Hello and welcome to the one show in the Queen Vic. We're kicking off the | :00:15. | :00:23.
big Children in Need night for 2015 and for the third year in a row, | :00:24. | :00:27.
we've set up shop or maybe I should say pub, here in Walford. It's | :00:28. | :00:32.
karaoke night at the Vic. Pudsey's doing the YMCA. And lots more famous | :00:33. | :00:36.
faces will be stepping up to that mic as the show progresses. Now, our | :00:37. | :00:42.
heroes, Team Rickshaw have cycled nearly 500 miles. They will be | :00:43. | :00:47.
arriving here later tonight. I'll be in "Cindy's Caff"having a chaff with | :00:48. | :00:52.
their parents at the end of what's been a really long week. The pub is | :00:53. | :00:59.
packed with celebs. We have got Nadine Coyle, file file file, Andre | :01:00. | :01:06.
-- Shane Filan, Peter Andre and Years, wetting their whistle. | :01:07. | :01:15.
Want to buy a Warwick Davis D-Day. Willow, Leprechaun or a sneak peek | :01:16. | :01:20.
at tonight's Star Wars exclusive. Keep Willow, but we'll have the Star | :01:21. | :01:26.
Wars exclusive. You've got it love. Over here, the lovely Ellie | :01:27. | :01:29.
Goulding. APPLAUSE | :01:30. | :01:31.
Lovely to see you. How are you? Very well, thank you. Very good. You | :01:32. | :01:35.
know, Queen Vic. It's known for murder. Fights, romance. All sorts, | :01:36. | :01:40.
yeah. Thinking about romance, it holds some really fond memories for | :01:41. | :01:46.
you, doesn't it? I sort of met my boyfriend here, weirdly. We haven't | :01:47. | :01:49.
been in EastEnders. Yeah, he's around somewhere in the background. | :01:50. | :01:54.
We met here. It was on this show two years ago, you and Dougy happened to | :01:55. | :01:59.
be here. And that was it. I eyed him out from across the pub basically | :02:00. | :02:03.
and that was it, yeah. Very nice. You are performing on the main show | :02:04. | :02:07.
tonight. Yeah. New album out last week. What single are you doing | :02:08. | :02:12.
tonight? Tonight a song called Army which I wrote about my best friend. | :02:13. | :02:16.
I haven't performed it on TV or anything before. I'm excited and | :02:17. | :02:20.
happy to be here. It's very exciting. I'm looking forward to it. | :02:21. | :02:24.
Thanks Ellie. We have our own band of brothers and sisters on the road. | :02:25. | :02:29.
They are Team Rickshaw. They've raised so much money. I'm sure, | :02:30. | :02:33.
yeah. Very cool. Fantastic job. Our viewers, as always, you've been so | :02:34. | :02:38.
generous, both financially and emotionally. These three ladies have | :02:39. | :02:42.
been very generous, donated lots of money. We've got June, Louise and | :02:43. | :02:48.
Rebecca here. June, you actually met up with Team Rickshaw before they | :02:49. | :02:53.
even started. Yes in Land's End. 50 quid got you a selfie with Matt | :02:54. | :02:59.
Baker! Absolutely. Did you ever think that last week, a week | :03:00. | :03:02.
down-the-line, you'd be in the Queen Vic? Absolutely not. Isn't this | :03:03. | :03:06.
brilliant? It's fantastic. It's quite quiet in here for a pub. I | :03:07. | :03:11.
think everybody's a bit nervous. Louise, what about you? You've | :03:12. | :03:19.
raised ?500. Not me personally. I work at Oak Manor Golf Club in | :03:20. | :03:24.
Taunton. The customers raised ?500. We were lucky announce have a selfie | :03:25. | :03:28.
with Elliott and George. There it is. Are you an EastEnders fan? Yes. | :03:29. | :03:35.
Not an avid fan, I watch, but not all the time. You've already got the | :03:36. | :03:39.
drinks in. Is that real beer? I'd like to think it is. Give it a | :03:40. | :03:46.
smell? It is. I'm not sure it is. We're not sure. Shame! Rebecca, you | :03:47. | :03:54.
organised a Hallowe'en party and raised ?50, why did you choose to do | :03:55. | :03:57.
that then, what was the idea behind it? It was because you wanted to | :03:58. | :04:06.
give something back because you'd seen Team Rickshaw. You're a big | :04:07. | :04:11.
