and interview some of the cast from the Avengers movie.

What superpower would we have if we could choose?

If we could be a superpower?

I absorb superpowers. So, basically, when I'm in my team there,

I absorb all the powers around me.

So your superpower as just almost like a cheat

so you can get every superpower?

What if... do you have to be close to the person?

No, I can sense them. On my cape, you didn't see it,

I have an all-seeing eye. That helps me sense.

So this is the popping routine.

Hello, guys. Welcome to TV and Movie Download.

Guys, I know there are some superheroes out there.

Can you guess what film I went to see this week?

I don't know how you do it sometimes. Yes, I went to see Avengers Assemble.

Now, you might remember I talked about that last series

and I was like,

"It was the most downloaded clip on iTunes, 10 million times."

I have seen it and it didn't disappoint.

Loki, Thor's brother, evil brother, should I say,

is trying to take over the earth with his army of evil aliens.

It is down to Nick Fury, played by Samuel L Jackson,

to assemble the ultimate superhero team.

The team consists of Thor, Hulk, Captain America, Iron Man,

Black Widow and Hawkeye.

Will they do it? You will have to watch it to find out.

The special effects are amazing,

and just to see all the superheroes in one movie,

I was like, "Yes! Get in!"

"Hulk smash!"

However, one downside is that it was a little bit long,

you could maybe cut 20 minutes out but overall an amazing film.

Now, another little teaser for you.

I actually went to meet some of the stars from Avengers.

with different skills.

I would like to dance like Aidan or sing like Dionne.

Which skill would you steal from the other Avengers?

I would like to do Thor. I would like to play with Mjolnir.

I think Bruce Banner is a really good time, actually.

Would you feel the urge to get him really annoyed?

I would want to walk down the street and to try and trip him up

and make him fall over.

I would also like to be Agent Coulson.

Because not too many men can wear a suit that well

and say one-liners like that.

OK, next up is Disney's documentary film African Cats.

I was a little bit, "Is this going to be any good?"

But I can say that I really enjoyed it. The cinematography was amazing.

I sat there just going, "Wow. This is lovely to watch."

African Cats follows two different cat families,

the cheetahs and the lions, and how they bring up their younglings

in the African wild.

The cheetah have to bring up their cubs by not letting

anything like hyenas attack them, and training them to live on their own.

Whereas the lion pack,

bringing up their cubs is a little bit more difficult

because on the other side of the river is another pack of lions,

Kali and his four sons, who will try and dominate everywhere.

I really loved it so let's take a look at African Cats.

Family bonds between these ruthless fighters are very strong.

But there's also fierce rivalry between them.

They all want the crown.

But Kali is their father

and he lets them know that he is still king.

LIONS ROAR

They are the most powerful force in the land.

A little funny fact I liked about the film is,

at the end of the credits,

they use animals and say they did jobs in the film.

For example, the giraffe was the crane operator.

Cos of its long neck!

Got me every time. OK, next up is The House of Anubis,

and this is back for a new series, bigger and better.

In this series, they are going looking for the Mask of Anubis.

However, it's under the house and they have to go through tunnels,

use ancient artefacts to get through the tunnels - and there's a catch.

There's a time limit, and if they don't get the Mask of Anubis in time,

a ghost will return and take them away.

Terrifying times indeed.

Let's have a look at The House Of Anubis.

The first game we're doing today

is a skilful football game, FIFA Street.

One of the key ideas of the game is

it's not how many goals you score, it's how you score them.

Aidan! I tell you what, I was playing this, yeah,

-and I lost three-nil.

-Oh, I'm amazing at this game.

Look at it, it's through his legs, turns around,

-finesse, bottom right corner.

-Dionne, what do you think?

Em... Yeah, it's great.

-They run quite slow, though.

-Yeah, but in my opinion,

it's more about the tricks and stuff, so I'm really keen on it.

Describe to us what you're doing, Aidan.

