Good evening. A pub in the centre of Lurgan has

been destroyed in an early morning fire. The blaze at The Manhattan bar

in Church Place has now been put out by fire crews. Police are

investigating how it started. Claire Savage reports.

Smoke was seen coming from the bar called the Manhattan in church based

at 5:20am. Fire crews arrived and found the building alight. The fire

was so intense, the floors inside collapsed. There is still a stench

of smoke in the air. The building was so badly damaged, the roads

around it will have to be closed off until tomorrow. Fire crews cannot

complete their surge of the property until it was safe. We took

appropriate action to try and search for people inside the building. The

fire crew we committed were forced back due to the intensity of the

fire and the heat inside the building. The manager has told the

Fire Service he was the last person in the building. We are assured as

much as we can be that the premises are clear. The police are

investigating the cause of the fire and want anyone with any information

to contact them. More than 30 cars have been

vandalised in north Belfast. It happened on a stretch of the

Ballygomartin Road. Wing mirrors were broken from the cars. The

police say they possibly had been kicked off. Some number plates were

also ripped from vehicles. It's thought that it happened in the

early hours of this morning. A 22-year-old man has been arrested.

The Tourism Minister, Arlene Foster, has said she hopes direct flights

between Belfast and Canada will resume in the near future. Speaking

on the Sunday Politics programme, she said her department had been

working on building up an events strategy but that more direct

flights into Northern Ireland were needed.

We have the circuit of Ireland rally happening next weekend, we have the

North West 200 happening. We have been concentrating on bringing

large-scale events to Northern Ireland. Delighted the Irish open is

coming back next year with Royal County Down in 2015. We have been

spending a lot of time holding up our event strategy over this time.

But we need direct flights. That is why I spend a lot of time talking to

the tourism sector and indeed, I will again be pushing the number one

priority in that respect, and that is Canada. We believe there should

be a Canadian link again and there hasn't been for some time. Rory

McIlroy and Darren Clarke have teed off on the final day of golf's US

Masters. Both are out of contention after finishing yesterday's third

round well behind the leaders, Americans Bubba Watson and Jordan

Speeth. A huge gallery followed McIlroy as he posted a one-under par

round to equal his best of the week. The 24-year-old may be too far back

to challenge, but is targeting as high a finish as possible at

Augusta. If I can shoot something in the

mid-60s and finish the tournament in red figures. I think a good goal for

me is to have my best finish at the Masters, my best is 15th. If I can

push a good score tomorrow, get myself into the top 15 or top ten.

It would not be the week I wanted, but given how the last few days have

unfolded, it would be a good way to finish. Michael Roy is one over par.

Gaelic games now and Derry are through to the Division One final of

the National Football League. They defeated Mayo by two points at Croke

Park this afternoon. Eunan McConville reports.

Now the weather. They made their return to the division this year.

They have beaten the likes of Dublin in qualifying for this final. It was

a hard fought victory today. There was never too much between them.

This power and determination set up at Derry's first goal in the 15th

minute. Then the equaliser ten minutes later turned out to be a

double blow for Derry. Fergal Doherty picking up a red card for

this challenge. He handed out the red card after the equaliser. The

teams were level at half-time. Derry got a second goal. This effort

finished by Kevin Johnson. Derry will play at Dublin in the final.

Now the weather. Good evening. We have all had some

lovely spring sunshine. In Port Stewart, before the cloud arrived,

it was lovely and sunny. But you cannot see the wind. It was cool and

it will be blustery for a time deceiving, especially around the

coast. Tonight, the wind will ease and MacLeod will break up overnight

so it will be clear and chilly as a result. The first couple of nights

this week, will be called with frost around. Monday and Tuesday will be

dry and bright with pleasant sunshine. The second half of the

week will bring more cloud and a little bit of rain, but over all

this week is looking dry. A dry start tomorrow, sunshine around as

well. Cool first thing. It will feel pleasant and not as windy. The

strong winds tomorrow are mainly across the North East of Scotland

because high pressure is building across the UK and Ireland. A lot of

sunshine but I will be cloudy spells over the Republic of Ireland and

across parts of Northern Ireland tomorrow afternoon. But still quite

bright. It will feel pleasant, top temperatures around 14 degrees. A

chilly start on Tuesday, but Tuesday looks like it could be the warmest

day of the week. A different wind direction coming in from the South

East. Highest temperatures will be up to the south-west. Lots of dry

weather and quite warm and sunny by the afternoon. Cloudier skies are

expected on Wednesday and Thursday. Week whether funds may bring spots

of rain, but not a lot and many places in the South will be dry. Our
