And welcome to Blue Peter - You Decide!

Three months ago we launched a nationwide search

to find the most courageous, daring and creative person out there

to join Helen and Barney as the next presenter on Blue Peter.

And we couldn't believe how many people were after that job.

Thousands of applications came flooding in

and it got us thinking,

what's so good about being a Blue Peter presenter?

Yes!

'Without a doubt, I think'

being a Blue Peter presenter is the best job in the world.

'You create a real buzz'

just by doing something that you enjoy.

This is brilliant!

'I don't think being a Blue Peter presenter is a job.' Oh, my word!

It's a way of life. Because it does take over everything.

'What do I love about Blue Peter?'

What's not to love about Blue Peter?! Uh!

Whoa, whoa!

Wow, it takes me back to my childhood.

Whoa!

I'm one of the few people who saw it in black and white.

Well, you might say this is a trunk call and I hope I don't get cut off.

To be a good Blue Peter presenter,

you have to be able to manufacture top-notch things out of old tat.

Don't laugh at me.

The perfect Blue Peter presenter, I think,

has to be enormously adaptable.

We've been through everything today. Everything.

You've got to be ready to tackle any challenge.

It's great to see someone literally scared

and having a great time on your screen.

Week on week, you get to do amazing things,

things that other people would only dream of doing.

Such as strapped to the wings of a plane

and flown at 2,000 feet at 160mph upside down.

I think the perfect Blue Peter presenter has to be enthusiastic,

has to be excited about what they do.

-Pull left, pull left, pull left.

-I'm pulling left!

'Being a Blue Peter presenter,

'not only are you out trying things and doing challenges,

'but you're also going to the remotest parts of the world.'

So hot and so thirsty.

I feel really sick.

'I've been so lucky,'

because I've got to do things that I could only have dreamed of doing,

-and that's all because of the show.

-And for me,

the whole process of being a Blue Peter presenter has changed me.

It really has changed me as a person.

I've become somebody I never thought I would.

Now you can see why it literally is THE best job in television.

So, with thousands of people interested,

how did we start the search to find the 36th Blue Peter presenter?

Easy, really. We asked people to send us their showreels.

of the world's longest-running children's television programme,

You'll also be leaving with one of the most iconic treasures

that's associated with a job in British television.

Welcome to our first challenge as well,

coming to you from the quite breathtaking settings of Snowdon.

Now, at the end of each challenge

you'll be asked to perform something to camera known as a talent test.

Now, our judges back at Judges' HQ will be judging you on this.

There is some bad news, though.

At the end of this show, only six of you will be going through.

Four will be eliminated.

Oh!

'The surprising news hits hard.'

I'm genuinely shocked. I really thought,

"Oh, we're here now, we're all together, it's really exciting."

Yeah, bit of a bombshell.

I thought maybe two, but four is really intense.

It's quite dramatic, really. No-one really saw that coming.

I'm nervous. It's game on now. I can't relax.

Yeah, just game time now, really.

'So, with four of our ten facing elimination,

'they all know that today, they must impress.'

It's time to set you your first challenge,

which is all about teamwork.

Before we tell you what it is, we've got a couple of people

who know all there is to know about teamwork.

It's our good friends, Barney and Helen.

-'Hi, we're Helen and Barney from Blue Peter.'

-'Yes, we are. Hello.'

Today we know that you are going to be doing a teamwork challenge.

It's very important, teamwork.

You have to work together, you have to earn respect,

you have to trust each other, all working towards one goal.

The live show - I know what you'll say, you know what I'll say.

-I knew you were going to say that.

-If one of us forgets,

the other one picks up, and you can only do that

if you trust and respect each other. Good luck with your challenges.

And, most importantly, have fun.

Right, then, are you ready for your first challenge? Follow us.

'Working together is essential for any Blue Peter presenter,

'so our hopefuls must prove that they can work as a team.'

'What they don't know is that after this challenge,

'they'll have their first talent test

and their first chance to shine in front of the judges.'

OK, so because this is their first challenge,

we thought we'd break them in gently,

do something that's not too demanding.

So, we're going to blindfold them and tie them together.

Not only that, they're going to tackle an assault course,

so this first challenge really is about teamwork.

Right, are you ready? Three, two, one, go!

'They'll each take a turn leading the group.'

I'm going down.

Careful!

'But as this is about teamwork, they'll all need to work together

'to stand any chance of completing this baffling blind course.'

