She had lots of toys,

but she never shared them with the other animals.

One day, a...kangaroo bounced by.

Hello!

He also had lots of toys, but he loved sharing them.

So he asked koala to play with him.

Come and share my toys.

Yes, please!

Kangaroo's toys looked like lots of fun,

so the pair went to play.

They played catch with kangaroo's bouncy ball.

And they jumped in the air with kangaroo's skipping ropes.

Then, koala decided she didn't want to play

with kangaroo's toys any more.

She wanted to play with her own favourite toy...

her kite.

Kangaroo wanted to play, too.

Oh! Oh, I love kites!

But koala wouldn't let him.

Sorry. My kite's too special to share.

Oh, OK.

Poor kangaroo was sad and he slowly walked away

as koala flew her kite.

Wow! Look at it fly!

Suddenly, a breeze caught koala's kite

and started to blow it away.

No, kite. Come back!

Don't worry, I'll catch it!

And with a really big bounce,

he leapt into the air and caught the kite.

Oh! Here you are, koala.

Koala was about to take the kite back

when she changed her mind.

Why don't you take a turn at kite flying?

I'm sure you'll be brilliant.

We could fly it together.

And so kangaroo and koala both flew the kite.

And koala learned it was much more fun

to share her toys.
