Good morning this Bank Holiday Monday,

:00:00.:00:09.

you're live with me, Leah.

:00:10.:00:12.

Here's just two of today's top stories coming up: What world record

:00:13.:00:15.

And good lawn mower racing become the nation's favourite sport?

:00:16.:00:34.

More than 100 tonnes of elephant tusks

:00:35.:00:37.

have been set on fire in the east African

:00:38.:00:39.

A big meeting's been taking place there to talk about

:00:40.:00:42.

Thousands of elephants in Africa are illegally hunted

:00:43.:00:45.

Kenya wants to show it's doing something about it,

:00:46.:00:49.

although some people think it could make the problem worse.

:00:50.:00:51.

The BBC's Anne Soy sent this report for Newsround.

:00:52.:00:53.

The big fire behind me is ivory burning.

:00:54.:00:55.

Every elephant has two tusks, but there are people

:00:56.:01:00.

who like to kill them just so that they can get these tusks

:01:01.:01:04.

and transport them all the way to Asia where they are very valuable

:01:05.:01:07.

because they are used to make statues and jewellery.

:01:08.:01:11.

But then, Kenya are trying to tell the world that it is not

:01:12.:01:14.

It is more important to keep them alive because then people can come

:01:15.:01:20.

into the country and go to the parks and see them.

:01:21.:01:23.

So they have come to burn this ivory so that they can tell the poachers

:01:24.:01:28.

that we are very serious, we are coming after you and we will

:01:29.:01:31.

arrest you if you continue killing the elephants.

:01:32.:01:34.

They think that if nothing is done to stop the poachers,

:01:35.:01:37.

in about ten years there will not be any elephants left in Africa,

:01:38.:01:41.

and so it is very important for them to stop the poachers.

:01:42.:01:49.

Well, it's not only elephants that are hunted by poachers.

:01:50.:01:53.

Rhino are being pushed to the brink of extinction too.

:01:54.:01:55.

We've made a special film about the situation in South Africa.

:01:56.:02:00.

Here's your first look at Defending The Rhino.

:02:01.:02:04.

South Africa - one of the most spectacular places on the planet.

:02:05.:02:10.

I'm travelling hundreds of miles across the country which is home

:02:11.:02:14.

to some of the world's most magnificent creatures.

:02:15.:02:18.

But these animals are facing a fight, and at the moment,

:02:19.:02:22.

I'll meet the people putting their lives in danger

:02:23.:02:30.

to protect Africa's wildlife, before it's too late.

:02:31.:02:33.

And try and track down two rhino that are lucky to be alive.

:02:34.:02:46.

Sport now, and Leicester City's hopes of celebrating their first

:02:47.:02:49.

ever English Premier League title have been put on hold this weekend,

:02:50.:02:54.

thanks to a one-all draw with Manchester United

:02:55.:02:56.

Wes Morgan scoring Leicester's equaliser there.

:02:57.:03:01.

They will win the league if Tottenham can't

:03:02.:03:03.

Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri won't be watching the match though -

:03:04.:03:09.

he'll be in Italy visiting his 96-year-old Mum.

:03:10.:03:13.

No, because I'm flying back from Italy.

:03:14.:03:17.

It is a derby, and the derby is very, very tough.

:03:18.:03:22.

I know, I was Chelsea manager and I know for Chelsea the true

:03:23.:03:25.

So that's what the boss thinks, but what about the fans?

:03:26.:03:35.

Martin went to Sunday's match to hear from some very

:03:36.:03:38.

This was a massive weekend for Leicester City fans.

:03:39.:03:41.

They were coming here to play Manchester United at Old Trafford,

:03:42.:03:45.

and a win would have seen the club win its first

:03:46.:03:47.

It ended in a 1-1 draw, so let's find out what the fans

:03:48.:03:54.

When Manchester United scored, I was like, "we are all done for."

:03:55.:03:59.

And then a couple of minutes later, Leicester City scored.

:04:00.:04:04.

I kind of did a couple of fist bumps.

:04:05.:04:06.

When Leicester scored it was very loud.

:04:07.:04:08.

At the start of the second half, it was great, because Leicester

:04:09.:04:13.

opened up and they did lots and lots of shots,

:04:14.:04:16.

and that was way more better than the first half.

:04:17.:04:18.

I feel good about the draw because it is Man Utd

:04:19.:04:21.

It is a good result cos we still have two matches to go to get it.

:04:22.:04:28.

I think Leicester is definitely going to win the league.

:04:29.:04:30.

We're definitely going to win the trophy.

:04:31.:04:34.

And in cycling, France's Thomas Voeckler claimed victory in the Tour

:04:35.:04:38.

de Yorkshire after winning the third and final stage at Scarborough.

:04:39.:04:41.

Around 2 million people are thought to have come out to support the race

:04:42.:04:44.

And forget other sports for a minute, this weekend it's

:04:45.:04:55.

all about the British Lawnmower Championships.

:04:56.:04:56.

The season kicked off with some intense racing.

:04:57.:04:58.

For safety all the blades are removed from the mowers

:04:59.:05:01.

Next, Princess Charlotte is celebrating her

:05:02.:05:10.

To celebrate, four photos of the royal cutie taken by her mum,

:05:11.:05:16.

the Duchess of Cambridge, have been released.

:05:17.:05:18.

The four photographs were all taken at their home in Norfolk last month

:05:19.:05:24.

So we want to know what you're doing with your extra day.

:05:25.:05:30.

Head online to Newsround and send in your photos and videos

:05:31.:05:32.

And last up, one for all you music lovers out there.

:05:33.:05:36.

Thousands of guitarists have set a new Guinness World

:05:37.:05:38.

"Hey Joe", a song by legendary guitarist and singer Jimi Hendrix,

:05:39.:05:44.

was played by 7,356 of them at the same time in Wroclaw Square

:05:45.:05:51.

That's all from me, Newsround's back right here in about half an hour.

:05:52.:05:53.