EastEnders fan. We know that. Yeah I watch all the time. A little bird | :04:12. | :04:16.
told me that you quite liked Alfie Moon, is that right? Yes. And Lady | :04:17. | :04:20.
Di the dog? Yes. We'll see what we can do in terms of hooking you up | :04:21. | :04:25.
with those later. OK? Yeah. All right. As I said, our viewers have | :04:26. | :04:32.
been incredibly generous. Team Rickshaw are nearly at the end of | :04:33. | :04:36.
their journey. This morning, they still had another 60 miles to go. | :04:37. | :04:44.
It's the final day of our gruelling challenge. We've had highs... Lows. | :04:45. | :04:53.
I miss you. And unwaivering support along the way. His Thames Pudsey. | :04:54. | :05:03.
And the end is in sight. How are you feeling about this? Excited. But I'm | :05:04. | :05:07.
sad as well. When you think all those miles are now behind you. I | :05:08. | :05:12.
know. That's mad, hey? You'll never have to worry about another hill | :05:13. | :05:18.
again. I know! Erin who wakes up daily in agony from her arthritis | :05:19. | :05:23.
has been surprisingly helped by the rickshaw in ways we never imagined. | :05:24. | :05:28.
My knee's normally really swollen. Since I've been cycling, it's never | :05:29. | :05:34.
been so skinny. It's normally like a big balloon. Which must have come as | :05:35. | :05:38.
a massive surprise to you. I thought it was going to make it so much | :05:39. | :05:42.
worse, but it's actually not. Probably keep that up when I get | :05:43. | :05:48.
back. Yeah, yeah. George Griffiths from Richmond is a big lover of | :05:49. | :05:55.
musical theatre. I am directing a new musical which doesn't exist, | :05:56. | :05:59.
which now it does, rickshaw the musical. I'd like Michael Ball to | :06:00. | :06:04.
play me. LAUGHTER | :06:05. | :06:06.
His passage during the week has not only been musical, but full of | :06:07. | :06:09.
drama. Shall we stop again? Yeah? Yeah. And sometimes even full of | :06:10. | :06:21.
surprises. Hi George, it's Michael Ball here. How's the rickshaw | :06:22. | :06:25.
musical going. I might sing it myself. Go Team Rickshaw! Whoa. | :06:26. | :06:31.
That's Michael Ball, man. Thanks Michael. With a musical spring in | :06:32. | :06:36.
his step, George rode out this morning head held high. It's great, | :06:37. | :06:41.
I mean, I love being part of this. I've had a great time cycling beside | :06:42. | :06:46.
you. Thanks, Matt. Do you feel it's helped you in any way doing this? It | :06:47. | :06:53.
really has. It's given my confidence back. All my gang, all my teachers | :06:54. | :06:59.
and friends, they are so proud of me. You've proved to yourself that | :07:00. | :07:04.
you can do stuff. Yeah, I really can. In life. I am strong. I nailed | :07:05. | :07:14.
it. You did. As we near London, Team Rickshaw will take the challenge to | :07:15. | :07:19.
a whole new level. About 196 feet below the ground to be precise. | :07:20. | :07:23.
There's a part of the route that isn't on the map. Yeah? That's | :07:24. | :07:29.
because it hasn't been created yet. OK. We are going to cycle through | :07:30. | :07:35.
the cross-rail tunnel. Is it safe? It's safe. Let's do it. The | :07:36. | :07:45.
cross-rail project, which doesn't open until 2018, have invited us to | :07:46. | :07:50.
cycle through one of their tunnels. See ya! This is the way to get | :07:51. | :07:56.
through London, I tell you. So exciting. I'll tell you what the | :07:57. | :08:01.
weirdest experience is right now, it's the fact that we're cycling | :08:02. | :08:05.
along and people aren't giving us money. And as we reach the end of | :08:06. | :08:11.
the tunnel, the cross-rail workers don't let us down. Oh, thank you. | :08:12. | :08:16.
