Hi, I'm Leah, it's Saturday and this is Newsround.

Coming up:

Good news for elephants as China bans ivory shops.

And the panda getting into trouble for getting dirty.

The day's first Premier League match between Liverpool and Everton

is underway at Anfield.

The home side made the best possible start,

scoring this seven minutes in.

Everton did hit back with a Matthew Pennington goal

but it didn't last long because Philippe Coutinho scored

for Liverpool and Divok Origi has just added another

so it's currently 3-1.

A win would pull Liverpool level with second place Tottenham,

who are ten points behind leaders Chelsea.

Next to tennis and Britain's Johanna Konta

will be hoping to continue her winning streak

when she faces Caroline Wozniacki later

in the Women's final at the Miami Open.

She's the first British woman to ever reach the finals

of the competition and having worked hard to get to the final,

Konta says now is the time to enjoy.

Most importantly will be probably to enjoy the occasion

a little bit more.

It's a great tournament to be a part of till the very end and

also, it's something we worked very hard for to get

opportunities like this.

I get to play against an incredibly tough opponent and

someone who's been around at the top of the game for so long now and

so I think just overall, have good enjoyment for the challenges and,

yeah, what will come.

Now to the fight to save elephants.

Over the last seven years the number of the animals in the wild

has dropped by a third because of poaching.

And it's all because their tusks are made of ivory.

Here's Ricky with more.

Thousands of shops across China sell ornaments like this

which are made out of ivory.

It's big business here and the items are worth a lot of money.

Ivory comes from the tusks of elephants,

and in Africa, many of the animals are illegally

hunted for their ivory.

Pressure has been put on China for years to end

its part in the ivory trade.

And today almost half the factories and shops

that sell ivory in China have been shut down

and the rest will be closed by the end of the year.

China is the country with the world's largest ivory market.

That's where we see the greatest demand.

So this change is going make a real difference for African elephants

because if we can reduce that demand, all law-abiding citizens

will not be buying the ivory.

This move won't totally end the problem as lots of ivory

is bought and sold illegally, which is much harder to stop.

But conservationists are glad that China is closing its ivory shops

and hopes it will mean less is bought and sold in the country,

saving the lives of thousands of elephants.

Next, for almost three months we've been watching singers battle it out

to be crowned the winner of The Voice UK.

Tonight, four finalists will be on that stage

fighting for your votes.

Ricky's been checking out the competition.

The Voice - it may have switched channels, but that hasn't stopped

the talent from shining through.

This year, new coaches were thrown into the mix.

Jennifer Hudson, Tom came back, and this guy - Gavin Rossdale.

Poor thing, he's the only one without a contestant

in this weekend's final.

So, can the sixth series of The Voice deliver a superstar?

It's not going to be easy.

Recognise any of these previous winners?

Well, maybe not.

This year, ITV say they're doing things a bit differently.

The winner won't release a new single straight away.

Instead, a recording of their final performance will be available

to stream and download.

Then whoever wins the public vote will head into the studio to work

with top producers and release an album a few weeks later.

And we asked you to get in touch with who you think should win,

here's just a few of your messages.

First up we have Grace from Southport who says

"I want Jamie to win. I love all of them!"

Hope from Scotland agrees and she thinks either Jamie

or Into The Ark should win.

She love Jamie as he isn't afraid to show his emotions.

Next to Hong Kong in Asia where the seventh International

pillow fight has been held.

People got stuck in and it seems this Minion

got rather a lot of attention!

The event is held in different cities every year and the organisers

say it's a good way to let off steam and bring the community together.

Finally, you've probably all been there - gone out with your mates

and come home really dirty?

Well, this little panda in China got in a bit of trouble

with his mum after she found him covered in mud.

She pulled him off the ground to give him a good shake down,

but it doesn't look like it's made much difference...