I'm out of the sheet, I'm out of the sheet!

Freddie's in the lead, go on, Freddie!

Guys at the back, it gets steeper, yeah?

Freddie's really good at this team captain business.

He is really good at it.

He's explaining exactly in detail what's going on,

where there's a hill, if you've got to be slow.

-At the back, you all right?

-Yes, fine, Freddo.

'Freddie's doing a good job, but then herding IS in his blood.'

From growing up on a farm, I'm very kind of hands-on.

I like to get stuck into things.

I think I'll always be a country boy at heart.

I'm a fun kind of character, full of energy.

I love just having fun and smiling around the place,

making other people smile.

I feel that I am right for this job.

I will do everything in my powers to get it.

Yes, in this mess here is the next presenter of Blue Peter.

-Right, who's going under the net at the moment?

-Me, Lindsey.

-Right, if we go back a bit so you can go forward.

-Yeah.

Good work, Ben. Did you see that?

He told everyone to be quiet and then he gave his instructions.

'So, Ben's doing his best

'but he's not used to being stuck in one place.'

I've been to an insane number of places.

Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Australia...

There are still so many places that I want to visit.

Why can't I be going somewhere?

I love to laugh, I love having a good time.

HE LAUGHS

But I am ridiculously competitive.

We have a family phrase, which is, "Huntes don't lose."

And second place is not winning.

Let's do this, yeah.

The ten hopefuls are halfway through their first teamwork challenge...

We've got to go over.

..and they're coping well...

..despite the obvious problems.

-You're going that way.

-Which way? I can't see!

But there's still their first ever talent test to come,

and even more outrageous obstacles.

OK, it's Lindsey's turn.

Let's see how she explains the big tyre.

Um...OK...

-I'm going to go through and see what's on the other side.

-Good luck!

SHE SCREAMS

Careful!

The tyre's wet, but on the other side of it

is just, like, an old tarpaulin thing.

Lindsey's just said it's nice and dry on the ground here, so we're

-going to remove this tarpaulin so it's nice and muddy.

-Good idea.

That'll help them.

'Now how to make sure they get proper messy.'

You're going to have to go under that, Lindsey.

-Stay on your hands and knees.

-OK.

-Oh, my goodness.

-What?

-It's so muddy!

'It is only a bit of mud, Lindsey, no need to make a drama out of it.'

I'm energetic, fun, I absolutely love doing drama at university,

and I speak French.

I love drama, messing around with my friends, I absolutely love it.

I think being part of ten is not good enough.

It's pretty good, but I could do better.

I just want to be a Blue Peter presenter.

-OK, Lindsey, you've done your bit. Change.

-OK.

So, it is Emma's turn to lead.

Can she get the hopefuls to the finish line?

-Lindsey, are you at the back?

-No, I'm not attached!

What is that?!

OK, guys, guys, guys. Can I move forward?

Guys!

I don't want to have to count down like a teacher.

'Emma is clearly at home at the top of the class

'and there's a good reason for that.'

I love my job, I love teaching,

I love being creative and having fun.

I enjoy winning, and I do get a little competitive at times.

It sounds so cheesy, but it is,

because that's what I've always said.

You know, I love teaching, I love what I'm doing,

but being on Blue Peter would... be it.

It's now time for your first talent test.

The judges will be viewing this back at Judge HQ.

OK, behind us here, on the rope, we've got ten Blue Peter badges.

When we say so, run towards the badges,

take one off, it will tell you which team you're going to be in.

-Are you ready?

-ALL: Yes.

-Go.

OK, so over here we've got the Doms.

And over here we've got the Dicks.

Right, then, you've got to make up a story of how your team

worked together in the last challenge.

And the story's got to be continuous.

So let's say, for example, Freddie, you would start a story,

do 15 seconds,

-and then the story's got to continue from each person.

-OK?

-Yes.

-Great.

You've got stopwatches to make sure you don't go over the allotted time.

The time starts now.

'The talent tests are our hopefuls' chance to

'show their presenting skills to the judges.'

-You see, I reckon you start.

-I'll start.

'They must speak to the camera with energy,

'enthusiasm and remember to make complete sense.'

It's hard, isn't it?

'Failure to do so could mean they face elimination at Judges' HQ.'

Ready, steady, go.

'And with only six people going through to the next round

'the heat is on to deliver.'

It puts a little bit more pressure on,

knowing that the judges are going to be scrutinising us.