Thank you so much. APPLAUSE For six courageous and | :08:17. | :08:23.
inspiring young riders, this year's Rickshaw Challenge has been a | :08:24. | :08:27.
magnificent experience. Their effort to raise money for Children in Need | :08:28. | :08:32.
has to be applauded, all of Team Rickshaw is extremely greatful for | :08:33. | :08:37.
your Jen -- grateful for your generosity and support along the | :08:38. | :08:42.
way. Thank you so very much. They will complete that epic journey | :08:43. | :08:48.
of 477 miles from Land's End to the East End on the Children in Need | :08:49. | :08:54.
main show at around 9. 35pm. Let's give them one last final push. | :08:55. | :08:58.
Here's Elliott with how you can donate. | :08:59. | :09:01.
To donate ?5 text TEAM to 70705. Those texts cost your donation plus | :09:02. | :09:18.
the standard network message charge. All of your donation will go to BBC | :09:19. | :09:21.
Children in Need. You must be 16 or over. Do ask the bill payer's | :09:22. | :09:26.
permission before you text. For full terms and conditions, go to the | :09:27. | :09:32.
website, bbc.co.uk/Pudsey. Just remember, everything you donate is | :09:33. | :09:34.
helping very small charities in a remember, everything you donate is | :09:35. | :09:35.
helping very small charities in a very big way. There it is for you. | :09:36. | :09:40.
Now all our riders have been given an extra challenge to tell people | :09:41. | :09:45.
why they are taking part in the Rickshaw Challenge this year. This | :09:46. | :09:48.
is the moment George D stepped up to the microphone. After that, we'll | :09:49. | :09:54.
catch up with Matt and the team. It's 8. 25 and you are with 5 Live | :09:55. | :10:00.
breakfast... I am in BBC broadcast house. I'm about to go to BBC Radio | :10:01. | :10:05.
5 Live to do my speech in front of quite a large audience for one of | :10:06. | :10:09.
the breakfast shows. I am nervous and excited for it. I think that if | :10:10. | :10:13.
I just focus on the fact that I'm speaking to a studio instead of | :10:14. | :10:17.
millions of people across the nation, I think I'll be able to make | :10:18. | :10:22.
it pretty good. Stand by. Gather round everyone. George, it's over to | :10:23. | :10:26.
you. Thank you very much. My name is George. I'm 17. I'm from Weybridge | :10:27. | :10:33.
in Surrey. Three years ago everything changed when my dad was | :10:34. | :10:36.
killed in a cycling accident. My dad went out for one of his regular bike | :10:37. | :10:40.
rides. However, this time, he didn't come home. He'd been knocked down by | :10:41. | :10:47.
a car. At first, I found it hard to believe he was dead. I remember | :10:48. | :10:52.
sitting alone and only thinking negative thoughts. Sometimes I would | :10:53. | :10:56.
text my dad's phone to let him know that I loved him and missed him. I | :10:57. | :11:00.
knew that there would be no reply, but I found it comforting. It has | :11:01. | :11:11.
been the hardest three years. One thing that has helped to make life | :11:12. | :11:17.
more positive was joining the Tommy D group. It's helped me come to | :11:18. | :11:21.
terms with what's happened and helped shape the way I think, act | :11:22. | :11:25.
and the way I am. Please donate if you can to help support young people | :11:26. | :11:29.
like me. My dad was my role model and the most inspiring and | :11:30. | :11:34.
intelligent person I'd ever known. I am riding the Rickshaw Challenge for | :11:35. | :11:37.
Children in Need, but I'm also riding for him. I know that my dad | :11:38. | :11:47.
will be proud. APPLAUSE | :11:48. | :11:50.
That was amazing. That's it, perfect. George, everybody at home, | :11:51. | :11:55.
I know we're walking down the road so you won't have seen that, we're | :11:56. | :11:58.
watching your speech there on the radio. Sum that up for us. I think | :11:59. | :12:02.
you had the biggest audience of everybody. I think Radio 5 Live was | :12:03. | :12:06.
6. 1 million people, something like that. I think it it was an amazing | :12:07. | :12:11.
experience. I had so much fun doing it. Beforehand I was so nervous. Of | :12:12. | :12:16.
course. Halfway through I got to point where I just sat back and | :12:17. | :12:19.
relaxed and smiled. I thought, hold on, this is so much fun. We're on | :12:20. | :12:23.
the final straight now. Team, come on over. We need to talk. You know, | :12:24. | :12:29.
goodness me, how do we sum up the week? It's virtually impossible. | :12:30. | :12:36.
