The round of Sunday TV interviews draws the election period to a

close. Nicola Sturgeon leads a minority-owned meant but says she

majority. This idea they did not put a clear mandate for a referendum in

their manifesto and now they don't have a majority, that takes that

second referendum of the table. As the two biggest parties face up to

each other, Labour is left trying to refocus on the new look Scottish

politics. It sounds like they are struggling. Up against in a binary

situation where we have unionism versus nationalism, that is a

difficult situation for the Labour Party. We are not comfortable

nationalists or Unionists. The Labour Party has a problem. The tour

of the TV studios is over. Tomorrow, new and returning S MPs go to

Hollywood as they try to work out strategy on policy, the institution,

trying to outplay each other. Family and friends of a man who died

in police custody in Fife say race Police Scotland haven't

made a comment. Relatives of Sheku Bayoh held

a memorial service in Kirkcaldy earlier this afternoon,

a year after his death. In their thoughts and in their

hearts, Sheku Bayoh's family gathered to remember him. It was

here he was detained and restrained by officers called to an incident.

He died shortly after. His family have campaigned for the truth of his

death and fear for a cover-up. We are worried about the race is part

played in this case because the way he was injured is just I think

racism had to play a big part in it. The 31-year-old had made Scotland

his home. His family have been given five different versions of what

happened. A memorial is being held to celebrate the part Sheku Bayoh

played in so many lives, but there is still deep frustration and anger

at so many questions unanswered. It is a sad situation for the family

but they are increasingly tired of the repeated attempts to bully them,

silence them and wait for a fatal accident enquiry. His death has been

investigated by the IPC C. The family still searching for truth and