Hopefully, they'll take on good points as well as bad points

that we can work on as well,

and put it all together and see who they want.

I'll be sad to see some people go, but...I want to win.

'With the clock ticking, everyone's keen to get cracking

'and in Team Dom, Shona's taking control.

I will do this when you're done, or do you want me to tell you to stop?

-All right.

-OK.

'But for her, it is all in a day's work.'

I work behind the scenes in television at the moment.

My day-to-day job is briefing presenters, telling them

what they need to do.

So we're going to start with a VT about the best exit...

It's always been my dream to be a Blue Peter presenter

since I was watching as a little girl.

So this is what I really love to do - use my creative side

and just get on my sewing machine.

I think, when it comes to something like this, that I want

so badly and is a dream for me,

I might get a little bit competitive.

And here's one I made earlier.

Team Dom! Whoo!

'Over at Team Dick, they're wondering about a more creative approach.'

Are we going to make it like a song or a rap?

It's supposed to be presenting, isn't it, so I think

let's think about what we're going to say first

-and then if it works, it works.

-All right, cool, cool.

'Andy's taking charge...'

-Ready?

-Yeah, ready.

But then he's used to competing against the clock.

I'm pretty determined. When I set my sights on something, I go for it.

But I don't take things too seriously, I think.

This is extremely important.

To have the chance to be a Blue Peter presenter

would be a dream for me.

Oh, look, I seem to have stumbled onto the top of the podium.

Maybe this is a sign of things to come on the Blue Peter challenges.

'Time is up. And time to see if our ten presenters can do the job.

'First, it's Team Dick.'

So we met Dick and Dom at the top of the hill, where our first

challenge was revealed. This was an obstacle course.

To make things even harder, we then find out

we had to be blindfolded and attached to each other.

From there, it was three things - mud, mud and more mud.

So, the first two leaders were myself and Ross

and during this time, it was finding out

how we were going to communicate as a team.

Was the leader going to shout to everyone and tell them what to do?

By obstacle number three, I think we'd got it sorted.

Just about, but not quite.

The next challenge was the net, which was the hardest of them yet,

and considering we'd only just met each other,

we definitely had a lot of bums to faces going on.

However, we battled it through

and then we just wondered, "What's going to be next?"

Oh, they had plenty for us next. From drama to drama.

We now had to wiggle our way through a tyre filled with bog.

This definitely took the person in front and the person behind

helping you shift your way through, but we made it together.

And then we got to the end - the final, final obstacle.

This was where the most important part of the teamwork came in.

Encouraging each other and celebrating

when we all got there and won.

So we slid through the tunnel and that was it.

-Great teamwork, well done!

-CHEERING

'So a good start by Team Dick. No pressure, Team Dom.'

This is the story of the blind trail challenge.

I was the first team leader,

we were ready to go, but we were blindfolded.

It was completely pitch black.

We couldn't see a thing in front of us, so we were excited,

but also a little bit scared because we had no idea what was ahead of us.

We made it towards the first obstacle, we got it over,

easy-peasy, just the bench. And then, what happened next?

And then the net came. So, the net broke ourselves.

It was really emotional, I was the team leader for that.

I had to get my team through an army net on the floor.

It was cold, it was claustrophobic, we really started arguing,

there were a few tears, but then...

We emerged out of the net

and we realised it was the perfect opportunity to bring our morale

back up, so voices got going again,

the smiles came out, high-fives running down the line,

and we were ready for the next obstacle, which was...

Oh, yes, the next obstacle was the tyre.

We had to figure out a way to get ten people through a tyre.

Were we going to go leg first, headfirst? In the end,

we had to go bum first and leg first into the bog, and then came...

Oh, yes, we were down, we were dirty.

We got ourselves back up, just to get ourselves back down again.

I was team-leading, I took us through the barrel.

We crawled through as fast as we could just to emerge

gloriously as a team!

-CHEERING

-Yes, Team Dom!

'An amazing job by both teams. Great stories, and in perfect time.

'It's going to be a tough decision for those judges.'

There's nearly half of us going home after today

so...it's nerve-racking, it really is nerve-racking.

I'd love to say, "I think I've got it, I think I'm there."

I don't, I am feeling nervous.

It does hit home that you're not here just for fun and games.

You're here... Someone's going to get the Blue Peter job.

'So our hopefuls have just embarked on the biggest challenge

'of their lives.'