Elliott, come forward. I need to ask, right, what is the secret | :12:37. | :12:39.
within this team, why do you think it's gelled so much? I think it's | :12:40. | :12:43.
gelled because we're all so different, but it works with each | :12:44. | :12:46.
other. It's amazing that we've all got something that has affected us | :12:47. | :12:50.
in our lives and is still affecting us, but it helps us to get along | :12:51. | :12:54.
with each other and understand each other's situations. Lucy, I know | :12:55. | :13:00.
that you are delighted, aren't you, to be riding the final leg. Listen, | :13:01. | :13:07.
if you think back, 476 miles ago. Yeah. What were you afraid of back | :13:08. | :13:15.
then and have you conquered it now? I have. I was afraid of what was | :13:16. | :13:21.
going to happen. I think I've conquered it because I know how to | :13:22. | :13:25.
do it now. What would you say to all those people, at the moment, | :13:26. | :13:28.
watching this, that haven't decided whether or not to donate yet. | :13:29. | :13:32.
Donate, definitely donate because your money could help someone like | :13:33. | :13:38.
me and the rest of the team too. I think it's a great thing to do. Get | :13:39. | :13:44.
and donate in now. Listen, I cannot say how proud - George, everybody, I | :13:45. | :13:49.
am so proud of everything that you have achieved over the last eight | :13:50. | :13:54.
days. It's been a privilege for me to cycle alongside you. Team | :13:55. | :13:57.
Rickshaw have done everything they possibly can and I know that they've | :13:58. | :14:02.
stolen your hearts. I know that they have captivated you over the past | :14:03. | :14:07.
week. And now, you know what, now it is your turn. It is your chance to | :14:08. | :14:12.
give this inspirational bunch the total that they deserve when they | :14:13. | :14:18.
walk out on that stage tonight. So, please, I'm asking you, from the | :14:19. | :14:22.
bottom of my heart, donate, because this, to me, is what Children in | :14:23. | :14:26.
Need is all about. They've been given an opportunity and they've | :14:27. | :14:30.
taken it. That's all from us for now. Join us on the stage for | :14:31. | :14:35.
Children in Need when hopefully they'll have a whopping tour. I'm | :14:36. | :14:39.
sure they will. Couldn't have put it better myself. Matt has been such a | :14:40. | :14:45.
wonderful and integral part of Rickshaw Challenge this year. I'm | :14:46. | :14:48.
here with the parents, who have had a very long week as well as the | :14:49. | :14:54.
riders themselves. Lisa, Erin's mum. From a parent's perspective, because | :14:55. | :14:57.
you've got to know each other, how has it been for you guys? A total, | :14:58. | :15:03.
emotional roller coaster for the whole family. One minute laughing | :15:04. | :15:08.
and smiling with them. Then you're in tears every time you see her on | :15:09. | :15:13.
the TV. You have to pinch yourself. We are crossing our fingers for that | :15:14. | :15:20.
big total. Sarah, we saw George do his speech earlier on. You must have | :15:21. | :15:24.
seen him grow into a young man over the course of the week. He's been | :15:25. | :15:28.
one of the strongest riders. He's tackled all the hills. It's very | :15:29. | :15:31.
poignant that he's riding the rickshaw as we heard. What changes | :15:32. | :15:35.
have you then, as a mother, seen in him this week? I've seen a really | :15:36. | :15:40.
determined young man, very brave and never giving up. Won't let anything | :15:41. | :15:44.
get him down. I'm sure your husband would have been hugely proud of him. | :15:45. | :15:49.
He'll be so proud of him, he'll be watching him. Over here to Michelle. | :15:50. | :15:55.
All the families here have benefitted from Children in Need. | :15:56. | :16:00.
