Thai Police believe Jerseyman David Miller and his friend were murdered

The pair were found dead on the island of Koh Tao at the weekend.

The family of 24`year`old Mr Miller described him today

A young man with everything to look forward to.

David Miller's family have paid tribute to him tonight, describing

him as hard`working, bright and conscientious.

He will be sorely, sorely missed. David had been in Thailand after

finishing a six`week work placement in Australia with this Jersey`based

articulate member of the College with a good circle of friends.