One of you will become the third presenter of Blue Peter.

'Coming up, the ten are pushed to their limits.'

Go, go, go!

'They face the judges in Judges' HQ.'

Unfortunately, four of you will be leaving us today.

'Have they got what it takes to be the next Blue Peter presenter?'

With the morning activities complete, it's time to crank up the heat with

a super tough challenge, but first we've decided to have a little break.

"Gone fishing, come find us."

I think that way. They must be near.

We went out fishing when you were doing the talent test

and our dinghy's got blown over, so we need you to help us.

Luckily, by some unbelievable coincidence,

your next challenge is to build a raft.

-A raft?

-A raft.

It's time to put yourselves into your two teams.

The Doms have to rescue me.

And the Dicks have to rescue me.

There's a special prize for the winning team.

Hurry up, it's flipping freezing!

'So, for the next challenge, our hopefuls have to build a raft

'and race to our rescue.

'Their teamwork skills will be tested to the max.

'This really is sink or swim.'

Right, let's go back for some poles.

'In Team Dick, we have Andy, Isaac, Hettie, Kerry and Emma.'

My feet are wet.

'And in Team Dom, we have Shona, Freddie and Ben,

'and Lindsey and Ross.'

They've got to, once they've picked us up, take us down

to the other end of the lake

and although it looks like a nice, clear, sunny day, it is cold.

Let's just hope that they float.

Shall we get a floor plan laid out?

The weakest points are where we put the barrels.

If something goes wrong there and we lose one then it's game over.

'In Team Dom, Ross already has a plan, but then this is his thing.'

I work as a science communicator, which basically means that

I help people to understand science.

There's nothing better than seeing the reactions on people's faces

when you show them something incredible.

When I'm in a group situation, I tend to take the role of a leader.

I like to come up with a lot of ideas.

A real human brain.

I want this more than anything.

And so, hopefully, we can go from 20,000 to just 1.

That's Team Dom sorted, how about Team Dick?

How are we going to put this together?

I'm lost, I'm not going to lie, I am completely lost.

Looks like I'm going to be out here for some time.

-So, no-one here went to Girl Guides or Scouts?

-No!

-Great.

'Kerry might be regretting that now.

'Growing up, she was too busy busting some moves.'

Dance has been a very important part of my life

since I was about six or seven.

There's lots of different styles

and sorts of different ways

to express your emotion and your feelings.

I'm going to stand out from the others

by just remaining true to myself.

I'm going to give you

all of my Kerry and Berry-isms, I like to call it.

This is what I want to do.

I'm really passionate about it. I'm going to go for it.

Team Dick, Team Dom, you have 15 minutes left!

-Oh, my goodness!

None of us are 100% sure on quite what we're doing.

On the plus side, we can all swim.

'So, Team Dick could be in trouble, and to make matters worse,

'they're about to find out it's time for their second Talent Test.

'The idea of this one is to see how good they are

'at telling us what's happening when they're under pressure.

'So when we shout out..'

Right, Shona, it's your turn!

'..they've got to go straight to a camera and give us an update.'

So, things are looking good with the raft.

We're just bolstering our buoyancy aids on each corner there.

We're just trying to get as much tightness

with that rope straight round

so that it's just going to hold it really nicely in place.

Isaac, it's your turn!

One problem we're trying to work out is the rope situation.

Once that rope's all tied, we'll be sorted.

Go on, Ross!

We're checking all the knots,

we're making sure that everyone's got something to do

and there's no-one that doesn't have a job.

So we best get back to it.

So their second Talent Tests are under way,

and my team's raft is definitely taking shape.

all I wanted to do was be a footballer.

I mean, even doing keepy-uppys, you need a certain degree of skill.

To become a Blue Peter presenter would be massively important to me.

You need to be calm, be relaxed, confident.

When it comes to competition time,

it's all about winning, at the end of the day.

And when it goes wrong like that, you've just got to deal with it.

But it did float and I didn't get wet,

so I'll give you 100 points for that. That's all that matters.

Can our exhausted ten find the energy to present their raft race story?

So, how did I go about winning this gorgeous medal?

Well, I'm going to carry you along the story

and put you in my now very soggy shoes.

We basically began with no plan at all.

We just decided to tie ropes round the wood and round the barrel

in a kind of square formation.

I have to be honest with you,

I've never built a raft before, so it's slightly daunting.

