Oh, look, the windmill's going really fast.

They've got some puff, haven't they?

Eh, up, tiddlers! Who've we got here?

We've got Larry, Joyce, Hassan and Abbey.

I've got a very important job for us to do today. Do you know what it is?

Planting!

Planting! Hassan, you got it absolutely right. Yeah.

We're going to be planting these seeds here.

But we're not going to be planting them in the ground. Oh, no, no.

We're going to be planting them in pots.

-Pots come in all shapes and sizes, don't they?

-Yeah.

See, one's got hearts all over it.

-Who likes that one?

-Me!

-Do you, Joyce? I thought you might.

-I like the flower one.

We're going to take these pots and take one tiny seed

and you can take that seed, put it into a pot,

and from that little seed, you can grow, Abbey, a great big plant.

Just like this one here.

Look, it's got aubergines growing on it.

-So shall we do some planting?

-Yeah!

-Yeah?

-We start off with a pot and what do we need to put in it first?

-Seeds!

-That's a good guess.

-Soil! Compost!

-That's another good guess.

I'll tell you what we have to put in it. Got some here. It's crunchy.

-It's scrunchy!

-Stones!

-That's right, Larry, stones.

We need to get a big handful of stones and in it goes.

These stones will help water drain out of the pot,

and stop the plant getting too soggy.

So that's the first thing. The next thing that we need is this.

-Compost!

-Compost!

-Compost, yeah!

And compost is a very special mixture that helps seeds to grow.

We'll get a few handfuls. I bet the seed will love to be planted here.

Look at that! Look at my hands!

Then we need our seeds and look, we've got all sorts, here.

Cucumber seeds, runner bean seeds, broad bean seeds and pea seeds.

-I'm going have a runner bean seed. Can you see it?

-Yeah.

-Yes!

It's all purple and black.

I'll get my wiggly seed finger, here it goes. It's going down!

-Digging a hole and then, where does the seed go?

-In the little hole.

Right. Now, I tuck it in, so it's nice and comfy.

And we press it down firmly so the roots grow strong.

-Then you water it.

-That's right, Hassan.

We need to put some water on it,

don't we, Abbey. You going to help? All right then...

Aww, a lovely drink of water.

But with so many pots to fill, it's time to work together.

Then we can get the job done much quicker.

I think you would be a very good graveller, Larry.

-So get a pot...

-Aye-aye, Mr Bloom.

-..take a good handful of gravel,

and pop it in the pot.

Now, Joyce, it's up to you to put the compost in.

-..Four, five.

-Very good, Joyce. You're like a digger!

Now, pass that on to Hassan. You get your wiggly seed finger.

Wiggle it around, and take it up in the air and down.

-He-he!

-What seed shall we plant?

That's a pea! In it goes. Now, can you pass that pot on to Abbey?

-And Abbey, what do we need to do now?

-Water!

Water! That's it!

You're giving the seed a little drink, aren't you?

-Not too much.

-Not too much!

And there we go! There's our first seed planted.

Let the production line commence!

Pass that over to Joyce. Joyce is being like a digger, aren't you?

Here's the next pot!

-Make it rain!

-Have you any more pots?

-Which seed have you got in there?

-Runner bean!

I think that's enough, Abbey. Very good!

He's got a nice drink in there.

Well done, tiddlers! We all pulled together and got the job done!

And that turnip, it's a vegetable. But no ordinary vegetable.

The stalk grows up above the ground. Look at those leaves.

-They're some big, aren't they?

-That one's reaching there.

-It's reaching up to the sky, isn't it?

-Yeah.

But that's not even half the story because down underneath the ground,

is where the rest of the turnip's growing.

But the question is, Mr Bloom, how are we going to get it out?

I think we need someone big and strong to shift it.

Er, did you ask for somebody big and strong?

-Hello, tiddlers.

-ALL: Hello, Raymond.

I'm big and strong. Do you know what I'm dressed as, tiddlers?

A Sumo wrestler.

That's right, Hassan, I'm a Sumo wrestler,

and I'm going to wrestle that turnip to the ground. Am I strong enough?

-Yeah.
