getting up to around 14 degrees Unsettled conditions through the

next few days. A bit of rain around on Friday but with more on that I

will hand you over to Nina Ridge. The weekend brought some mild

nights. Signs of a change across Northern Ireland and Scotland, but

for England and Wales many places began the day at ten to 13 degrees.

That contrast has been cleared away so by tomorrow morning a chillier

start to the day and typical temperatures will be five to seven

degrees. An active cold front, heavy rain and wind. We have some showers

following on from behind. On the satellite picture, a main

low-pressure clearing out into the North Sea. In between the showers

through the night there will be clearer spells and that allows the

temperatures to drop away. The westerly breeze will blow showers

across the country through the night. Cold enough for snow across

the tops of the Scottish mountains. You will notice the change in the

temperatures stepping out tomorrow morning. We will move on to 8am and

is showers across parts of Scotland, mainly out towards the West. A few

scattered across Northern Ireland. Patchy cloud through northern

England and down across Wales and the south-west. Cannot rule out a

shower here first thing in the morning, but are much brighter and

breezy day in store with sunny spells developing. A few showers

around, but generally there should be dry weather. The main focus on

the showers in the afternoon is in the north-west corner. Typical

temperatures on Tuesday, ten, 1 degrees with a bit more sunshine in

the south we could see 14 in London. Many southern areas throughout this

week will have high pressure. A weather front sitting to the north

will introduce more cloud at times and on Wednesday it will give

cloudier skies to the North, with some rain, mainly across the North

West. Rain could be persistent in the Highlands. Brighter further

south seeing 16 degrees but for many it is around ten or 12. On Thursday

and Friday, the pressure remains relatively high. We have some weak
