A hit`and`run driver who killed a teenager in Bath has been

whilst driving and added th`t he left the scene without a thought

A BBC investigation has found the multi`million pound revamp of The

Oasis in Swindon has been plagued by funding problems and deadlines

the "skills and experience" but not "significant working capital".

The council says this is ch`nging but funding has been

an issue throughout and somd continue to question the de`l.

It makes me feel angry and though we are wasting public money. Wd are

working with a company we should not be working with and I don't see any

chance that we will get was promised.

and a ?1 million worth, including repairing the roof,