What would you say to anybody who's watching tonight, who are in two | :16:01. | :16:04.
minds maybe about donating? Well, please dig deep. These young people | :16:05. | :16:09.
have really dug deep themselves. They've found inner strength when | :16:10. | :16:13.
it's been pouring with rain, when they've been going through pain. So, | :16:14. | :16:17.
please, just support the Rickshaw Challenge. They've done a fantastic | :16:18. | :16:21.
job. Absolutely. We go over to see Mark, the other George's dad over | :16:22. | :16:27.
here. We've been overwhelmed at the one show by the support of | :16:28. | :16:30.
everybody's who's lined the streets and donated. Have you got a lovely | :16:31. | :16:35.
message for people at home who have supported Team Rickshaw this year | :16:36. | :16:39.
more than ever before. I cannot express the gratitude. We are | :16:40. | :16:43.
totally overwhelmed, all of us as parents, totally overwhelmed. | :16:44. | :16:48.
George, I mean, just shouts down the phone, "I can't believe it, dad! | :16:49. | :16:53.
They're pushing money at me!" Yeah. Absolutely fantastic support. On | :16:54. | :16:58.
behalf of the one show we couldn't have done it without the help of you | :16:59. | :17:02.
parents as well to facilitate this, thank you very much. Making the | :17:03. | :17:07.
coffee and sandwiches here is Peter Andre, who was with us on launch | :17:08. | :17:11.
night. What would you like? An egg sandwich thanks. We've all been so | :17:12. | :17:18.
inspired by these young people, who've just done, you know, amazing | :17:19. | :17:21.
things this week and raised such a big total. What was your initial | :17:22. | :17:25.
feelings when you met them the first time? | :17:26. | :17:31.
It's just how passionate they are, how much they want to do this. | :17:32. | :17:38.
That's what's so touching. You see people digging deep and like this | :17:39. | :17:41.
gentleman said before, they are digging in deep soap we want people | :17:42. | :17:51.
out there to dig in deep because we have seen the kids do it themselves. | :17:52. | :17:57.
Well, we absolutely hope tonight that Children In Need will raise | :17:58. | :18:00.
millions and millions. Here is Harry Heal telling us what antics he's | :18:01. | :18:08.
going to get up to. -- Harry Hill. Without giving too much away, I'm | :18:09. | :18:15.
rehearsing for Children In Need. I'm taking the history of TV and | :18:16. | :18:19.
condensing it down into four minutes, using various cameo | :18:20. | :18:22.
appearances plus the theme tune is from what we consider the most | :18:23. | :18:28.
important TV shows ever to have been broadcast. BENNY HILL THEME. TV Burp | :18:29. | :18:44.
didn't make it in actually, so I will write a letter. People would be | :18:45. | :18:50.
surprised how little work... How much work, Surrey, goes into this... | :18:51. | :18:58.
This is something the BBC does so well. It has the infrastructure that | :18:59. | :19:01.
no other broadcaster has. Oh! I've just been handed a box with some | :19:02. | :19:06.
props in that will give us a clue what to expect on Children In Need | :19:07. | :19:11.
tonight. First of all, a top hat. I wonder what that could be, perhaps | :19:12. | :19:15.
something going on in the East End of London. A baby in a sequinned | :19:16. | :19:22.
dress. Can babies dance? Let's hope so! What's this? A torch... No, it's | :19:23. | :19:32.
a light sabre. I wonder what film that comes from. Is it ET, or...? A | :19:33. | :19:48.
leek, of course favoured by the Welsh, overlook, it is Rick Astley | :19:49. | :19:57.
and Suzanne Shaw. Which is better? Only one way to find out. At last! | :19:58. | :20:05.
Do you think I'm sexy? That's a clue. | :20:06. | :20:11.
Well, if I'm Elton John, this is Kiki Dee,, Warwick Davis and Shane | :20:12. | :20:35.
Ritchie. Warwick, nice to see you. It's been ages. Thank you. You are | :20:36. | :20:44.
on the show more readily than I am! You have worked with Harry Hill | :20:45. | :20:58.
before and Children In Need? Yes, it was fun, I got to play the piano | :20:59. | :21:04.
with sausages. Harry is observed with sausages! I hope it has been in | :21:05. | :21:10.
the fridge for a couple of years... I can't promise that, it has kind of | :21:11. | :21:14.
been out there, don't worry about it though. Now then, this is exciting, | :21:15. | :21:21.