I'm England, playing against Brazil

and I am winning three-nil

-because I am just so cool.

-Cos you're just sick.

The tricks of this game... You made me lose, putting that out there.

-Sorry, mate.

I like it as it's kind of quickfire.

The halves are five minutes, real time

and there's about 12 seconds left so see if you get another goal.

Overall impressions of the game?

From my point of view, I don't know if I could play this...

-Really?

-..for more than 30 seconds.

I really like it.

I like all the tricks to master. Obviously you have to practise them,

you won't be able to master the harder expert tricks.

The easiest bit to do is when you're moving around.

One thing, though. All other football games,

you know you can sprint to catch up with people. You can't on this.

It gets frustrating. You're like, "Catch up with him!"

The tackling's really annoying, because they just go...

Unless the ball is there, there's no way you'll get it.

You got to depend on your keeper.

So overall, yeah, I'd say it's a pretty sick game

but that was FIFA Street. now it's time for Tyger Versus

so if we could welcome the rest of our presenters.

So it's Weekend Download, and time to meet our new presenter Kieran.

Kieran is a bit of an action man, so who better to do some sports

combined with gymnastics and martial arts?

Why don't we take a look at him in action?

Hi, guys. Kieran here. And welcome to Weekend Download.

I'm pretty into my action sports

so when I heard about something called tricking, I had to know more.

Tricking - a mixture of acrobatics,

breakdancing and martial arts. It started in the '90s

by a group of kids in California messing around.

Still a relatively new sport, it's growing fast.

We're Genetrics, and we're the UK's leading tricking team.

Safety is everything, or you won't be tricking for long.

You need a good facility with good coaches. A place

like this is perfect - soft mats, crash mats, foam pits.

If you really want to learn and think you can, it's not that hard

as long as you start from the basics and work your way up.

THEY LAUGH

-Hi, guys. So you're Genetrics.

-We're Genetrics, yeah.

-You guys are a tricking group.

-That's right.

-What is tricking?

Tricking is a combination of martial arts, acrobatics,

gymnastics, breakdancing, all combined into one.

What's the difference with free running?

The difference between free running and tricking

is that unlike free running, which is usually done in an urban environment,

over obstacles and things, tricking is mainly done

in a gym or any flat-surfaced area.

I do a little bit of free running,

so I've been dying to know, can I have I go?

-Definitely. Let's see what you've got.

-OK.

THEY CLAP

Oh, yes! Nice.

Very impressive. Let's start teaching you a few trickling moves.

Let's start with the scoot, the basic move.

It's good to transition into harder things from

so...

That's what it looks like. Nice and easy.

So what we're going to do, face the way you want to travel,

step your left foot back,

your left hand comes down in front,

you want to reach quite far

and pull your back leg through.

Land on that leg, and swing up into whatever move you like from there.

So let's have a go.

Yes! Very nice.

Now let's work up from the scoot

and add a move to it. A back tuck's probably the most basic thing.

So, scoot,

and then back tuck.

-Oh...

-So, I'm sure you can do it.

Yes! Nice.

Easy. Very impressive. I think you're ready

to learn the next move. We're going to go for a gumbie.

What you're going to do, you'll step your right leg across,

this hand goes on the floor,

reach the other one behind your head

and look forward at the floor. I'll demonstrate.

There you go. Do you understand it?

So if you'd like to try that.

Yes! Very nice.

Better than mine.

Phew! I'm out of breath!

If that looked hard, don't worry.

It's easier to get into tricking than you think.

First find a gym near you with all the safety equipment you need.

Crash mats and foam pits are a must.

Then you need to find out what your abilities are

cos everyone's different.

A cartwheel is a good one to start with.

On a mat, raise both hands, then raise your strongest leg forward.

Place that leg on the floor

and lean over onto your arm,

so that it takes the weight of your body.

