Remember I said that you often get a rainbow when it's sunny AND rainy.

That's what the first bit of our song is all about.

we bring the other arm up and out like this.

Then we can wiggle our fingers

to show the rain going through them.

which is kind of fiery and hot.

The question is, how do you dance a colour?

That's what we're gonna look at now

as we try to find some moves for the verses of our song.

One way is to look at something that is that colour

and see if it gives you some ideas.

What about...blue?

Yeah, the sky, that's blue.

And so is the sea.

Let's think, you could pretend to be swimming in the sea.

Or you could pretend to be a fish

swimming underneath the water.

Or maybe you could be the sea itself

and make some wavy moves...

like this.

Let's have a look at what blue moves the Boogie Bunch have got for us.

Another way is to look at a colour and see how it makes you feel.

How does red make you feel?

Well, it makes me feel spiky,

so I'm gonna do some spiky moves like this.

And it also makes me feel angry, so I'm gonna stamp my feet

as if I'm angry.

I wonder what ideas the Boogie Bunch have come up with

for the colour red.