Shane. Warwick has used his Jedi powers to get a Star Wars | :21:22. | :21:28.
exclusive. Later on we have but a Star Wars sketch coming up featuring | :21:29. | :21:31.
loads of a list celebrities. Martin Freeman is in there. Shane Ritchie? | :21:32. | :21:40.
Not Shane! Disney has joined forces with Lucasfilm and Children In Need | :21:41. | :21:45.
to make this happen. It is so special. Basically I'm on the quest | :21:46. | :21:50.
to find the ultimate Star Wars super fan who can go on stage live and | :21:51. | :22:00.
press the first totaliser moment. That is about 8:50pm. If I seem | :22:01. | :22:08.
slightly sweaty at the moment it is because myself and the cast of | :22:09. | :22:11.
EastEnders, we have just been rehearsing. Every year the | :22:12. | :22:15.
EastEnders cast try and do something special and this year we have got an | :22:16. | :22:19.
incredible dance routine. That's why I'm sweaty, I just been out | :22:20. | :22:24.
rehearsing it. From Tenby, we flipped over to BBC Two and we are | :22:25. | :22:31.
live in the Queen Vic with lots of special guests. -- from 10pm. Some | :22:32. | :22:36.
very special faces will be here. Make sure you join me then. Now | :22:37. | :22:42.
then, this is a very important announcement. Because, it's time to | :22:43. | :22:46.
launch the official Children In Need donation line for this year. If you | :22:47. | :22:51.
would like to donate, this is the number you will need. | :22:52. | :23:03.
Some standard geographic charges from landline and mobile apply. That | :23:04. | :23:09.
is the number if you want to donate tonight, it is that number that you | :23:10. | :23:12.
need. We're going to switch over here a minute because we have got | :23:13. | :23:18.
Laura, Jack Ashton and Peter Andre back in the pub. Fed up with coffee | :23:19. | :23:24.
and sandwiches, Peter? Well, I wanted to switch to this. Call the | :23:25. | :23:36.
Midwife do Strictly tonight. Peter as we have seen is a dab hand at the | :23:37. | :23:44.
whole Strictly thing. Pretend you are head judge Len. What sort of | :23:45. | :23:52.
picks and flicks would you be looking for from Jack and Laura's | :23:53. | :23:57.
performance? Honestly I'm the worst person to ask. I get so nervous | :23:58. | :24:02.
before I go on. It was absolutely terrifying! I was like, this is | :24:03. | :24:07.
Strictly and I'm trying to join in! You want to enjoy it but it is the | :24:08. | :24:12.
most terrifying... It goes so quickly. When it does happen, the | :24:13. | :24:16.
judges are nice and you just feel elated, don't you? When the judges | :24:17. | :24:22.
are nice, yes! Peter is a very good person to get tips from because you | :24:23. | :24:27.
achieved 38 out of 40 your Charleston. Couldn't believe it! It | :24:28. | :24:34.
was the highest score of the series so far, wasn't it? I remember saying | :24:35. | :24:40.
if nothing else happens, I'm going to cherish that moment forever. We | :24:41. | :24:44.
were just talking about it, he was amazing. What are you dancing this | :24:45. | :24:53.
week then? This week I'm dancing a Viennese waltz to a Cilla Black | :24:54. | :24:59.
song. Jeanette has been working hard? Jeanette committee is very | :25:00. | :25:05.
good at making you go over it and over it until you get it right. She | :25:06. | :25:09.
is fantastic. One of the people you're up against is the lovely | :25:10. | :25:17.
Helen George from The Midwife. We were just saying, you were just | :25:18. | :25:22.
praising Helen. She is terrific and you are terrific and it is a great | :25:23. | :25:32.
line-up. -- Call The Midwife. Do you think we could see Helen and Peter | :25:33. | :25:38.
in the final? That would make Ashton and Jeanette happy, because they are | :25:39. | :25:43.
engaged! You're going to be singing later on, which we're really looking | :25:44. | :25:50.
forward to. Did you know that I was a qualified bus driver? No. But it's | :25:51. | :25:57.
true, I am, and it's all in aid of Children In Need. | :25:58. | :26:02.
