In the event the decision is too close to call,

we will go to a slow motion replay.

The game begins on the sound of the klaxon.

And now I'm going to have to leave you guys and go and wander over

here to these three podiums where three forfeits wait to be revealed.

Rich, for the last one, you've got to come and reveal what it is, mate.

So today's issue has been sent in by Kate.

When I first... When I moved, I was in the same position as Kate.

I went from a primary school with 105 students

-all the way up to almost 2,000.

-Wow.

And I think it's going to be scary

because you don't know what to expect.

I'm sure if you, like, be yourself, you'll be fine.

It's probably easier moving from primary school to high school

than it is to just move schools.

Cos I moved schools in year nine and I was really, really scared

because I didn't really have any friends at the time.

But after, like, a couple of weeks, everything was cool

and everybody was really friendly.

When I moved up to secondary school,

-I actually moved to a different area.

-Oh, wow.

So I didn't know anyone. I didn't know one person in the school.

So it was quite scary on the first day.

I mean, turning up, seeing almost 1,000 people in a room.

-Yeah.

-Like, new people chatting to each other and knowing each other.

And turning up and being the only one, like, on your own,

it was quite scary but I think you've just got to be confident

and just show that you're, like, a good person

and just try and socialise with people

-and you gain friends quite quickly.

-Yeah, class.

That must have been really scary, moving completely on your own.

Yeah, cos you normally go with friends, a lot of the time.

I moved to a completely different school

and I was really scared.

I was just terrified of, like, whether I was going to fit in

or whether people would like me or not.

I just started to think, like, we was all in the same boat.

Everybody was looking to find new friends and have a good time.

Just be open, be friendly and be up for making friends

and speaking to people. That is really important.

Now, also, Ella Eyre,

who was on the show a couple of weeks ago,

gave us this advice.

Even though you're leaving behind your old friends,

you'll always have those friends

and you can always see those friends as well.

But going to a new school's exciting cos you're meeting

loads of new people and loads of new friends

and they're probably just as scared as you are.

Thanks for that advice, Ella.

And this is what 5 Seconds Of Summer had to say.

If you're scared of moving schools from primary to secondary,

I'd do that.

But when I moved I was very scared, and I was not that cool at school,

but I met these guys.

I remember seeing you the first day.

-I thought you were so cool.

-Aw, thank you.

You never know, you might meet some people and make a band.

Or do whatever you like to do and you might meet new people

that suit your personality better than the ones before.

-You know what? You definitely will.

-It's a big world.

And it will be fine.

How cool is that that 5 Seconds Of Summer actually

met each other at school?

So, I don't think that everybody's going to go and form a boy band

when they move schools, but you can definitely make some new friends.

And you guys have also been on the CBBC website

leaving your advice on the message boards.

-So I believe you've got some stuff here to read, haven't you?

-I do.

Brown Twirling Crock, she says, "I'm in year seven, nearly year eight.

"I was worried when I joined secondary school,

"but it surprised me when I made new friends so quickly.

"You soon get used to all the different teachers and classrooms.

-"You have nothing to worry about at all. Hope this helps."

-Helps a lot.

If you got new friends who are feeling a bit sad or down,

you can always go over and give them a helping hand

-and get them involved in your group of friends.

-Definitely.

That's some great advice. If you see somebody that is a bit on their own,

involve them cos you'd want somebody to do that for you.

There's another one from Peach Bass Buzzard.

"On your first day you'll have a tour then you'll be happy.

"It's OK to be nervous."

-Great advice. Is it OK to be nervous.

-It's terrible when you get lost

and you're late for lessons,

but the teachers always seem to give you a chance.

I remember when I moved to my new school and we had a map.

I was just looking around like, "Where do I go?"

When I go up every year, you're not used to

the classrooms that you're in, so every year you still get lost.

When I moved to my secondary school we had this treasure hunt

around the school just so you knew where the classroom was.

-That was fun, I enjoyed that.

-That's a good idea.

I think I did use that as an excuse.

Think I got to class late and I'm like, "Got lost."

"Try offering a shy or lost-looking person a seat next to you in

"the lunchroom or in a class, and smile as much as you can.

"Have fun and good luck."

You look a lot more approachable if you smile.

I love fashion.

And I'm always trying to recreate styles using my own clothes.

But I thought I'd share my tips with you guys at home.

Today, I'm going to show you

how to make a pair of shorts from an old pair of jeans.

You're right, Anais.

Shorts made from old jeans are definitely a must-have this summer.

All you need is a pair of old jeans, a marker and some scissors.

Right, let's get styling.

My little tip is to use a marker to mark where you want to cut,

but you can use some chalk.

Doing this means you've more control of the length of your shorts

and you're more likely to get a straight line.

Take your marker and mark a line front

and back about halfway between where your waist and knee is.

If I was a boy, I would mark just below the knee.

But you can make these shorts whatever length you want,

it's totally up to you.

Now, take your scissors and cut along the markings.

If you make a little slit it's easy to insert your scissors

and cut along the line.

If you're one of our younger viewers,

get an adult to help you with this bit.

Once you finish cutting, don't throw away your excesses,

you can use them to customise other bits of clothing.

Your shorts should now look like this.

The next step is to get an adult to put them in the washing machine.

When they come out they should look like this.

You can even pull on them yourself to fray them even more.

If you've missed any of that here's a quick recap.

Step 1 - take an old pair of jeans

and mark out where you want your shorts to start using a marker.

Step 2 - use a pair of scissors, cut along the markings.

Step 3 - pop the shorts into your washing machine

to get a frayed edges effect.

I've got my finished shorts.

All I need to do now is to put them on to hit the streets

to see what you lovely lot think. Come on.

-You get a pair of old jeans.

-And you take a marker pen.

And you mark where you want to cut them, so you get a nice line.

And then you cut them.

Then you get these nice little frayed bits.

The shorter ones because you might get a little bit more hotter

-and these look like they're more for boys.

When you're on the beach and you go into the sea...

you're going to come back out, you're going to sunbathe,

you're going to walk across the sand

and then it sticks to you.

And then you have to go wash in the outside showers.

It's not actually sand, it's building sand castles.

Yeah, but they're associated with sand, I'm not a sandy man.

It gets stuck in your feet.

The worst thing is putting your socks on after

going on the beach and having to walk

and pulling your shoe off when you go home and go like that...

But that's why they have showers.

Yeah, but then you always have to walk on sand.

And then...

I'm getting angry now.

If you're making a successful sand castle,

the joy you get out of looking at it, see.

I've got two younger brothers and when I make

sand castles on the beach, they always come over and smash them.
