A woman has appeared in court today charged with murdering her baby

The girl, who had only just been born, was found by police on Monday

Alice Bouverie was in court this morning.

Initiate hearing the 34`year`old woman who lives in Bristol `` at

`ish a `` Attic red herring. She was accused of killing a girl. The

police were called to a house in South Bristol on Monday where they

found the baby. The mother was arrested the following day on

suspicion of murder. She has now been remanded in custody and other

cases head on Tuesday at Brhstol Crown Court.

A bomb disposal team sealed off a house in Trowbridge this afternoon.

Wiltshire police carried out a search of the property in

Frome Road last night after a call from a member of the public.
