Hello and welcome to Style Booth

where today I've got another great hair tip to show you.

Now, if you've ever wondered how to get you here like this

and thought it was too difficult, then think again.

I'm going to show you how to do it in no time at all.

So all you need is some of this, hair, at least shoulder length.

And one of these, a bobble.

So what you want to do is you want to scrape all of your hair over

to one side of your head. And then separate it into two bunches.

And then, take a small section from the outside of one of your bunches

and pass it over to the other.

And then do the same on the other side.

Just take a small section and then pass it over.

So don't worry if it's not perfect because it's not meant to be.

That's the whole point.

Then what you want to do is secure it with your hair band,

and then you're just going to pull the edges of your plat

so it goes looser.

And that is how you make a fishtail plat in just a few minutes.

And, if you missed any of that, here it is again.

Step one, scrape all your hair over to one side

and separate into two bunches.

Step two, take a small section from the outside of one of your bunches

and pass it over to the other and pull tight.

Repeat the process on the other side. And then tie off with a hair band.

Step three, pull apart the plaits to give it that ruffled look.

And then you're ready to go.

So now it's time for the Style Booth test.

Welcome to Style Download.

"Aidan, what are you going to teach us today?"

I will answer that question, but not verbally.

I'm going to do it visually.

Today I'm going to teach you the hanky look.

It may look simple but there is more to this than meets the eye.

All you need is, a square bit of material which matches

the colour of your accessories.

First of all, if you pull it out as a square.

But, you may notice, there is a quarter of this missing.

I will tell you why.

Number one is that it doesn't work that well

if it is a massive square shape so you do need

to make it into this arrow.

Number two, the square here can be used for a pocket square.

It is a nice little touch, all you do is take it,

cut it out, fold it

into a nice little square the same shape as your pocket,

then tuck it in and pull it up a little bit

so you can see a tiny bit, about a centimetre.

That matches your watch which will then match your hanky.

Good little tip.

Now all we need to do is fold it in half, then we hold the corner

opposite to the corner that's been cut out, grab the bottom end,

flip it over again.

And then do this a few times.

Then you move it around so you don't have a big lump in your back pocket.

And then just push it down.

And THAT is IT.

Here it is again.

Pick a square piece of material that matches your outfit.

Cut a quarter of the material and use that material

to fold into a pocket square.

Fold the remaining material in half,

make sure it's fully scrunched up

before tucking it into your back pocket like so.

And that is how you achieve the hanky look.

But no Style Download could be completed without the ultimate test,

so to test the hanky in the best way possible,

a quick draw sneeze off.

Hi, guys, welcome to Weekend Download.

I'm Danny and today I'm in Kent to learn how to shake my booty.

I'm not really sure what that means, but I think I'm going to find out.

I'm Sade and I'm a hula-hoop artist.

What got me started was I was in the park in the summer

and I saw some girl hula-hooping on her foot.

And I thought, "Wow, I want to do that."

For me, the best part about hula-hooping

is when I'm on my own with my hula-hoop

and I can just spin round really, really fast

and make myself really dizzy.

Today, I'm going to be helped out by brother and sister, Harry and Rosie,

who are both fans of this show.

There's one minor detail I haven't mentioned yet.

They think they're coming out for a shopping day with their mum.

But how wrong they are!

They'll be arriving in a second, so I'll go and surprise them.

-I'm Harry.

-I'm Rosie.

-I'm ten.

-I'm...I'm eight.

BOTH: And we're brother and sister.

Sometimes we get on well, but sometimes we don't.

You don't have any clue what's going on, do you?

and this is Sade - she's, like, some super-awesome hula-hooper.

So if you come over here, we'll learn how to do some hula-hooping today.

-Ready?

-Yeah.

-I can hula-hoop the longest.

-That's not true.

Excuse me!

-I can hula-hoop the longest, actually.

-No, you can't.

So you want to get your hula-hoop, place it over your head,

put your feet apart from each other.

Make sure the hula-hoop's touching your back.

Your hands are a nice width apart.

And keep the hula-hoop nice and straight when you throw it.

When you throw it, throw it in a straight line

round your stomach.

And keep moving your hips in a circle.

If you feel it starting to fall down,

then you can spin around in a circle.

Makes it a little bit easier.

So the thing to remember here is to keep the hoop nice and straight when

you throw it. Rock your hips and spin round if you feel like it's falling.

Next trick we'll try is the lasso.

We want to take the hula-hoop like we did before,

and spin it round our waist.

I'll take my left hand

and put it on my right hip.

And when I feel comfortable and ready, I'll move my left arm

up to the top with the hula-hoop still spinning on it.

And spin round and move your arm upwards.

So put your left hand on your right hip and move your left arm up

while it's still spinning, so it ends up on your hand.

Simple!

So you've all got pretty amazing now at hula-hooping,

so we can play hoop wars.

The aim of the game is to knock the opponent's hula-hoop off them

with your own hula-hoop.

So no cheating, no hands involved.

So before we start, we'll switch the lights off and do it in the dark.

How do you feel about that?

Yes!

Let's do it.

'Hoop wars is a fun game to practise.

'Try and knock off other people's hoops using just your own hoop.'

There's three main things you need to remember to learn the hula.

Throw straight, rock your hips and spin round if you think it's falling.

Just put it on your hand like that.

Like so.

And now just take a few cards and put them under the jack of clubs.

-And just keep doing this. This will take a while.

-It's all right if we don't see them all.

-Yeah, just put them under

-like that. You're doing a really good job so far.

So we're doing it all right.

So, do you want to learn how it's done?

-Now, my main card was this jack of clubs here.

And it's a red card. When I asked you at the beginning to choose blue

or red, just name a colour, if you'd said red, I'd say, "So you want me

"to have the red." If you'd said blue, I'd go, "OK, take the blue."

-Ah!

-So either way, I'm getting the red cards.

So I'll have the special card.

The jack of clubs is a special card.

On the back of it, we've got a flap here.

This is a bit thicker, cos there's two cards.

And the card on the back has that special flap.

This flap is where the magic happens.

-OK?

-Right.

-So you put it in-between your fingers like that

and it'll stay.

-Simple.

-Now, this card will help you all the way through.

You put the cards under to touch the flap like that.

I do that until I get a reasonable amount of cards.

Let's just put a couple on and I'll show you how this works.

-Now they're all staying behind that card.

-Yeah.

And you've got hold of the flap.

Put one on top without the flap, for effect.

Turn the cards round like this.

Let go. That one falls.

And the rest stay.

-That's how it's done.

-Very clever.

You need to have a practice with this

before you try it on your friends.