Here we are in Hyde Park. It is just gone 7am and all the other cars are | :26:03. | :26:12.
here for the vintage run. This is our lovely gorgeous past behind us | :26:13. | :26:16.
and today Chris and I are going all the way from here to Brighton, all | :26:17. | :26:21.
four Children In Need. Everyone on board has donated serious money to | :26:22. | :26:25.
be driven 60 miles. I complete amateurs! Now, Chris Evans is known | :26:26. | :26:31.
for many things but driving a bus isn't one of them. Crawley, it's the | :26:32. | :26:40.
halfway point and Chris has done his bit and now it's my turn. Well, I | :26:41. | :26:47.
think I know what I'm doing, steering wheel, basics. Clutch, | :26:48. | :26:56.
accelerator, starting button, horn. What more do you need? Ladies and | :26:57. | :27:02.
gentlemen, it is my turn, so hold on! Unfortunately, I don't get off | :27:03. | :27:10.
to the best of starts. My first corner and I'm stuck. No assisted | :27:11. | :27:18.
steering on this bus! But Peter is here to save the day. | :27:19. | :27:21.
CHEERING She did very well. Second career! | :27:22. | :27:46.
Well, we made it. Hundreds of people have come to Brighton and we have | :27:47. | :27:51.
made loads of money. Thank you for being so generous. If you need a bus | :27:52. | :27:53.
driver, you know who to call? We had a lovely day and thank you so | :27:54. | :28:07.
much to all the passengers who'd donated so generously. But thank you | :28:08. | :28:10.
to Richard and Martin who are over there in the other side of the pub. | :28:11. | :28:15.
Give us a wave. They gave their time so willingly as well to help us out | :28:16. | :28:20.
for Children In Need. Now then. There will be a brand-new duet | :28:21. | :28:25.
hitting the main stage later on. It is Nadine Coyle and Shane Filan. How | :28:26. | :28:32.
are you? Very good and much better than the 1 we just did their doing | :28:33. | :28:41.
karaoke! What are you to -- two singing tonight? We are singing my | :28:42. | :28:46.
new single. I Will Be. I'm such a massive van! You look so | :28:47. | :29:02.
sort of at home behind the bar? -- such a massive fan. Do you know your | :29:03. | :29:10.
way around the pipes here? You have a bar in LA. Normally I had to ask | :29:11. | :29:19.
people what is in that drink exactly, what kind of glass do you | :29:20. | :29:20.
want? But they are in safe hands. Shane, | :29:21. | :29:33.
you are on tour next year? I am, it is a tour all over the UK next | :29:34. | :29:42.
March. There is a load of beer, but people are taking them over | :29:43. | :29:47.
there... Looking forward to hearing your duet later on. Thanks for being | :29:48. | :29:51.
here, guys. Let's go and speak to the guys from Years Years. Hello! | :29:52. | :29:58.
I know you're very excited about being on Children In Need and on The | :29:59. | :30:03.
One Show. This is the best day of our lives, I think! He does say that | :30:04. | :30:11.
a lot! But it's true. It's Nadine Coyle and Peter Andre. What's the | :30:12. | :30:16.
best thing about the Children In Need experience so far? So far it | :30:17. | :30:21.
has definitely been this. I think when Warwick Davis came out there, | :30:22. | :30:26.
there was definitely the highlight. You are the UK's fastest selling | :30:27. | :30:34.
album... Are we? Very important! We have done something good this year | :30:35. | :30:39.
with our album, I think. I don't know what the statistic is. What are | :30:40. | :30:45.
you performing on the show tonight? We are doing our new single called | :30:46. | :30:53.
Eyes Shut. Ollie, you were an actor but you gave it all up to join the | :30:54. | :30:56.
band, where would we have seen you before? I once did a show with the | :30:57. | :31:03.
actress who played Christie in EastEnders, that is my claim to | :31:04. | :31:12.
fame. That is the Final Countdown in the background! Who is on the mic? | :31:13. | :31:24.
That is Peter Andre and friends. My thanks to all our guests tonight. | :31:25. | :31:30.
Get well soon to Terry. Enjoy the rest of Children In Need. Tom Daley | :31:31. | :31:35.
will be our guest. Have a great weekend. | :31:36. | :31:38.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, get ready | :31:39. | :31:39.
for the biggest night of the year. | :31:40. | :31:42. |
