien Dewani

will be fit enough to stand trial and they would not have to wait

another three and a half years to see him in the dock.

NATO's top military commander in Europe says the alliance is very

concerned about the size of the Russian force massed on Ukraine's

eastern border. General Philip Breedlove says Moscow is now acting

more like an adversary than a partner. His comments came as

thousands of people demonstrated in the capital Kiev in support of a

united Ukraine. Russia says its troop numbers on the border are

within internationally-agreed limits.

Turkey has shot down a Syrian military jet close to its border.

The Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan says it violated

Turkish airspace. Pictures showed smoke rising from the area where the

plane hit the ground. Damascus has accused Turkey of blatant

aggression, saying the plane had been flying over Syrian territory at

the time. A new report says thousands of girls

and young women in England and Wales are trapped in gangs and living

desperate lives. It comes from the right-leaning think- tank the Centre

for Social Justice. Today, a Home Office minister said girls in gangs

were being subjected to what he called appalling sexual

exploitation. Daniel Boettcher has more.

No one knows just how many girls are involved in gangs but this research

pane said picture of thousands trapped in a world where some are

controlled by sexual violence. The Centre for Social Justice says even

the very young are being drawn in. We have had examples of girls as

young as eight being dressed in school uniform and being driven

along to make it look as though they are being taken to school. In actual

fact, they have drugs inside of them and they are being used as careers.

I needed somewhere to release my anger. This woman grew up on this

estate in South London. She became a gang leader as a teenager and spent

time in prison. She now campaigns to stop others following the same

path. I have a daughter and I would not like to think her being involved

in anything like that. But the way society is now, everything that is

wrong and criminal minded seems to be a trend. A vibe kids are

following. Following the riots in some cities in England in 2011, the

government set up a new strategy to tackle youth and gang violence. The

research published today says too little progress has been made over

the past three years. With the budget we have got which is a new

budget following on from the 2011 report, we are doing quite a lot,

targeting very carefully, collecting information from different sources,

working with other bodies and I think we are making inroads. There

is a major problem which is that it is under the surface. The full

extent of the problem is not clear and while the focus has been on

young men in gangs, the roles of girls and young women have not been

so visible. More than 17,000 people have bought

properties using the Government's Help to Buy scheme over the past

nine months. Most have been first-time buyers. Labour says

rising demand needs to be met by building new homes. Judith Moritz

reports. This couple moved into their five

bedroom house at Christmas having bought it through the Help to Buy

scheme. Their deposit was 5% of the ?300,000 asking price. The

government has lent them 20% which the couple say has made the move

possible. We probably would have been looking at a three-bedroom

house, maybe taking the first step on the ladder before moving on. With

the scheme, we have been able to jump straight into a house that we

may well living for the rest of our lives. More than 17,000 homes have

been purchased through the scheme since last spring. 114 properties a

day are being bought this way will stop 88% of overall sales have been

to first-time buyers. What it did do was brought confidence right back

into the market. It has driven the whole of the property market. On

this development in Lancashire, new houses stand alongside those still

being built. Nationally the Labour Party says not enough new homes are

being constructed. Critics of the scheme warning could lead to a

housing bubble with increasingly odd affordable prices -- unaffordable

prices. We asked seeing figures showing how successful it has been

to getting people to buy houses for ?150,000, a real success for many

people on low and middle incomes. 80% helping first-time buyers. An

awful lot of it leading to new homes being constructed. Shares in

house-building companies rose this week when the part of the scheme

which deals with new homes was extended until 2020. The government

says help to buy is a key part of its long-term economic plan.

an early lead but Peter Crouch set up the equaliser for Stoke City.

Aberdeen beat Inverness in a penalty shoot out last weekend to win their

first major trophy in 19 years. Leicester produced one of their best

performances of the season in Rugby Union's premiership to beat Exeter

45-15. England centre opened the scoring for Leicester. The pick of

the second half tries was touched down by Adam Tolson. Leicester, the

reigning premiership champions, are unbeaten in the league so far this

season. Andy Murray has won his third round

match in the Masters series in Miami. He beat Feliciano Lopez.

Murray is the defending champion and he won in straight sets. He will

play Jo-Wilfried Tsonga next. England's Laura Massaro is the new

world Squash Champion. She won the title this morning in a dramatic

final in Malaysia. She is the first artist champion for 15 years. --