But from the outset, Team Dom just had such a positive mental attitude.

We all kind of got a little bit too keen and went gung ho,

so we were strapping things together...

We had a Plan A, a Plan B, a Plan C, a Plan D.

I don't know how many plans we had.

The craft that we finally made, we were convinced it was going

to sink, and as I stood on that shore, I was quite scared.

I thought I was going to go in.

I didn't think we would rescue him. I thought would be a disaster.

Start of the race came, and that was

when they really gelled as a team,

got into a rhythm of, "Dom! Dom! Dom! Dom!"

And then, that's when we saw Dom in his bright yellow jacket,

shining like a beacon of light and we thought, "We have done this!"

We got all the way over to Dick, we got him on board, and you know what,

he didn't get to sit in his VIP seat,

but he did get to help us paddle.

The guys I've worked with are absolutely fantastic.

It was a credit to all of them. Would I do it again? 110%.

In the end, we won, I got this awesome medal,

and Team Dick should have known not to mess with Team Dom. All right!

I mean, they've been pushed to the limits.

But, as we know, that's what you expect from a Blue Peter presenter.

They've been brilliant. But they've done all they can.

Their fate is in the hands of the judges.

our ten hopefuls will be cut down to just three finalists.

After that, they will face your vote.

I grew up watching it.

I would have done anything to get my hands on a Blue Peter badge.

who is going to feel like they're a friend to the viewers.

I kind of feel a huge responsibility to what I'm about to undertake.

I was an actor on Waterloo Road. I played Harry Fisher.

I then started presenting Friday Download on CBBC.

And I also present on the channel,

doing the live links in between shows.

I mean, this is a Blue Peter presenter. They become icons.

But all the hopefuls can do is wait.

You seem like you've really bonded.

The fact that four have got to go.

There's only one badge and only one of these ten can get the job.

-I'm feeling more nervous than I ever have.

To be given this opportunity has just been the best

experience of my life.

But then, to leave it would just be horrible.

Guys, hello, and welcome to Judges' HQ.

We know all of you very much want to be

the next Blue Peter presenter,

but unfortunately, four of you will be leaving us today.

It's pretty staggering that out of 20,000 people, you're the final ten.

I work a lot on the channel,

what the kids are like and what their interests are, and it's going

to be really interesting to see which of you have what it takes.

You are here to earn what I have never earned,

and that is a Blue Peter badge.

Being a Blue Peter presenter is one of the best jobs on television,

but you've got to earn it.

Right, your first challenge was all about teamwork.

We've watched all of your talent tests. Andy, you're up first.

Pretty dodgy at first, we weren't quite sure what we would do.

We didn't quite have a plan and you know what, it's not the prettiest

of rafts, but fingers crossed it's going to float.

Andy, never easy to go first.

I liked that you were engaging with the action that was going on.

However, you can already see the action.

It's good to reference it a couple of times

but I think you turn around four times in all. That's quite a lot.

You did it very well, I thought. I liked it very much.

I thought you were very inclusive

because you were bringing the audience with you.

-You did it in a very natural way.

-Thank you.

The audience was captivated on you but you just said "Do you know what"

a few times. I did pick up on "Do you know what."

Apart from that, really good.

So Andy's done. How will the others fare?

The judges felt three of our hopefuls struggled with their style.

We started the challenge and we all started to get together

and put together lots of different ideas.

We're all really confident people

and we all had quite strong ideas for what should be done,

but in the end, I think we came up with the best option.

We were strapping things together. We had a plan A, plan B, plan C...

I don't know how many plans we had.

I cant wait to get out there, really. Just a bit cold.

All right, I want to get back cos they need the muscles. Let's go!

They thought Freddie was a bit OTT.

How did you find watching that tape back?

I'm a bit, "Aaaaaahh!"

You've got to try and ground yourself.

I don't want you to go the other way and stand stilted.

You just need to keep it, "yeah, this is great,"

but not, "YEAH!" Because then it's just wow!

It's just trying to find that nice divide.

Hettie needed to put the brakes on.

Hettie, very good but I feel exhausted.

Yeah!

You're too fast, waving the hands about and things.

There's a lot of kung fu ninja stuff going on here.

I really like you, I think you're adorable.

Don't jeopardise it for yourself. Be a warrior woman!

And Ross was just trying too hard.

Your content was great

but your delivery could have been a lot better.

There just seemed to be so much going on.