Keep the momentum going so your legs are split and above your head,

pushing off with your hands until you're back on your feet.

I had absolutely no experience whatever with gymnastics or dancing.

It's something anyone can pick up. As long as you don't push yourself

to do anything outside your comfort zone, you be fine.

Once you've mastered it, you can start the harder stuff.

But one step at a time. Remember,

you must only try it on a soft surface.

Don't try anything as complex as these guys.

So guys,

the big question is, do you think I'm good enough to join your team?

Uh... Yeah, I should think so.

As long as you can do this trick.

I'm going to try and impress you with a card trick,

then teach you how to do it.

So I'm with my beautiful assistant Ceallach.

-Right, now, Cel.

-Yep.

I've got a regular deck of cards. I'd like you to pick a card.

-Any card?

-But just examine they're regular first.

They are indeed. I'll show these to the...

-Just a regular pack.

-I'll give them a little shuffle, is that all right?

Fine. Give them a little shuff.

-There we are.

-Now I'm going to spell them out for you.

-OK.

-So now you can choose a card.

-Go for...

Show everyone apart from me.

-You happy, Cel? The card's hidden?

-I'm happy.

Now, you're going to hold on to the card for a bit longer.

And to make it even harder for me to find your card,

look what I'll do to the deck.

I'll get some of the cards and turn them upside-down.

Then I'll get some more, including them, and turn them upside-down.

Get even more and turned that all upside down,

and then get even more and turn that all upside down,

and get even more and turn that all upside down, OK?

So now there are cards that are back-to-back,

there are cards that are face up, face down, OK?

Basically, the cards are really, really muddled,

-and now, you've got your card, yeah?

-Yeah.

You're going to give it to me, but I'm not going to look at it,

you can watch my eyes. It's face down, yeah? I've got it.

I'm just going to bury it somewhere in this pack,

I'm going to cut the pack so it's completely hidden

-in a completely muddled deck, yeah?

-Yeah.

With a little flick, a little magical flick,

actually, what has happened is all the cards are the same way round...

-No way.

-..except for one card.

-Don't do this to me.

Don't do this to me.

-Can you take that out for me?

-No.

-Can you take that one out for me?

-Yep.

-Now, is that your card?

AUDIENCE: Yes! CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

That's insane.

-That's insane.

-Thanks, mate.

-You turn the cards.

-Yeah.

This is slightly more complicated than your average Just For Laughs,

so you'll have to practise for longer on this one.

After your homework obviously.

Basically, what I do is I give the cards a little bend,

so they've got a little bend my hand.

So, now when I do this, and do all this.

Remember the top half is going to be one way,

the bottom half is going to be the other way

and because they're different ways,

from the front of the pack, it looks fairly normal

but from the back of the pack, you can see I've got this partition.

The top proportion of the deck I know is all face up

and the bottom proportion of the deck is all face down.

So, you guys don't know this, but I know this, so I'm one step ahead.

I take Ceal's card back. What I don't do is I don't put it in the slot.

I actually put it

-face down in the top half...

-Which is facing up!

..in the top pack which is facing up.

So that goes in there.

Then I say, "To make it even fairer, I'm going to cut the pack,"

and then what I do is I get this bit,

cut the entire pack, so now every card in the pack

is the right way round, apart from Ceal's card.

-Dah!

-So you might have to rewind this a couple of times

and practise it because it's quite complicated,

but if you master it, you will be the king of card tricks.

You'll be the coolest kid around.

They did Mrs Right and I think that went down pretty well.

I know it's really hard to get them two amazing songs

and they've got them.

They can dance. If you see the dancing in the video.

They dance, sing and they've got the little rap each.

Yeah, I think they're pretty good.

Now my next pick is Maverick Sabre with We Used To Have It All.

I love this.

In this week's Style Download, Shannon Flynn from Waterloo Road

goes to Enfield to visit Harry

and gives him some tips for his camping trip.