You didn't slip up but I don't actually know what you said either

because you didn't make it memorable.

I know I can do more, I know I can do better.

I struggled to rein it in.

I don't need to say all of this. I can get away with saying that.

-Less is more.

-Yeah.

For two of the hopefuls,

Myleene thought it was a case of don't forget the day job.

Team Dom just had such a positive mental attitude

so we just went chanting, "Team Dom, Team Dom,"

and as we were going, that just kept the morale up.

It's been horrible. I'm not going to lie, it's been awful.

I feel really disappointed because we really haven't got the vision.

I want to be positive but I'm not too sure.

I like you a lot but you're a schoolteacher.

You are with those children every single day.

-You need to draw on those experiences and you panicked.

-Absolutely.

You totally panicked.

Miss Shona. One thing you have over this group is you've got

a lot of experience behind the camera.

Is there a big difference between being a producer and a presenter?

There is, but I think I've learned a lot from being a producer

that I'd like to bring in front of camera.

-Obviously, here and now we're getting it. Put it on there.

-Yeah.

For the next three hopefuls, there was good and bad news.

We got down to the shore with our boat and then it was go time.

Three, two, one, we were off.

-The race was going.

-"Go, go, go!"

-we were yelling.

We're just going to keep lashing and doing ropes and hope for the best.

That is basically what our plan is right now.

I was on Team Dom and the main aim of our challenge was to create

a raft of barrels and wood and rope.

In the end, we won. I got this awesome medal

and Team Dick should have known not to mess with Team Dom.

Ben went on to cause an argument between the judges.

Maybe sometimes be less happy.

I do not know what you are talking about, about not being smiley.

The difference with smiling, he verges on laughing,

that's all I'm saying.

Eamonn thought Lindsay needed to bring it up to date.

Have you ever heard of a children's programme called Jackanory?

Yeah.

-What do they do on Jackanory?

-Tell a story to children.

Do you know what you did? You told it, you didn't speak it.

It might feel like we're on a real downer here,

but there's a lot of good points.

-I'm annoyed how I presented myself.

-I'd be annoyed too.

-Really angry.

I'd be annoyed if I was you, because you're better than that.

And the judges wondered what happened to Kerry.

You're feisty, I like that you're strong. A proper South London girl.

-I want to see that.

-Yeah. That is me.

I feel like that may have been my weakest one, to be fair.

Show us some of the banter.

And finally, it was Isaac's turn.

We start off very excited, very optimistic,

but I'm not going to lie, we didn't start very well.

We spent actually half the time building the raft,

taking it apart, to make an absolutely...very average raft.

That was only 30 seconds long.

If I'm asked to do a minute, I can't do 30 seconds and be like, "So..."

You have to be able to fill that time.

You failed the challenge.

Having said that, you are chilled, you are laid back,

and all my presenting heroes are those things.

so as we enter into our final deliberations,

So the judges must now make some tough decisions.

All the ten hopefuls can do is wait.

How are you feeling?

-You were kicking yourself at one point.

-So angry at myself.

When you see it on the screen in front of everyone

and you have to stand there and take criticism.

It was all constructive, but...

We still do it with stuff we do today.

You watch it back and go, "If only I'd just done it slightly different."

I just know I can do so much better.

-Just in the moment it became too much.

-It went a bit crazy.

And the judges are feeling the pressure too.

The bottom line is we are going to have to say goodbye to four people.

Well, where do you begin with that?

Is it the case that this guy is a fantastic presenter

and he can do it, but maybe this is not the right show for him?

I've seen too many presenters like her.

Don't think I get this guy.

There's definitely something there

but is there enough time to get it out?

Is it just me or has this guy got something?

I, having seen what we've seen today, can find three people.

I've got three.

-But the fourth person is a struggle.

-We need the fourth.

I think him. Agreed?

-Yes.

-Yes.

There they are, waiting to go in.

It's absolute silence now,

they're not even talking to each other any more.

-They're that nervous.

-You really feel for them.

You can see it in her eyes, can't you?

You know how much this means to them. It really does.

It's going to change their lives if they get this or go home now.

-I'm nervous myself.

-Think how they must feel.

It has been very tough, I can promise you that, but we have finally

reached a decision as to which four of you are going to be leaving us

Looking at you guys, you are all so different.

Each of your skill sets is very different.

However, what we did find is that one person struggled

to connect as a presenter and engage us with their stories.