Hi, I'm Shannon and welcome to Style Download.

Harry's 10. He likes playing snooker, cricket and he has two cats,

and he loves ice cream.

He's in the Cub Scouts and he's got a camping trip coming up,

so I'm here to make sure he's ready for any eventuality.

Oh, and he does not know it yet, so let's go and surprise him.

-Hi, Harry.

-I'm here to help you with your camping trip.

-Can I come in?

-Yeah.

So, Harry, tell me about yourself.

I'm into sports and I'm part of the Cub Scouts.

-Right, and you've got your big camping trip coming up.

-Yes.

-I'm here to make sure you're 100% prepared.

-OK.

I'm good at what to do when camping,

but I'm not really sure with all the practical stuff.

So if you teach me how to put up a tent,

I'll help with everything else. A good trade?

-Yeah, sounds good.

-Cool. I'll meet you outside.

-OK.

There you are. I'm going to need your help with this.

That's my old tent. This is my new one.

Oh. That makes it easier. Time for stage two. Let's get inside.

So if the most important thing about camping is your tent,

and the second most important thing could be a snack.

-Are you a fan of a snack?

-Well, you could say that.

-Cool.

-We're going to make something called s'mores.

-What is a s'more?

All you need is a bar of chocolate, a packet of biscuits,

some wooden skewers and, most importantly, a bag of marshmallows.

-Sounds interesting.

-Watch and learn, Harry, watch and learn.

And finally, you skewer the marshmallow onto a stick

and hold it over the campfire, with adult supervision of course.

-There's only one problem, we haven't got a campfire.

-Oh, yeah.

I guess we'll have two throw them away then. Only kidding!

we can cheat and use the microwave as well. Come on.

Leave in the microwave for about 10 seconds, but make sure

you allow to cool before touching as they can be very hot.

OK. That's snacks sorted, now for games.

Up to your bedroom for this one.

Now, you might be wondering why there's a tent in your room.

All will become clear once I give you this. And do this.

Follow me in the tent.

Now I'm going to teach you the best game to play in a tent ever.

Shadow puppets.

The aim of the game is to guess what animal

the other person is making with the hand shadows.

To do a rabbit, it's like this.

And then to do a swan, it's like this.

-OK.

-Now you try.

You're a natural.

OK, let's get out because I've got one final thing to show you.

So imagine it's pitch black

and you can't find your tent even with a torch.

-What do you do?

-Sleep on the grass?

Good answer but wrong. You use these.

Glow-in-the-dark stickers so you can pinpoint your tent wherever it is.

-Cool.

-Let's get sticking.

Camping is great fun,

but it can be even more fun if you follow these simple tips.

Step one - find a tent you're comfortable putting up.

Some of them can be pretty tough to put up,

but a pop-up tent is easy and costs as little as £20.

Step two - creating s'mores, your campfire snack.

You'll need a packet of marshmallows,

wooden skewers, digestive biscuits and a slab of chocolate.

Once the campfire is going, slide one of your marshmallows onto a skewer

and hold it at a safe distance over the fire for a few seconds

while supervised by an adult at all times.

Slide the hot marshmallow onto one of your biscuits, being careful

not to touch, and place a piece of chocolate on top.

Once cool enough, you can start to eat. Delicious.

And the best part is, if you don't have a campfire

you can do them in the microwave at home.

Just leave them in for 10 seconds.

Step three - a great way to make the most of the dark

is by playing a game like shadow puppets.

Shine a torch against the side of your tent

while making animal shapes with your hands.

'Your friend must guess the animal from the shadow,

'either from inside the tent or outside.

'To make a rabbit...

'Then, using your other hand...'

My favourite part of the day was probably meeting Shannon.

I think I got the better end of the deal,

because I put up the tent and that was easy.

But Shannon taught me a lot more.

So, the good news is, Harry is ready and packed for his big camping trip.

But the bad news is, it's not until next week.
